This used to be my preferred location to come to, however, as of recently they are no longer wanting to work. This is the second time Ive come to this location and they claim their internet is not working so therefore they cannot help anyone. The first time I came and they said that it was may we are now in july yet they still cannot have any customers due to the internet being down. They said maybe itll be up in an hour. Tip: Sundays get crowded, so if you do have to go, try 8 am when it first opens. Great vacuum service, fast and professional. The team at JL's are great at getting you in and out. The trick is to make sure that you are first in line. However, on Sunday, everyone had the same idea: get your oil change. The crew at JL promptly informed me that my wait was probably 40 minutes. Even though the wait was long, to share some love with hubby, I waited. I suggested going to shop at Wal-Mart, but on Sundays, JL does not allow drop-offs. They've had bad experiences being stuck late after 4 pm from customers who inconsiderately come back after they close. This stinks for the rest of us. Fair enough. I waited and walked. Their lobby and lounge is a little austere. Fill up your water bottle in the bathroom. They do have a vending machine and coffee. But the crew is nice enough, and I liked my clean carpets. Pricey. Signature Oil Change: $45 (Basic Oil). Tip: They will try to sell you a new air filter and a/c filter ($40 per service). Tip: Online coupon. $20 or try buying a Groupon. Little bit of a different review, we were in a tight spot, almost flat tire and we rolled into the Jiffy Lube parking lot on Sunday 5/16/21. We were heading out of town the next day. I asked the attendant if they do tire repairs (we had a screw embedded in the tire) and he said they did not. But he was very nice and said he would be happy to air up our tire so we could safely get to a tire repair place and suggested a few nearby. He could have just said "Yeah there's the air, have at it" but he did it himself and we were very pleased. Unfortunately I didn't get the young man's name but he was very helpful and if his attitude and work ethic is indicative of this Jiffy Lube I wouldn't hesitate to go to them in the future. read more

Lucky for the ppl who had great experience I am a mechanically inclined person who did not want to change my own oil. I bring my suburban in for a oil change. Tech tells me after the change that I have small leak at my tranny.. funny I never had any spills or drops on my drive way concrete until after there oil change. I ignore it and when time comes around to do oil again found out at my own oil change performed the tech did not tighten my oil filter enough . All along it's a small oil drip not tranny fluid totally different colors first off. I'm so pissed but time has passed so I'm not going to call them and raise hell about it. I took my car to have the A/C looked at on Monday, September 19th. They refused to do it and sent me to a different location. I went to 4 different Jiffy Lubes in Peoria and each location refused to fix my A/C. 2 locations said their machines were broken and the other 2 didn't want to start the work. We arrived and was told 20 minutes. After we walked thru everything that needed to be done we went across the parking lot to get a drink at Circle K. We returned and had been waiting for about 40 minutes total. I walked up and asked how much longer and was told 13 more minutes. I was told they couldn't start the car without a drop off consent. But right after they left to get a drink they called and made it VERY CLEAR they close in an hour and we explained we would be right back. But never when he called did he explain that he couldn't start the car without a consent form signed. Also this was almost double the cost of actually going to a dealership. $120 for an oil change is on the high side. Needless to say between the poor customer service, long wait and high prices we will not be back again. read more

If you're going to talk crap about a potential customer before they leave, you may want to make sure their window is up! I decided not to get my oil change there and talk about dodging a bullet. I will never go back. Especially when what you say to your co-workers is not even what I said to you! Had my 2007 Altima in last week for an oil change. The technicians discovered a severely torn CV boot. They were able to get the CV axle replaced in a timely manner. Justin, the store manager, did the job and was very thorough; carefully explaining what was done to my car and why. And the work was done for a very fair price. All the employees involved in servicing my car were absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely bring my car back to this location for oil changes and other services as well. read more

Yelp needs a -1 star rating. After writing Jiffy Lube about this matter so they would know to check their equipment and/or tech, I heard nothing from them. So I wrote the review above. Later that week I got a call from a guy at Jiffy Lube who asked me to send him a copy of the repair bill. I was surprised but I faxed him a copy. I probably should have asked "Why?" but I figured they wanted to see that I had gotten the compressor replaced so they could follow up with the Jiffy Lube shop I'd gone to. Well, today I heard from the mechanic I went to for the repairs. He wanted to know why some guy from Jiffy Lube was taking pictures of his property and asking for the parts they replaced as well as paperwork from him. Mind you: I never asked for a refund or anything from Jiffy Lube. I just complained to them via their website and later here on Yelp. So I wondered too: Why was Jiffy Lube doing this? I called back the fellow whom I'd talked to before and asked him what was going on. He told me Jiffy Lube takes complaints like this seriously and they were investigating. He also told me the mechanic was wrong, that he didn't take pictures of the place. After a 15-minute conversation that amounted to his telling me: "You haven't proven anything!" I told him he was only reinforcing why I should never do business with Jiffy Lube again. He tried to tell me he was doing this for my benefit as well as looking out for Jiffy Lube's interests, at which point I asked him: "Have you even tested your equipment?" He said no, they hadn't. So instead of starting at the source of the complaint - the Jiffy Lube branch - he went looking to acquire parts of my car without my knowledge. Jiffy Lube didn't ask me for the old parts or for more documentation. They didn't say anything to me except the one "send us the repair bill so we can look into it" phone call, until I called them back. The way this matter has been handled has *really* convinced me that Jiffy Lube is NOT worth the loyal business I've given them over the years. I will never trust them to handle another car of mine again. I can't even trust them to handle a complaint. My advice: Steer well clear of this place. It'll cost you time and money you don't want to spend. read more

Got to Jiffy Lube about 5:15, they close at 6. I was lucky, they had no other cars to work on so I felt like I got my very own pit crew. Did a great job w/oil change, topped off everything liquid, filled up my tires, washed my windows and installed the new filter in my engine I'd just bought at Auto Zone. Was an all around pleasant experience. They got us in, gave us accurate time estimate till our vehicle would be done. Called my husband into the garage to show him any problems they saw and why, then helped us look up pricing before adding the expense to our bill. They were all very friendly and helpful, can't forget that have a local guy from Hawaii working there too! When it came time to pay they broke down the bill and took the time to explain everything and getting our approval before asking us to pay. I will say that I rarely write bad reviews but I was extremely unhappy with the service I received at this location! The wait was about an hour and a half, which was okay because they quoted me a long wait. Though the technicians were friendly, upon leaving I found that my seats and dash were covered in dirt and grime that wasn't there when I arrived. The glove box was also broken and fell off when I went to put the service documents away. I have use Jiffy Lube for many years and have had great experiences so I was sadly disappointed! read more

Sadly this place deserves a one star because of the absurd prices they charge. $41 for a simple oil change and $20 for a tire rotation(which in most repair shops they do for free!). Sure, they get the job done, but where is their sense of integrity and customer service when they deliberately rip you off to make easy money. I am mechanically inclined but busy, so I brought my truck to these guys to have them change the oil. I brought my own oil as I prefer a high quality oil to the recycled stuff many places use. Anyway, it still cost more than I would have expected. I could get past the price and the average customer service but when I got the vehicle home, I discovered that it was leaking from both the drain plug and the filter. I love that they are very fast to get in very little weight, and it's around the corner from my house. This location and specifically the manager, Justin, we're unable to complete a oil change for my vehicle due to a problem with my car. They were willing to buy the product and fix it for me, but I simply didn't have the time.
