Didn't have semi synthetic oil I always use. Offered full which I'm not ready to transition to. So, I left.

Went to get a copy of my last time there. Engine oil issue which has cost me it will over 5000 I will ne totally broke. But....they have no record or the two times I was there. Interesting. Went ho.e found last bill. Be careful alot of turnover there. They screwed up my car but I cant prove it. I brought my car in for an oil change, the employee came to me and tried to sell me a air filter, then, asked me if I would like to get my rear windshield wiper replaced, I said yes. He broke the arm of my rear windshield wiper, and didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me. When I called Jiffy Lube back I explain the situation, the employee didn't even ask for my name, they said oh the employee who was here yesterday said he didn't break it and that was it. I said well you can let your boss know that I will never be coming here ever again and said ok, that's fine and hung up!!! read more

Worst oil change and tire rotation service. They are hiring unskilled employees with no clue what they are doing. The workmanship is very poor. They broke two lug nuts and damage the studs while doing the tires rotation, then I found that they overflow the oil system so I have oil spilled all over the place below the engine. Inside my truck they left fingerprints all over the place, these guys have not the care to wash their hands before jump in the car to drive it in/out the service area. Very poor the service given. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

They didn't put the oil filter on my car. Went here for an oil change and was surprised at how fast the oil change was. Thanked the workers for putting air in my tires. Asked to use a coupon and they said no. Went to pay, and leave. Within two miles the car had totally broken down at an intersection because they didn't put the oil filter back on. All the oil came out. My car has lots of damage now. Had to bring it to a different garage all together. read more

The actual oils change was fine and very quick. However when I pulled in I showed the guy who greeted me a coupon that was for 10 off and asked if it was excepted he said yes as August 14. Had he told me know I would have gone somewhere else because Jiffy lube tends to more expensive and less service than the other places in the the area. I had only stopped there because the normal place I go was closed on Sundays and I had this coupon.. After they worked on my car they told me the coupon was not in there system and could only give me 5 off. Of course they already performed the service so I had no choice. When I told him I would be calling the owner and wanted his name and the name of the employee who told they would except the coupon he just shrugged his shoulders and told me ok. As I left I saw on there sign outside says Customer service comes first. I dont feel that is true. I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in over 20 years and don't think I will be back. read more

The "owner" thinks he knows everything, when he doesnt. They will over tigten your drain plug. Mess up the threads and make oil leak. I highly recommend NOT going here. read more

I take pride in taking care of my vehicle. I keep it extremely clean and well maintained. I took my car for the first time here in a pinch. I know this place. It was my first job 23 years ago. Figured it would be safe. Things have changed. My tire pressure light was on when I left and I had 8 pounds of pressure off on a tire and the car was not vacuumed, which is part of the service. I called to let the owner know that was there, I met him when they charged me $96 for an oil change and tire rotation as part of their signature service. I have never called to complain to anyone about anything before this and let him know that when we talked. I explained I was about to go on a 600 mile road trip and was hoping this would have been taking care of, it didn't. It got worse. Halfway through the trip my oil light came on in the car stalled. Not only did I experience the problems listed above, they also cracked the oil filter cap which resulted in leaking every drop of oil out of the engine. Luckily I had spare oil and went to a service station to get for additional quarts to get me back home. Took it the next morning where they replace the oil cap that was cracked due to over tightening. They did not reimburse me for the service or cover the $40 for the oil I had to purchase to get it home. They did cover oil and the part they broke. The manager that was on duty was very nice; however, when it was all set and done, there was large amounts of oil smeared in my interior and the car was still not vacuumed. This was the worst oil change experience I have ever had. I will be changing it myself from here on out. If you are thinking about going here and go across the street to Mr. Tire. The synthetic oil change and tire rotation is half the price and worth the wait. read more

I got an oil change at this Jiffy Lube today, and I have to say...it was the best oil change experience I've ever had! The staff was friendly, professional, helpful, expedient, and had a great sense of humor! The man behind the counter actually told us that our car would be ready "in a jiffy"...and it was! They were quick and had great customer service! I didn't have much time to spare.. Stopped in at the middle of a long road trip, at the final hour that they were open. They helped me right away, explained exactly what needed to be done and why. They were also incredibly friendly. I only had an oils change and switched out the filters, but it was a great experience. read more

They always have me in and out in just a few minutes. Always friendly and today they found my wallet while vacuuming. It had over a couple hundred dollars in cash in it and they brought it in to me right away. Thank you guys so much! read more

A very generous and well deserved one star goes to Jiffy Lube for playing on the ignorance of a college girl and her "seemingly" lack of knowledge when it comes to cars and synthetic oil changes. Yet, what they didn't figure was my ability to fact check my receipt. My jiffy lube back home is courteous and altruistic, so they wouldn't dare charge a penny over when not necessary. However as for the Salisbury Jiffy Lube, I could not even begin to imagine saying the same. I drive a 2004 Mini, and I attempted to get the full service synthetic oil change for $69.99. Yet, of course there were hidden fees. They claimed that my drainage plug was stripped by the previous service that I received in Salisbury, so it would be an additional 10 dollars and they also claimed that I needed to pay an additional fee for my oil filter because of my type of car. Yet, come to find out they could not even remove my oil filter to begin with, and guess what?... still charged me full price. Jiffy Lube also stated that my car had 30,000 miles over what it did have and stated my oil change interval was recommended at 3000k, when in turn it should have been 10k- 15k. Don't they seem genuine? HA. As for the oil filter they further instructed me to go back to the previous place that I received service, of which is Sherwood of Salisbury, because it "wasn't Jiffy lube's fault" (of course). I then went to Sherwood who needless to say provided excellent service and was beyond helpful. And guess what?! They were able to get my oil filter off in a matter of five minutes and only charged me for the part. I then went back to Jiffy Lube (this process has now taken 3 hours) and they showed no remorse and reluctantly reimbursed me for the oil filter and solely the oil filter after a long argument. They refused to refund me for the drainage plug, yet showing their track record it had to be them. I left feeling belittled, wronged, and out $90.00. Needless to say, terrible service. read more
