Strike 1. Removed my engine air filter so that I was driving without one. They removed my engine air filter (to show me it should be replaced), then did not replace it (out of stock) AND did NOT put the air filter back in! Fortunately, I was only driving without an air filter for a few days before I discovered this, bought and installed a new one myself. Strike 2. Botched tire rotation. My vehicle is finished, parked out on the side. I pay then leave. I do a walk-around as I always do. One wheel cover is jutting out, obviously installed wrong. He has me put it back in the bay so he can re-install the wheel cover. I ask if they also checked the tire pressure (I knew they were down a bit). Oh, uh, sure, he says, I guess I'll do that now, too. Strike 3. Botched cabin air filter replacement. My vehicle has a pair of cabin air filters. They replaced only one. They left the box with the second new one sitting on the floor. I removed and replaced them both myself. Strike 4. Jiffy Lube web coupons not honored. I have a 20% off coupon. They said, we don't take coupons because we're a franchise, but I'll give you a discount when I ring it up. They didn't. Pros. On the up side, they were courteous and friendly, changed the oil and filter (Yes, I checked the oil to be sure it was clean, new, and full). Cons. Always double-check all work done by any mechanic! Even the simple things! Bottom line. Would I go to Jiffy Lube Ramona again? Heck no. read more

I've been to Jiffy Lube in Ramona a few times, and I have always had a wonderful experience. My last visit caused me to want to write a review because the service I received was just incredible! Everyone there works so efficiently and professionally together. James and Faith were really pleasant and courteous and extremely helpful with my questions. The young man that did the oil change was very curious and fast yet thorough. I don't write many reviews but I am taken back at what excellent staff Jiffy Lube has at the Ramona station. I will be coming here for light maintenance from now on. Very honest about what my car needed and quick service. I went in for, among other things, a break fluid change that the dealer told me I needed. They checked the fluid without charging me and *surprise* it was just fine. They were up front about this and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They also did an inspection of several other things and let me know what was needed but weren't pushy about trying to sell me every possible service. The gentleman helping me was also great about helping me keep my two young kids entertained while we waited by putting on a movie. I would definitely recommend them! read more

WOW!!!! I can't emphasize what a great experience I had! Friendly, and fast service! I've got to say that I'm very happy with Jiffy Lube. Not only did they do a good job, they used quality parts and did exactly what I asked for. Went in two days ago for a synthetic oil change on my Lexus, and Samuel was amazing, professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Samuel explained all the points, and went over every detail clearly and professionally-excellent customer service. Samuel is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. His ability to connect with customers is evident, with his calm, and helpful customer service focus. His neat, clean appearance reflects well on Jiffy Lube. Management material! Every single person that I interacted with was extremely nice and polite. The place looked clean, and the crew was amazing and quick- in and out in 15 minutes. They did do a top off of all fluids and checked my tires. Coffee and water are available in a well-appointed customer lounge area. The service is great, they are quick and they add a few nice extras that other places lack (vacuum, windshield wash). Honestly will keep coming back solely based on the staff. I happened to be driving through Ramona and unexpectedly my check engine light came on- luckily I was able to pull into this Jiffy Lube where Marc and the rest of the friendly team immediately got it all taken care of: looked up the check engine codes, explained to me what was happening, patiently talked me through options in as much detail as I wanted, and finally helped me choose an affordable & efficient solution to my problem. While the crew worked their magic on my car, I got to sit back, relax, and watch the flat screen tv in their comfortable waiting room (one of the cleanest I've ever been in- you can tell that they disinfect often, especially with everything going on these days) and I swear their bathroom was even nicer than most hotels! Overall I was very impressed with the service at this Jiffy Lube and, although there are closer locations to me, I'll probably go out of my way to go there next time I need an oil change.
