First and last time I ever go to a Jiffy Lube. Bought my mom a new car a few months back and we took a trip to LA. Wanted to get the first oil change In before we came back up to NorCal. I saw the ratings were decent here so we gave it a shot. Provider said we had to wait in the lobby, which I thought the whole point of a drive through you can sit in your car , at least where my normal spot I go to I can. Also who ever took the oil filter off from below the car didn't put the cover back on right or at all, heard the car making a noise after we left and the cover was just being dragged and it scared my mom. Also they didn't reset the maintenance light. I get it's little things but for $129 I would think that my car would be taken care of and I'd have no worries leaving. I also felt like I was being uncharged for other services not needed. Check your local dealership prior to coming here. This location will overcharge you for a lift car inspection. They charge I think she said $76 or $79 somewhere around there. I called spoke to Johnny other different Jiffy Lube locations and they are mostly charged $47.05 I've had car inspections before and it's a little poop piece of cake work that they do for them to overcharge that much. It's not cool and it's not OK. You guys should be reasonable to customer so you can keep consistent Client to come in the second somebody see 70 something dollars to pay nobody's gonna do that unless they absolutely have no knowledge to call other locations. I'm very disappointed at this place. It's not the first bad experience. I've had. I didn't get one before because it was a necessary, but for this, it's just crazy stupid like what they're charging is ridiculous and it's embarrassing. I was embarrassed for them. The service was impeccable - I felt they were careful to discuss what needed to be done for my car, were friendly, and got me out and back on the road. The experience was so uncomfortable that even customers in the lobby were talking amongst themselves sort of poking fun as to why the employees tried to snake me and upcharge me almost 450$ for things that were unnecessary. read more

Came in here for an oil change and tire rotation. Was able to get 20% off with a yelp check in so that was a plus. The technicians were very helpful and had great customer service. I came at a pretty chill time and was in and out of there. My only gripe is that there was only one bay that could perform tire rotations and at the time i came in there was a car already in that bay and i wasn't able to get my tires rotated.
