The worst manager ever, Loly is rude and inefficient at her job. Not sure how they settled on making her a manager but they should reconsider. This lady had me waiting over two hours for a simple tire change. When I asked for a status, she gave me and her employee an attitude as if I was out of line for asking. She finally did her due diligence to get an update and found out her staff never processed the order. She sent her staff in to apologize and I had to remind her that the issue is with management as she saw me sitting there the entire time and didn't think it was weird that a client had been waiting for so long. When I told her she could at least apologize she stated she wasn't going to get on her knees despite me simply stating an apology was never received. In this day and age it's important that the right people represent your company. She doesn't seem to be the right person. Reconsider this place because management is the worst. Update: Loly proceeded to engage in a debate with me over the responsibilities of management. She seems to think it's not her responsibility to understand what is going on in her shop or know what jobs are being worked on. Ironically I never engaged her initially I was talking to the very helpful man that has the misfortune of working alongside her. I asked her to refrain from engaging with me but instead she wanted to gaslight me into feeling bad because she has three kids. This has been the most terrible experience I've had in the last 25 years of taking my cars to different places for service. Yesterday, I took my BMW i3 to Tire Plus to have all four tires replaced. When they returned the car to me, I immediately sensed that something was wrong because there was a loud noise. At the time, I thought it might be due to the tires settling in. I drove to a nearby supermarket, and while I was there, the noise grew significantly louder. As soon as I finished shopping, I went back to the shop and asked to speak with the manager. While the manager was courteous, he showed little concern for what I was explaining. He told me that the car had already arrived with that issue and that the noise was likely due to faulty brake pads, which was not their responsibility. I went home, but the noise worsened. When my son realized how bad it had become, he called the shop and the manager replied that it wasn't their problem and that we could do whatever we wanted about it. We contacted Customer Service,they told us that we might receive a response within two or three business days. We called the manager again and finally reached an agreement to have the vehicle towed back to the shop this morning at their expense. We delivered the car at 8:00 a.m and at 10:30 a.m. The manager called to inform us that they were very sorry, but they had installed the tires incorrectly. My car uses different tires for the front and rear, and they had mixed them up. I reminded the manager that I had mentioned this to them before. Throughout the entire process, they had been dishonest. When we first returned to report the noise, the manager claimed they had tried to call me--which never happened. He also said they had emailed photos of the brake pads, which I proved was also untrue. In the end, it was indeed their fault that my car was in this condition. read more

If I could rate ZERO I would. Went in yesterday to have them check if the brake light bulbs were burnt out. Said I needed a$10 inspection. Fine with that. When I got the phone call as I was waiting in the waiting area to let me know the status of the "brake lights" I was told that the struts were leaking, I had a nail in the WALL of the tire and was not repairable, and to replace the two brake bulbs would be $1100. I asked IF THE $1100 was for the brake light housing or to replace the two bulbs. They said to replace the TWO bulbs only. That is taking advantage of a customer. In fact upon closer exam at home when I removed THREE screws to replace the bulb in less than 5 minutes, the screws had not even been moved during the inspection. I had just checked my tires that morning so I knew something was fishy. Said thanks but no thanks. Paid $10 for the inspection. Immediately inspected tires and found a screw BARELY IN the tread of the tire (tires were two months old). No delation to the tire. Screw tip was removed without any tools and ABSOLUTELY ZERO DAMAGE to my tire. I went into Tires Plus on Pines Blvd to repair a flat on one of my car's Pirelli tires. I was told by the service advisors that they could repair it. Instead, they destroyed the tire and as a result, I had to spend $500 for a new tire. They said the tire was destroyed due to dry rot. I said OK, paid and left but was uncomfortable with the cause and went to my regular mechanic who said, 1) dry rot was not an issue, the tire was too new, and 2) the tire destruction was either due to incompetence or they wanted to sell me an over-priced tire. When I went back to speak to the manager, she said of course they could not fix it because they do not fix Pirelli tires. So why did the Service Advisor tell me they were going to try to fix it when I got there? The service advisor never said they did not work on Pirelli tires. Her other excuse was that I was driving all around with low air pressure which I was not. To top things off, when I tried to leave because I did not want to argue with her, she wanted to keep the argument going. I told her I was not going to argue with her and was going to leave but she would then start arguing all over again. At this point, I would recommend staying away from this place, stay far away! I went in because I had 2 tires that basically got slashed from debris on the highway. I called ahead of my arrival to make sure they had the tires I needed and they had them for me when I arrived with the tow truck. Everyone was beyond helpful and they were polite and understanding. This is a pretty basic assumption for non family-owned mechanics, however Ooof. Waited two additional hours instead of them just being upfront. So now instead of being able to run errands in the meantime, my whole afternoon is thrown out the window. (Pun intended) They do diagnostics to then, "not be sure" if what your fixing is the problem. I went to this shop to have my tires changed. This older black named Fred with anger issues and who will make every effort to be flirtatious with customer yelled at me for getting upset for reporting that my hub cap was missing AFTER all of my tires were changed and they tried to blame for it. When I insisted this was impossible because this morning it was not missing, no one seemed to care. Finally, I became furious and demanded an answer for my missing cap. The old guy Fred to me "get out! you need to leave now and don't raise your freaking voice at me." Then proceeded to tell me I had an attitude problem. This place is a rip off. Not only did I go in for a full synthetic oil change for my civic in March. It's been two months and I've been to the shop twice and they have been negligent and left my engine with oil half way through the dipstick. Not enough oil! Great experience with this location. The staff was nice and pleasant. Each individual that I came into contact with had great customer service. I'd come in for two tires and my car was even taken in before my appointment, which I greatly appreciated it. My appointment was for an hour before they closed and even though they took the car in early it still wasn't ready until well after 7pm. I over heard one of the workers tell another worker when he checked on the progress that the guy did the rotation backwards. After spending 2 hours waiting to patch my tire after the service manager Steve inspected it and emailing me my receipt . The service tech comes out refusing to patch the tire because the tire is worn too far . Why not tell me no from the beginning. Raumel the tech tells me I need a new tire and air filter ? Ohhh so you go through my car for bs items only after I walk to the lift and ask how much longer. Beware this is a shakedown operation . He also left the air filter apart and not closed . I got the whole job done ELSEWHERE for $69 parts and labor included. I actually paid $139 for 4 sensors and $35 installation each so i replaced all 4 sensors once and for all which is abt $69 for each sensor parts and labor included..... and these guys wanted just under $650 to replace a single one! About 10 times the price! I guess the employees saw i drive a very expensive car so they thought they could throw any ridiculous numbers on the invoice. What a F%#*g rip off!!! The other day they told me I needed a diagnostic check and tire sensors costing hundreds of dollars I told them no thank you went to the gas station put air in the tires and all is perfect! If your bringing your car here for tire replacement and have nice wheels make sure you take pictures before the replacement takes place. Two of my wheels where damage by their tire installing machine. One of those wheels was recently powdered and brand new . Now the face has gouges and marks of when the socket came out and skipped. The other wheel has its powder coat edging chipped in multiple locations. The person who wrote down my complaint was very dismissive to my claim even though I was providing before and after pictures. When my boyfriend had an unexpected issue with one of his tires, he needed a quick fix. We went to tire kingdom first and they didn't have the part he needed. Then, we went to good year who was going to charge him $140 for a simple fix that shouldn't cost more than $20. We were starting to feel hopeless but then we remembered there's a tire plus nearby. We stopped by this location and right away, the employee was so helpful and willing to fix his tire right then and there. Took no longer than 10 min and his tire was fixed at a a very reasonable price. I wish we would've gotten the employee name but he was so helpful and nice. I used them to install, invested multiple hours on Sunday for installation and they did not offer me nitrogen, TPMS resetting and switched my tire pressure to the opposite wheel read out. I've been using tires plus services for the past 8 years, which is my mistake because they up charge out the ASS, but for the most part it was for oil change, breaks & tires. On 5/7/2023 I went to get my car serviced for an oil change as usual, and told them to add windshield wiper fluid. I JUST wanted an oil change and wiper fluid, but of course they recommended a whole bunch of other things so they can up charge. One of the recommendations was for a break fluid exchange. I declined the extra recommendations & that was that. I decided to take a look under my hood today to see if I needed coolant and realized I my break fluid cap was missing. Now I have to go out of my way to figure out where the hell my cap is or go and buy a new one. My front drivers side lost 3 lug nuts coming back from homestead, by the time I got to the dealership, my wheel was destroyed and spacer (both had to be replaced). I had mine at 8:00am, confirmed, they didn't take my car until 8:45, understandable, since I have to stay outside I'm watching my car for 90 minutes, in the parking area, unattended; I reach to Loly (very nice person) and ask about my car (that has been by my side for an hour and a half; and she comes back saying that the "mechanic" is checking the codes (what codes can they check in a car that has been unattended for 90 minutes) I got to spend over $2000 so far for my cars maintenance, this year alone, but it seems I have to take my business somewhere else. The reason for my visit was to look at my check engine light, for which I had paid $1500 recently, something that can be done at Auto Zone, these days for FREE in less than 10 minutes.
