    went to get my two front tires replaced and they scratched the fuck out of my side skirt do not go to this place

    I paid for an alignment late October after getting new tires and it wasn't done properly. My tire shouldn't look like this if the alignment was done correctly.

    Before anybody comes for me in the comments I already hung up and made an appointment with a different location. I called to make an appointment for Friday, January 20 for oil change and I was immediately put on hold. No one asked me my name. No one asked me for my information before I could even respond to the man answering the phone. He immediately put me on hold. This is ridiculous. This is unprofessional and this is horrible customer service. There's no reason I should be on the phone waiting longer than 15 minutes. It's 8:30am and you guys just open! Why are your associates leaving your clients and potential clients on hold for this long. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with a different tire kingdom location and was able to call, wait and make an appointment all within under 57 sec. You all need to do better! One star was given because I had to put something, but not deserved.

    Disappointed With Follow-Up and Customer Service…read more I hired Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC to install AMP power step boards on my 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I wanted to support a young business owner and give him an opportunity. Carlos was polite during the scheduling process, and the installation appointment was set for April 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The labor charge was $335. My concern is not only the installation itself, but the lack of follow-up after the job. Shortly after the installation, I noticed that the lights for the power steps were not working. I contacted Carlos and let him know. His response was that it was "extremely common" for those lights not to work and that everything had been installed correctly. He said he could come check it, but because I was not going to be home that day, I told him not to make a special trip and to stop by the next time he was in the area. He never followed up or came back to look at the issue. Later, the power steps stopped working properly. One step stayed in the lowered position, while the other would not retract correctly, and the system stopped functioning as it should. When I contacted Carlos and asked if he could take a look, he told me it would require a $95 diagnostic fee. I was disappointed because I had already reported an issue with the installation right after the work was completed, and that issue was never checked. Carlos pointed out that it had been one month and 19 days since the installation, which was accurate. However, the original concern was reported immediately after the install, and there was no follow-through. I have also used Carlos for other work on my Ford F-250, including a difficult radio installation. That job was eventually completed by someone else because it required more specific expertise. I did not hold that against him because I understand some installs can become more complex than expected. However, with the power step boards, my concern is the lack of follow-up and customer service. I believe this is a teachable moment for a young business owner. Skill matters, but follow-through matters just as much. When a customer reports a problem immediately after an installation, the business should make a reasonable effort to inspect the work before charging another diagnostic fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC for this type of installation. If you decide to use this business, understand that you may not receive the follow-up or customer support you expect if something goes wrong after the job.

    The worst manager ever, Loly is rude and inefficient at her job. Not sure how they settled on…read moremaking her a manager but they should reconsider. This lady had me waiting over two hours for a simple tire change. When I asked for a status, she gave me and her employee an attitude as if I was out of line for asking. She finally did her due diligence to get an update and found out her staff never processed the order. She sent her staff in to apologize and I had to remind her that the issue is with management as she saw me sitting there the entire time and didn't think it was weird that a client had been waiting for so long. When I told her she could at least apologize she stated she wasn't going to get on her knees despite me simply stating an apology was never received. In this day and age it's important that the right people represent your company. She doesn't seem to be the right person. Reconsider this place because management is the worst. Update: Loly proceeded to engage in a debate with me over the responsibilities of management. She seems to think it's not her responsibility to understand what is going on in her shop or know what jobs are being worked on. Ironically I never engaged her initially I was talking to the very helpful man that has the misfortune of working alongside her. I asked her to refrain from engaging with me but instead she wanted to gaslight me into feeling bad because she has three kids. Unprofessional, immature, and rude are the words to describe this store manager. I've never met a manager with an aversion to managing before, this is the first. I recommend in the future if a customer ask you to stop arguing with them, to refocus your energy on making sure your shop is running smoothly

The workers were very clear with their directions and quick and precise. I came for an oil change only but they also do a general check up and let you know if anything needs to be addressed (AC, Battery, lights, etc). They noticed my windshield wipes were not placed properly and fixed that for me real quick. Brandon and Jennifer were a killer team. It was amazing seeing Jennifer go to work tbh!!! Amazing workers the both of them. The only downside of the experience is, since this is Florida, depending on the time of day the moment the car is off and the AC is gone, I was cooking in my car haha. But due to how quick the service was, I at least did not suffer for that long. These guys have to work in this heat all day so kudos to them !

I came on a Saturday in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff here was super friendly and upbeat. I got the pleasure of chatting with Kristy (spelling might be wrong) but she was such a joy to talk to. She went through the options of what I could also add on to my service and even checked one of my filters for me. She truly made this experience a great one and made me want to come back for a future oil change. I had such a great experience here and will be back for another oil change that I need in a hurry.
