I'd been taking my car here regularly since I moved to Arlington in 1992 and it has always been good. Until last year. I took in my Infiniti for an oil change. I told the attendant (heavy set man with a beard) that my car has a manual transmission. He said ok. Then as I'm walking to the waiting room I hear gears grinding, run back towards my car and he seemed mad that it is slightly lowered and did I bring it last time like that. Yeah for 5 years. Then he slams me door and says "someone pull this shit" in here. If I wasn't leaving in the morning for a road trip I would have left. I was going to give them a second chance with my Honda today, but that same employee I still there and they were out of Pennzoil Platinum. So I went to the Kwik Kar nearby only to find out that the previous oil change at Quick Car they had stripped my oil plug out and put in a "last chance" plug. Which means they'll end up having to put in larger and larger plugs until it ruins the oil pan and I have replace it. So on top of an oil change I had to pay for them to properly repair the stripped threads and install a proper oil plug. Sure this place is cheaper than their competitors, but with the now terrible customer service and then damaging my car and not telling me, it's no longer doing business with them. They've lost a 30 year customer. read more

Went at 9:00 am on Friday, no wait. Got checkup on car for upcoming travel, but no oil change. Since had been a long time customer with several oil changes, etc my fluids and air in tires need little change so they did not charge me. Feel better on car before travel and no fees.....Awesome! I needed to get an oil change and the previous place I went to tried to sell me only the most expensive option. This place did no such thing. As soon as I got there and said I needed an oil change, they told me what their rate was for the basic oil change. I wish more places did this, that when you go in there and say you need an oil change, they don't try to sell you the most expensive option they have. These people were honest and lucky for me it wasn't busy, so they went straight to work and I wasn't there long. Definitely my go to place if something happens to my car. I am pleased. read more

I ended up going to this place because the shop I was originally going to was closing soon. I'm glad I went here instead. I pulled in to their parking lot and they got to work on the oil change right away. Their oil changes were seriously fast. I brought my headphones because I was prepared to be waiting a while like I always do when car work is involved. I only made it through three songs and they were done! Not only that, the technician even showed me my old air filter and asked my permission BEFORE he changed it. No up sales or pressure, but letting you make an informed decision about what you need. As the cherry on the cake, they vacuumed out the dirt and leaves in my front seats at no extra charge. I was literally just thinking how I needed to do that since a ton of leaves are falling off the trees now. Excellent. I'll be back to try their other services. read more

They left my mass air flow sensor unplugged and my hoses going through the throttle body disassembled. Then when I asked for a refund of my money because they messed my car up they just wanted to argue. Wouldn't recommend this place it has undertrained hands on cars. read more

The technicians here are helpful and HONEST. Service is quick & friendly. I try to always get my oil changes and inspections done by Quick Car Lube. I've been to those other places that try to up-sale you on the engine and transmission flushes that my Honda mechanic says are bad, bad, bad for your car. I also like that they actually spell "quick" correctly at Quick Car Lube & Tune. Some places spell it "kwik" and that just doesn't make any sense at all. :) read more
