I have come to this Jiffy Lube location 3 other times before and am always satisfied with the service and customer care I receive. I went in last week for an oil change as the light in my car had come on. After a few minutes in the lobby, the manager let me know that they didn't have my oil filter in stock at the moment. He had the service tech top off my oil so the change oil light would go out, then they vacuumed my car, all for free! He could just have easily changed my oil and "told" me that the filter had been replaced, but he was honest about it. I always bring my truck to Jiffy Lube and sometimes I bring my car. The Pioneer location is bigger and the employees are always very courteous and share your concern and enlighten you. This most recent visit was truly a test and their service truly rose above and beyond expectations when my truck battery died in their bay and was unchargeable. They really worked with me so we didn't have to wait on my insurance's roadside assistance. Jiffy Lube off of Pioneer Parkway in Pantego, TX. Today I went and got an oil change and tire rotation and was told it was going to be about a 45 minute wait, but only had to wait 5 minutes! They let me stay in my car for the whole process, and overall gave me great service. Everyone that worked on my car was nice and hard workers! One of the guys even cleaned my windshield with a squeegee and I another fellow offered to put in my windshield wipers since I had some with me. For sure coming back again. read more

I went to get an oil change and not only did they take care of the oil change very quickly they were super friendly and knowledgeable, they let me know what I should take care of on my my car soon but didn't try to up sell me.
