I recently purchased windshield wipers and headlights for my commuter vehicle. Before I installed the new wipers and headlights I broke my dominant had and had been unable to manage the install without my broken hand. It didn't matter until it started misting on my way home and my wipers weren't working. I pulled into this location and asked if I could pay someone to install the wipers and the technician volunteered to help me. Keep in mind it was 32 degrees and the young man installed both wiper and my headlight. He wouldn't even take payment to by a burger. Great business, great employee, and a great young man. read more

I have used this jiffy lube location many times and with all the vehicles I have owned and never had a problem. Today I took my vehicle in for an inspection. It fail the inspection for two reasons. One was the brake fluid was too low which is no big deal but the guy there tried to tell my wife that you can't just add brake fluid or it will news the system up. So they told her the system had to be flushed and of course they offered to do that. The second problem said that the window tint was below the state minimum of 25% which is not the car with my vehicle. My vehicle has the factory tint and has never been tinted since I've owned it. It has passed every inspection every year since 2012. I would recommend against this location for inspections. You may want to avoid it for other reasons as well, who knows what else they are doing here. read more

i understand that times are tough right now, i am an essential worker myself. however, i will never be returning to this location or any jiffy lube location again after my experience today. i always get a basic oil change on my car and it's never ever over $50. i've been taking my car to jiffy lube for oil changes since 2016 and today i was overcharged and stolen from by the employees at this location. a total of $99 was taken! this team used synthetic oil which my car does NOT use and it was $47 extra! (i was not told i'd be getting that because i said a signature oil change, like i always got) and i was charged a $3 donation fee that i was not made aware of at all during my time there nor was i even told after until i saw the receipt. it's disappointing because i've never had any issues with jiffy lube but the fact that this happened today, especially during these times, i'm upset! read more

I went in to have my fuel filter changed. I had no problems with accelerating in drive or reverse. After it was ready, my daughter and I started heading home, when I noticed that I couldn't go faster than 20mph. Since by the time they finished working on my Ford, they were already closed. So I called the next morning to speak with the manager, who turned out to be the guy who worked on it. His name is Jason and I explained to him what was wrong and he offered to come out to my home and take another look at it. Not only could I not go faster than 20mph, but my RPMs was between 3 and 4. So, Jason came out and we talked about what was wrong. I observed him as he got under the vehicle and began to take apart the panels blocking the filter. Not once did he stop to vent the gas cap or disconnect the negative side of the battery. So, I did that since he failed to. He installed the new filter, connected the battery and started it up. He took it for a test drive, just for me to be able to hear no improvement. He came back and said that it must be a transmission problem and referred me to A+ Transmission in Round Rock. I'm a disabled vet and a single parent. I missed a whole day of work at a job that I just started and my lil girl missed school. Right now my Ford Explorer is sitting in the shop and I won't know anything as far as what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ONE CENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S SCREW UP. I'm currently waiting for the Corporate Office to respond back to me. Check the reviews before you go to these guys. Do not advise getting a brake job done here and will not be going back to get a oil change either. Had my brakes done October 2017 6 months later my brakes making a draging sound like it was before I had them done. Took my car back last Friday 03/16/18. Was told they put brakes pad and rotor on fronts brake, remind you I was suppose to have had REAR AND FRONT BRAKES AND ROTOR DONE IN OCT 2016. So that tells me that it was not done in October. Did not charge me 03/16 18. Now my problem is my brakes are sqeaking, went back on 03/21/18 the guy call the person that did my brakes he now is saying I need a CATALYTIC CONVERTER REALLY?HE IS SAYING IT OVER HEATING AND THAT WHY I NEED IT REPLACE. I do not no much about cars, but that one thing I do know about remind you my car is a 2012 Kia Forte only 6 Years old. I had a 1998 Honda Accord for 17yrs before the CATALYTIC CONVERTER went out on it. WILL BE GOING TO KIA DEALERSHIP FROM NOW ON. So this will be a long one. The day after Thanksgiving, I went to Walmart and got a new battery. I don't know what Walmart did to my car but my battery light came on about a month later. I immediately took it to Autozone for them to test it and see what was wrong. They said the battery wasn't charging the alternator. Let me remind you that I don't know what any of this means, I know nothing about cars. I then took my car to Kwik Kar down the road on parmer. They told me the alternator was fine, the battery was loose, I should probably take it back to Walmart, but I could just ignore it and hope it eventually goes off. I ignored it but it never went off. About two days ago, my car started to stall when starting the engine, so yesterday I finally took it to Jiffy Lube which is where I normally get my oil changes. The guys at Jiffy Lube (who were all very kind BTW) changed my battery, gave me an oil change, and changed out my air filter. When I picked up my car, it still stalled a bit and the light was still on, but they said I needed to give it some time since they had to reset everything and the battery is stronger than what my car is used to. Again, I didn't know if I should question any of this because I don't know anything about cars. I took it home and it was fine but the light was still on. When I started it this morning, it stalled a bit but started and the light was still on. I went out on my lunch and tried to start my car. I started after holding the key to the on position for about 10 seconds, and it immediately turned off. I got a friend to run me up to Jiffy Lube and I was ready to raise hell. This time the GM Jason was there. He looked at my paperwork, listened to my issue, I assume he saw how frustrated and was, and he immediately (which impressed me because this is unheard of) got in his car and followed my to my job. In less than 2 minutes, he saw what was wrong with my car. He got it up and running so I could get it to Jiffy Lube, he went to Autozone and got the parts needed to fix it, and he came back and immediately got to it, no wait. Now my car is purring like a kitten and I couldn't be happier. This guy's name is Jason Fowler and he is a God send. I will probably never take my car anywhere else other than this particular Jiffy Lube unless it just happens to be something they can't fix. I am so appreciative of him and felt obligated to let everyone know how amazing he was. Thank you sooooo much Jason for taking care of me and my car issues because seriously, I was ready to let your people have it and you saved all of us from that!. read more

Not the best place to go. I called a day before going to price check. The person who answered the phone didn't even know the price or what oil changes they offer. With a name like Jiffy LUBE, you would think if you answer the phone, you would be skilled enough to help the customer. After asking about the online coupons, I was told sometimes they don't work and if they don't work then I wouldn't get the discount. When I did show, I was completely lied to and told they couldn't do the inspection on my car cause its a '93 and needs a different kind of emissions machine. Went down the road and was told that's a crock of shit. They did wait till after they got their money for the crappiest "full service" oil change ever before telling me that lie.. Nothing seemed vacuumed so I can only doubt that they even did the full checklist. Good luck if you go here. I'll be going elsewhere before I ever see myself going there. I had my car serviced today at the Jiffy Lube in Pflugerville, TX. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a state inspection. I was incredibly impressed by the service I received...I honestly have never been treated so well, not even when I have taken my car into the dealership. Both managers (Jeremy and Dan)and my service technician (Alan) were so kind and courteous...I honestly wanted to give them my money!! It's nice to see what's being imputed into the computer and why certain things are suggested for your car. I had an unexpected air filter replacement and it was nice for me to see how dirty my filter was to know that it was necessary. I need some minor work done before I can pass my inspection and I was informed BEFORE they inspected my car and took my money! AND i received a referral who has excellent reviews online. The $15 signature oil service coupon online got me in the door, but the quality customer service is what will keep me coming back. It's nice to be treated appropriately and to not feel as if you are being taken advantage of. read more

Terrible experience!!!! I went in for an oil check and inspection and it took almost three hours. There were three men working and this whole process took so long, which was extremely unnecessary. There were so many miscommunications between us and the employee and manager that made our time there terrible. They even forgot to give me my insurance and inspection back at the end. I had to drive all the way back to get it and they didn't even call. I would suggest going to a different Jiffy Lube. read more

My personal experience is as follows: when I arrived I had an individual come up to my car and was very courteous asking what I needed. After I said I need an oil change he opened my door, said he will get right on it and said I could wait in the AC lounge, he even addressed me as Sir. All these are small things and the "lounge" is a typical waiting area, but all these little things count in customer service. I use to get my oil change at a big box lube store but I'd arrive and have to search for help, never fun. These little acts of kindness and attention to the customer sold me. The oil change took 45 minutes which wasn't bad for a busy Saturday afternoon. They at least had enough techs on hand to match demand. Lastly, they walked me through everything and all were very attentive, informative, and friendly. A little pricier but you may think it's worth it read more

I came to this jiffy lube for a car inspection. Mark the manager lost my auto insurance card, while doing a break check and admitted that card flew off the dashboard and left the insurance card on my seat. They searched my car, the card was never found, but luckily I had another one on my mobile insurance app. I mentioned my concerns and how annoyed i was and my experience at jiffy lube has been a waste of my time. Another employee said it was a waste of his time working on my car. Later, i asked for a number to complain and if there was a discount for the inconvenience. He said no. Later he questioned about how do we know the insurance card was actually on the dashboard. We kept going back and forth, he then said he is going to refuse to do the state inspection. I then called the cops. Basically, the cop was able to mediate the situation and i got my car inspected. Mark the manager was very unprofessional and rude. I question is ability as a manager and the integrity of jiffy lube store # 3000. Don't go here. Get your car serviced else where. read more

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Saturday, 10/8/16. I told the gentleman who greeted me when I pulled up that I wanted the same $44 oil change I got last time. When I was called into the bay, I was told that my oil change was going to be $112. I told the young lady that I was not interested in paying $112 for an oil change. I told her she could pull my vehicle out and I would take it somewhere else. She told me that their store previously had people working there that were not doing the right things or charging the right prices for oil changes (not my problem). I told her I was still not interested in paying $112 for an oil change. She eventually got the price down to a reasonable number and I agreed to have the oil change. The lady told me that they found "leaks". Mind you there was no oil in my driveway or no indicator from my car that suggested there was any problem with the oil. Fast forward to Sunday.... I am leaving my house only to find a driveway FULL of leaked oil. I take the care back to Jiffy Lube on Sunday 10/9/16. I explained the problem and showed them a picture of the freshly leaked oil in my driveway. They told me they would take a look at it to see what happened. The technician came back and told me that there was a faulty oil filter. He told me they checked it thoroughly on Saturday so he was not sure what happened. He brought it to me and began to explain how oil filters work....blah blah blah. I don't know the difference....that's why I take the car to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed. The young lady then proceeds to tell me she is going to "top my fluids off". Now....if I paid for an oil change on Saturday, weren't the fluids supposed to be topped off then. So what I got out of this is that had I not taken my vehicle back on Sunday, all of my fluids would still be low even though that is part of what I paid for. I get so sick and tired of being taken advantage of just because I am a woman. I try to do the right thing by keeping up with the maintenance on my car, but it's people like the Jiffy Lube employees that make me hate doing that. Don't charge me $112 for an oil change. Fix the car right the first time and do what you are supposed to do the first time. I called the manager, Jason, and explained all of this to him and his response was "What can I do for you". Really, Jason! After all the 20/20 specials and the 7 on your side episodes, you would thing they would TRY to do better. It's one big scam and personally I'm sick of it. Went back to Jiffy Lube on Wednesday. I was told by Jason that the oil filter is not the cause of the leak I am experiencing. He asked me if I wanted to go downstairs to he could show me where the leak was coming from. I informed him that he could show me anything.... I don't know the difference. Oil changes is not my specialty. I told Jason that what I do know is that my car was not leaking before I brought it to Jiffy Lube. I got my oil changed, was overcharged, was told I had a leak, took the car back 3 times and now I am being told that the leak is not the fault of Jiffy Lube. Jason told me that it is now a seal above or behind the oil filter. So now I have to take my car to a mechanic to fix a problem that I was not having before bringing my car to Jiffy Lube. Took my car to a mechanic and was told that there was a seal above the oil filter that was "damaged". So, needless to say that was about another $150 out of my pocket in order to get my vehicle to stop leaking oil. I went to the Jiffy Lube website and lodged my complaint on 10/13/16. I was sent an email stating that they have forwarded my email to the appropriate person and I should hear from someone in 24-72 hours. Today is 10/19/16 and I have not heard from anyone yet. I emailed again to let them know that I have not heard from anyone and they sent me another email stating that they have forwarded my email to the appropriate place. Long, long, long story short.....This is a horrible establishment. Their customer service SUCKS. My advice to anyone reading this.... don't take your car to Jiffy Lube on Wells Branch. They are dishonest, unethical crooks. BTW - I only gave it one star because it wouldn't post with 0 stars selected. read more

Had to have the easiest thing done today, state inspection, and was given a real run around at another place. After all that ridiculousness I called Jiffy Lube on Wells Branch and they said to come right over. I was very impressed at the level of customer service offered to us by Mark. Not only did he meet us in the parking lot as we arrived he also opened the car doors for us as we were leaving. Everyone else we had even a brief contact with was very polite as well. It was the end of the month and they had several in before us, but still were able to get us in and out in less time than they had predicted. Will return and recommend to others. read more

I went to the wells branch location in pflugerville on 1/10/2018 for an oil change. When they called me out to go over what type of oil I wanted and the factory recommendations etc. I was then told the battery was "bad." I told them I just changed the battery less than a year ago. Plus the car is only 3 1/2 years old. I informed them the battery had been replaced less than a year ago. I was told to take it back to where I purchased it so it could be looked at. I asked them to explain why they thought the battery was bad. I was given a poor explanation of on a scale of 10 to 1, my battery was a one. I also informed them that the car had not been running sluggish, was not hard to start, the lights did not dim etc. They just kept speaking fast and went on to the next thing. I was not able to see the diagnostic test strip either. The strip was folded over and on a clip board. I tried to ask questions again, but they were not really answered. I said no to purchasing a battery. The next day I had my battery tested at the dealership. The battery is fine, has a good charge. I am a little upset that I was outright lied to, so they could sell me a battery. I have sent a complaint to the corporate office. As a side bar, my mom had her oil changed at a jiffy lube in a different city. Her truck leaked oil. Mom took it to a dealership, it was determined that the oil filter was not put on properly. I will never go there again! I would give them no stars if I could, because it was not even worth 1 star! First of all, I wanted an oil change with the synthetic oil. Not sure if they even did that, they marked the sticker for 3000 miles rather than the 5000 for the synthetic oil. I also needed windshield wipers. When I drove off and went to test the new wipers, they flew off into the street in traffic on Wells Branch because they just sat them on the car, did not attach or anything. That has been a couple months ago. It was so bad then that now this week I go to a different Jiffy Lube. found out they stripped something by my oil pan, put a butterfly plug and never said anything to me. The new Jiffy Lube would not even change the oil, because they did not want to be responsible. Take the car today to my mechanic and it was so bad that The oil pan, plug, everything had to be replaced. If you value your vehicle stay FAR away from the Jiffy Lube on Wells Branch. I have used many Jiffy Lubes for years and I have never saw ANYTHING this bad! read more
