Came in with a line of cars lined up for emissions testing, and they were able to get me in for an oil service pretty quickly! They advised me on what was best, and told me that I could wait till my next one for some other services. Which means I was saving money and not wasting time. Excellent, honest, and caring service. NO High-Pressure sales tactics. Disability friendly! Never fails, once they realize that I have a disability they hold the doors open for me. The waiting area is always clean and easy to navigate with mobility aids. This time they offered to put the sticker on for me which really saves me a lot of grief, and I deeply appreciate them handling it for me. They make sure I don't have to walk more than I have to, they pull my car around for me most of the time. They just really go the extra mile! Decent value too, half the price of going to the dealership! There's easy to find coupons online, but if you don't come with a coupon, you can ask if there's any discount available. Today I came for my emissions test, and I love that everything is done right here. I don't have to stand in line at the DMV. Overall, they've been so awesome that probably won't go anywhere else. Nothing but great experiences at this Jiffy Lube location. Friendly staff, and prompt service. If there is a line, they are good to recommend grabbing a burger next store and coming back. This visit was for the "On the Spot" renewal to get my emissions and registration done. Process was completed in less than 10 minutes and there was no pressure for any other services. While I was there, I took advantage of the new program Jiffy Lube is participating in that engraves your VIN number in to your catalytic converter to help discourage theft. This took MAYBE another 10 minutes, tops. Clean store, nice employees, and quick. Will definitely be using this location for future needs. read more

I have taken my cars to jiffy lube for the over 15 years. in the past year, they have ruined two motors and two different vehicles. And all has to deal with the oil changes. I will never take my car back again. They hired just nothing but a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing they are not real mechanics. read more

They are the poorest Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. 4 - 5 employees just walking around doing nothing but playing the fool with each other and smoking. They tell you a half hour to get you in and out. After a half hour and they say "Oh, he had to leave for a few minutes on emergency." That is the same story every time to enter this place. They are all teenage kids about 17 - 20 years old with no responsibility to the customers. Suggest you go somewhere else to a place where they want your business. read more

My wife went in to get her oil changed, the tech pulled drain plug on transmission then went back up top and filled car with 5 quarts of oil (never pulled drain plug on oil pan to drain oil. So our car now has double the oil in the motor. Started car and all the warning lights lit up for transmission, they could not get the correct transmission fluid. Had to have vehicle towed to Kapp auto for repairs. The area manager Isaac then fought every inch of the way to not pay the bill, to correct everything they had screwed up. Finally his boss stepped in and took over rectifying the situation. This is a terrible shop and Isaac should be mopping floors somewhere. This went on for a few days and we were out of a car for almost 2 weeks. read more

I came in for an oil change and they told me my brakes were worn out and needed to be replaced per my fleet companies recommendation. Funny thing is that I just had the brakes replaced four months earlier at pep boys or so they said. I would believe pep boys far before I would believe Jiffy Lube as they have been known to be dishonest across the country. He said it would take about 45 minutes to replace the brakes. I am going on 3 hours here now and they are still not done. Please everyone go somewhere else and don't waste your time or money with this location. I have been happy with other locations but this will be my last time coming to this location. read more

Dishonest, lazy, hostile, careless fools. Drive anywhere else. I do my own maintenance because of the dishonesty that is too common in majority of mechanic shops. Unfortunately I can't do a state emission test. After I was escorted to my seat like a criminal getting booked into jail I Waited and watched teenagers play and joke in the shop with multiple people waiting. One couple came in after me and when their car was pulled in they pulled the air filter out, nothing more and when the guy walked in he told them their coolant needed to be flushed because is was "dirty" and their rotors needed replaced and he new by the look of the break pads. None of which was looked actually looked at. I got back in the truck and drove to JP Tire pros down the road. Was out in 20 minutes no hassle. read more

Dishonest and confused. Took my car in for safety and emissions... after 15 minutes they start talking to me about the oil change I'm not there for and tell me my "oil isn't registering on the dipstick." After they complete the service I'm there for, I get home and verify my oil is full, which I'd filled the week before. read more

I went to this local store to get my safety and admissions checks done, plus an oil change. I was told I needed a radiator flush for $159 (but they gave me a $20 discount). I was told by a Ford service individual that they only charge $80 for a flush in a large truck. Then I was told I didn't need an oil change even though it had been 8 months and several thousand miles since the last one. There were several items that they said were wrong which a reputable place I went to the next day with my Dad said were not a problem. Several days later I went in to get my renewal card back and was told they threw it away and,oh by the way, they had forgotten to do the flush they said I needed and had already paid for. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I do not know much about cars. And to top it off, he kept trying to get my phone number, and clearly wasn't for professional purposes. read more

Failed safety inspection because of my parking break. Went back in another day without fixing anything and they passed me. Parking break was never broken to begin with. They will find any reason to fail your car. Take your vehicle to a real mechanic not these idiots read more

Very poor service! I have several vehicles & have used this location for years. It's very frustrating they have so much employee turnover that you are always a stranger, the current group has either forgotten everything about customer service or was simply never taught it. No warm greetings or smiles, forget service it simply don't exist as I sit here writing this review I am the only customer in the building & have been here 24 minutes not a single employee has talked to me much less work on my car. They are very proficient at smoking e-cigarettes & standing around.Just an observation it's now 8:30 in the morning & every garbage can is overflowing, the desk is a mess, I see 4-5 employees & have still not been greeted everyone of these stellar employees looks like they slept in there clothes & hasn't combed their hair or shaved in weeks. Hey now I am 45 min in to this bust and just got greeted by a guy who looks like a actor from the living dead quite literally lol. This guy is typing my name into the computer & still asks me what my name is on three different screens in a 90 second timeframe. Great listening skills. This is so bad! Just stay away I am trying to be nice.Hey 52 minutes & they just finished lol well kind they entered my mileage in wrong & now have to fix all the paperwork work & sticker that evidently I get to put in my own vehicle as part is the signature service lol well good thing I double checked their paperwork. All this fun at a just shy of 100.00 bill.this gets even better I just one block from the location & my hood is shaking all over the place because they didn't close it & when I lift it to shut it tight my oil cap and a rag are sitting on the engine cover! & no nobody came out and went over the car before I left ? Jiffy Lubes seem to be notorious for bad reviews so naturally I've stayed away but out of convenience I went to this location and I cannot say enough about how awesome they were! I always get nervous going to places like an auto shop with kids by myself because it's hard to keep them under control because there is no where to play but when we went to this Jiffy Lube all of the guys were so good and patient about the kiddos and even interacted with them which was awesome! They were quick and efficient with the auto work I needed and the car ran so smooth after. They gave the kiddos suckers and opened the door for us! Probably the best experience I've had at an auto shop! Thanks for helping a mama out!! We will definitely be going back! read more

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! Took my truck in for safety inspection they told me my sprayer for my wipers didn't work ,come home put fluid in it they work fine . Then they told me I don't have a muffler when I just had my exhaust done a year ago . Then everything else they failed me on they passed last year. They are just out to get money. they are all young kids that don't know what they are looking for . I would give no stars but it makes me give at least one. read more
