I had to wait a little longer than usual but that's because I needed a new serpentine belt and they only had two people working. They said they would give me a discount on my oil changed if I went ahead and added the serpentine belt so I did. It took the guy a little while and gave him some problems at first but he finally got it done! Those belts aren't easy to do. I would have given four stars but they forgot to vacuum my floors and they did not wash my windshield even though they told me my wipers were torn. But even after that the service was good and I would go back. read more

I went in on Monday. As I approached the door a man in the bay area asked me what I needed.He told me he could fit me in and took my keys. There were 3 men in the little waiting area. I took a seat...now there is one unisex bathroom..I did not go check it out. There was no TV or music playing. There were some magazines on the wall. Angel works the register and he goes over the required information and attempts his upsell. He was happy and energetic. He initially offered me standard oil, I advised I only use synthetic. He didn't miss a beat and he advised me of the cost at about 100 bucks. I usually pay $80. So if apples to apples then Jiffy Lube is more expensive. However, I pulled an electronic coupon up and he honored it. I paid 86..and oil change took 6 min. Now I was impressed with how quickly it was done. I also asked if they topped off the fluids Angel assured me they did. Now they did put up the sticker for my next oil change,but the receipt says they washed windows and vaccuumed the car. My car was not vaccumed and the windows were not washed. Just provide the service as you should. For 86 bucks if that comes with a window washing, oil filter, oil, fluid topping off, And a vacuum..then I want all my services. If not...then dont have it on the reciept and don't say it was done. read more

I pulled into the parking lot on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm and there was no wait. Immediately 2 guys came out to help me. I let them know I needed an oil change and they got me right into a bay. They looked at my car and let me know what the recommended oil was for my car according to the manufacturer, but still let me choose which one I wanted. I went with the full synthetic as recommended by Ford. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and professional! They vacuumed my car and even asked if it was okay to toss the bag of trash I had assembled in my front seat but hadn't had a chance to throw out. They were quick but also paid attention to detail. Generally don't give much thought to an oil change, but after having to visit multiple places before finding the type of oil I needed I was happy to have stopped at this location. The employees are friendly, offer the opportunity to remain in your vehicle or exit the vehicle, serviced the vehicle in a timely manner, knew how to use the coupon code. I remained in my vehicle so can't comment on the lobby appearance -- but if it is as well kept as the working floor it has to be great. I"ll definitely use this Jiffy Lube location for my first choice for future oil changes. It only took about 15 minutes for my full service . . . and I have a car that requires extra oil so you have to allow additional time for those additional quarts :) read more

I was a terrible truck owner and hadn't gotten my oil changed in a while like I should have. The place I normally go to was closed because of the rain and so we took the truck to this Jiffy Lube location in Arlington. These guys were PHENOMENAL!! Everyone was super kind and they all went above and beyond what customer service should be! They checked all my fluid levels and aired my tires up and vacuumed the inside of the truck out! Then they even checked my battery! Good thing they did because the connections on my battery were so corroded they could barely get the covers off, but they cleaned it all up and tested it for me and gave me some peace of mind to make sure my truck was running smoothly! I've been to this jiffy lube location 3 times and each time, they have exceeded my expectations. Their customer service makes the NTB across the street look like crap. oh wait, they are. The last time I came for an oil change, I was greeted IMMEDIATELY. I have always had issues with time management and if i drop my car off for an oil change, I expect it to be done withIN 1 hour and I feel that 1 hour is being generous (depending on how busy they may be at the time). Jiffy lube has always greeted me, opened all of my doors, been very patient and kind with me, and has never had my car more than 25 minutes for an oil change. The only time they did, was when I decided to drop my car off, then walk across the street to the 24 hour fitness to get a workout in. I love how FAST, time manageable, and GREAT they are. It's unfortunate for me to write this review but I stopped by today to get my tires checked right after work at 5pm, arrived about 5:15pm, I asked the young guy if he could check my tires and he said "I guess," so I said thank you so much and drove up. As he was checking my tires he was having a convo with the other workers (which is perfectly fine) & was friendly with them. & once he was done he guided me out of the service area, I rolled down the window & I said "thank you so much, my tire light came on & Now it's off thank you so much for checking It for me," & he said "Yep." He said "Yep," with a stale face that was not welcoming & made me feel like he was annoyed I came to get my tires checked. I get my oil changed & Inspections done at jiffy lube but the location off cooper & I've never ever had issues. I've even been to Jiffy Lube's out of state & the service was perfect. I honestly will never go to this location again if this is what the customer service consists of. There was another guy who greeted me first; & he was friendly then as he walked to his car he said my co-worker will help you. I just needed a quick oil change and was in a sea of automotive places so I checked yelp to make sure I avoided any red flag shops. This JL had glowing reviews but I was thinking "it's a Jiffy Lube, they can be bad but can they really be great?" Well this one is great! Staff was super nice, explained all the different options (with prices!), and did not try to up-sell. I mentioned that I might need a tire rotation too and he said "we can do it but I already looked at your tread and I don't think it needs it." I'm sorry, what?! I have never been to any lube station that did not try to up-sell. Ladies you know, when you see them coming with that filter in hand saying, "Ma'am, can I show you something really quick...?" When you know dang well you just changed that filter and it's fine but they have a script to follow. The employee was also kind of apologetic when he told me it would be about 10-15 minutes until they were done. Ummm... it's usually about 30 minutes before they even get to my car so I'm fully on board with 15 minutes. All in all, 24 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out - there were 2 other customers ahead of me. So yeah, a Jiffy Lube can actually be that great. read more

I'm not sure where to start. My car started to over heat two days ago, and the coolant was an unpleasant rust color with specs of "stuff", so I decided to take it to Jiffy Lube yesterday morning for a radiator flush and oil change. I was greeted by Dorian, the manager of the location who took my keys and started the oil change and flush. I sat in the lobby and waited for a bit before he called me back outside to tell me about my rusted radiator cap. I agreed to purchasing a new one, and went back to the lobby. Shortly after, he called me back outside to introduce me to his employee and show me that I needed a new PCV Valve as well. I was a little hesitant as I don't really know what a PCV Valve does, so he offered to give it to me for free. I was appreciative and returned back to the lobby. After my service was done, the total came up to a little short of $150 dollars, and thinking that my car needed it, I agreed and hopped in my car and left. On my way home my car started to overheat so I pulled over and promptly called Jiffy Lube again. I asked what could be the issue and why it is still overheating, and Dorian says it was probably the thermostat. He asked me to swing back by. I did just that, and when I got there, he met me in the parking lot and looked at the gauge and saw that it was overheating. I was very upset as I thought I had resolved the issue by flushing it out, so Dorian says, "Do you need a hug?" ...no. I don't need a hug from you. Just to put this out there, I was and am completely okay with my car not being fixed. I did however, expect them to do a good job at flushing out my radiator, which leads me to the second part of my story. I parked it at home and went about my day. That night, I checked my radiator reservoir and removed the cap to run my car and make sure the liquid was actually getting hot. That's when I discovered the liquid was STILL rusty colored with specs of "stuff" in it. I am no expert, but shouldn't the radiator flush actually flush all that liquid out? I waited until this morning to call Dorian back to explain what was going on. He said that my entire radiator was rusted and that he performed the service correctly. I asked for a refund and he tried to offer another flush, but I denied. I told him that he offended me asking for a hug and not doing the service properly, and he told me that he did nothing wrong. So, at the end of it all, he agreed to giving me a refund and to swing by whenever was convenient for me. I got in my car and drove to the location. The garage was empty and I was the only customer there. As I walked up to the building, an employee asked me for my keys, and I simply said, "No, it's okay." and he got frustrated and turned to Dorian and said, "She said 'it's okay'". Dorian then got frustrated and said, "This is the kind of f--ing s--t I can't f--ing stand right here." I was ASTOUNDED. How can someone, especially store MANAGER say that to a customer? I was a bit nervous and walked into the building. Dorian entered the building as well and said, "You know, most of the time people don't ask for refunds on services. It's not what people do." and I told him that he didn't have to refund the oil change or the radiator cap, and he could even charge me for the PCV Valve, but just to refund the radiator service. Still frustrated, he said he was just going to refund the entire ticket. He did just that, and I left. Worst. Experience. Of. My. ENTIRE. Life. read more

This Jiffy Lube location is awesome! When you drive up, you are immediately greeted and they will get to working on your car ASAP. I've been here for an inspection and to get my air filters changed (both cabin and engine). For those two services I have never waited longer than half an hour and the best part besides the friendly and efficient staff is that they are constantly sending coupons via email that you can use to maximize your savings. Each time I have visited Jiffy Lube they have been way cheaper than the dealership and much nicer as well. Given the proximity to my job, I will definitely continue patronizing this Jiffy Lube location for future car service and maintenance needs. read more

I was just surprised to pay $93 for High Mileage Oil, Oil Filter and air filter. I recently had an oil change at jiffy lube and A few weeks later My transmission started slipping so I took it to my mechanic , he showed me the dip stick to my transmission fluid revealing 1-2 quarts over . So these guys are topping off your fluids at this jiffy lube without checking the proper levels and are causing more damage to your vehicle so beware . read more

Overfilled my BMW three times. They did not know how to read the dipstick. I could not convince them to put way less oil in it and then top it off. Their procedure requires them to put the full amount in. 100% of the oil in an engine cannot be drained in five, ten, or 500 minutes. Frustrated, I left on the third try. Checked the oil at my motel and it was overfilled. Went to an ACE, got a siphon, took out a full quart before the level got to just below "full". Drove back to South Dakota and oild is still at just below full. In fairness, this has happened before at other shops with my other vehicles. They could Google the correct way to read a BMW dipstick or just ask any guy over the age of forty. Five idiots. 45 minutes. $125. read more

They advertise $24.99 for an oil change, but they don't tell you it's another $15.00+ for labor, so after tax, a basic oil change costs over $40.00...And the kicker; how many Jiffy Lube mechanics does it take to replace a head light?
