When I arrived the "manager" said no one called and that he can't help me hull and void.... Been going to this Tire Kingdom for quite some time now. Usually, when one of our vehicles has a nail on the tire. Today is one of those days unfortunately. Writing this review as I have witnessed first hand how some customers get so rude to the service managers without realizing what they are doing. Alex, the service manager on duty was so patient and understanding with a customer who also had a punctured tire and took out his frustration to Alex, the service manager about his flat tire. Alex took the time to listen and understand his needs for the repair and i have to say, Alex's patience with dealing with this customer went above and beyond. The verbal abuse Alex took was just plain disrespectful to anyone who might have heard it. Kudos, for doing a great job Alex! We need more people in the front line like you! Kudos to your shift team as well who despite the short staff was doing what they can to get your customers taken care of. On my way to work, the TPMS warning light came on, so I went to Jiffy Lube after my shift to put air in my tires. However, the next day, the TPMS warning light turned on again after only 20 minutes of driving, so I suspected there was a nail in one of them. I decided to go to the nearest Tire Kingdom location to get my tire patched up as quickly as possible. I also needed a tire rotation, so I wanted to take care of that at the same time. I arrived on short notice, but Ashley, one of the employees, was a gem! She answered all my questions and assured me that my vehicle's needs would be taken care of before the end of the day! They quickly located the nail, patched it up, and rotated all my tires! The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent car service and tire recommendations! Used to be my go to spot when they were just tire kingdom. Ever since they got bought service is not as great. The staff tries, but they are grossly understaffed and the tech work is extremely questionable. I had major work done on my brakes and rotors and it barely lasted me one year and 12,000 miles from the time I bought it and they refuse to honor any sort of repair. I called to make an appointment for Friday, January 20 for oil change and I was immediately put on hold. No one asked me my name. No one asked me for my information before I could even respond to the man answering the phone. He immediately put me on hold. This is ridiculous. This is unprofessional and this is horrible customer service. There's no reason I should be on the phone waiting longer than 15 minutes. It's 8:30am and you guys just open! Why are your associates leaving your clients and potential clients on hold for this long. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with a different tire kingdom location and was able to call, wait and make an appointment all within under 57 sec. You all need to do better! TIRE KINGDOM on Pines Blvd was AWESOME. I was helped by a Service Advisor names Albert. This dude is a true gentleman. He helped me get the financing I needed for 4 new tires plus brakes. He kept me informed during the whole process and treated me fantastic from the moment I walked in the door till I was handed my keys when the car was done. Their entire staff was really great! terrible service. I purchased 4 tires there and spent $1500 on them. This was their recommendation since it is a all wheel drive car. I went back today to remove a nail from one of them and they wanted me to buy a new one, instead of just patching it up. The guy helping me, had to make a call to find out about the type of tire and he picked up the phone put his forehead on the counter and went on to speak on the call. If you don't like your work, just quit or just go home. this just goes to show the lack of care. at the end they didn't want to help. Mercenaries. they just want your money. this place tries to sell you new tires by refusing to patch a tire with a nail in it, saying it has "dry rot". what a crock, I drove 50 yards and had it patched at Good Year. A few years ago I bought a new set of tires at Tire Kingdom, a week later there was a bubble on the sidewall. I took it back and they said we hit a curb and refused to replace it. I thought the store changed hands and went back, so shame on me. I will never go back!!!! read more

I don't know what I would have done without the gentlemen at this location. I had such a HORRIBLE experience at the GoodYear next door. Without question, they told me they would help me put in a spare tire since my tire was done for. John at the front took the call from my brother who was helping me with the situation because of how poorly I was treated at Goodyear. Right away, my keys were given to Carlos and my spare tire was put in in less than 20 minutes. I was so appreciative of everyone there because of how kind and helpful they were. I've taken my truck here several times four basic maintenance, oil changes, etc. the last time I brought my truck here to install tires. The tech did not screw on the center cap so I ended up losing a center cap on the highway. For the most part they are good when you need service right away. The labor charges could be better. Had to get brakes checked since I could see outer pads were looking very low and was relocating via an 800 mi road trip. Wanted to avoid the Audi dealer since they told me brakes would be due very soon, and that was 15k miles ago or over 4 yrs ago! Plus the cost was insane. Called around and tire kingdom was able to get me in fairly quickly and seemed to have decent reviews. They confirmed the fronts were pretty well worn and safer to replace before a long trip. Told me rears were borderline down to about 1/8" but probably had 2-3k miles life still. I decided to replace all 4 just to be on safe side and not worry about brakes for a while. There was no pressure to upsell on rotors since they said rotors were pre a bit rusty but ok on thickness. Since the relocation trip and driving around new location, brakes have been perfectly fine. Other than taking a very long time at the shop since they were crazy busy, all was a pleasure to deal with at the shop. read more

Only now am I being told about an extra $7 that I needed to spend on each tire at the time of purchase. The only reason why I gave them my buisness was because they assured me that the parts were guaranteed. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
