I would put zero stars for this location but couldnt... they take advantage of kids...my step daughter just got an oil change for $85 with a $40 gift card and a 50% off coupon. She asked the price before service began and they neve gave price took her car and service and said was $174 for oil change... she still paid $85 with coupon and gift card....horrible price considering every other place does oil change for less than $85...midas does for under $50 same with brake check... I think even take 5 is under $85 with coupons...very disappointing this store tool advantage of this young kid.... she is starting college and works part time and they took all her money for the oil change. I need an oil change for a while and finally had time to go. I was told it would be about 25 min wait before they got to me but it actually took less then 5. They had such a great team working together to get everyone one done in a decent time frame. The staff was great very friendly and constantly communicating with you. It turned out they I also needed a new battery. They showed me what it looked like before and after changing it. If I had any questions they answer them. I will definitely be going back. Side note: they are located right next to Dunkin Donuts so I was able to get a coffee while I waited for them to finish. read more

Waited 55 minutes for a 15 minute inspection, only one state inspector working and he was doing oil changes, been coming here fir 2 years and everytime it gets slower and worse service waisted an hours worth of gas just waiting for service, they could have told it would be an hour waiting time instead of saying pull up here and we will be right with you, never coming back read more

I got a quote in writing for some services. I went back the following week and they backtracked because they told me that they had made a mistake with the pricing. They were not going to honor the offer. The owner, at least someone called telling me that he was the representative for that location, told me that they were wrong in giving the offer, but that there was nothing he could do about that. I went in this morning to get my vehicle's state required inspection. I was greeted by Julian. He was very friendly and helpful. I was offered extra service to replace my air filter as they checked if it was clean or so. I kindly denied since I will be replacing it myself. All went well until I took off and my glove compartment dropped. They did NOT secure it back in place correctly. I went in for an inspection...not even an oil change and this happened. They really need to inspect their own work before giving their customers back their vehicles. Inspection after an inspection...how ironic. Would've gave them 4 maybe even 5 stars, but this was very disappointing. Thankfully I work in the collision industry and just fixed it myself. I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla, so there shouldn't have been a reason for the glovebox to drop. Just a tip for the staff, please just double check your work. Customer service was fine. Work quality crap. I went in for an oil change and of course the whole up sale process on which they and I saw the battery terminals needed a clean $19.99 fine im for it. I also asked if my power steering fluid was good.I get home and tell my dad to check under the hood due to a previous experience of jiffy lube not placing my break fluid cap back after checking it. And I'm not surprised when my dad is looking and telling me it looks gross, what did they do, that's lazy and careless. They left it greasy! My air filter which they checked, the lid was open. And my power steering was extremely low, after them telling me it was fine. Pictures w/ date of service and pictures of their battery terminal cleaning service. If you're not going to finish or do the job correctly then don't offer the service. One star for my oil being filled. read more

Bought a Groupon for an oil change. In the groupon it specifies they top off aLl the fluids and clean the I inside windows. Windshield washeR fluid was topped off the antifreeze was not. Come to find out they charge 5 bucks to toO off but they never even told me it was completely empty. Only noticed it when I got home to check everything. They also didn't clean the windows. I will not go back. I will go out of my way to gO to the one in Live Oak where they do what is supposed too be done. read more

I've never had an issue with this location. I come here for my state inspections and oil changes. Everyone is always happy to help, they try to educate you on some things, but they will also try to sell you extras. It's a business at the end of the day though, so what do you expect? I even got to use a Groupon here. So snagged a good deal on a signature oil change package for a good price. read more

This place is horrible. I went in January to get my inspection and they didn't input it into the system. When I went to go get my registration in March they of course couldn't find it. I had to take back my vehicle. Sure enough the guy who did my inspection the first time no longer works there. Hmm...I wonder why. Yes they redid the inspection of course trying to get more money out of me to replace a part that probably didn't need to be replaced. Then when I went to go get my registration again they charged me $7.50 since that's the new inspection process. Well I pretty much paid more than I should have. They technically didn't redo the inspection for free. I do take my other vehicles to other Jiffy Lubes but I will never take my vehicle there for anything. I don't trust them anymore. read more

I have been coming to this location for years and am usually satisfied. The work performed was adequate and quick. The only thing I noticed was that once the oil change was done the guy didn't show how the dipstick was reading or to show the clarity of the oil. Also my car sits really low in the front and the person who drove it in the bay, if he had hit the small bump any faster than what he did, he would have ripped the lower front lip on my car against the small railing surrounding the opening on the floor. He should give a little more attention to detail when performing work and lookout for any variances. Funny thing is that I had mentioned it before to what appeared to be the manager, as a manager he should be more aware of passing information to the employees. read more

I wanted to take the time to express my true appreciation for Jason and AJ. Last night around 6:15 we came in for an oil change. My daughter had some repairs to her car but it was still not driving right. We thought an oil change may help. They checked the engine code for us, popped open the engine to check the spark plugs (just got a tune up) and fixed an issue they seen. They educated us on what they seen was wrong and told us what needed to be fixed before we should get the oil change. They educated my daughter and took the time to explain what was wrong. We were "damsels in distress" but were not treated that way at all. read more

Came to this place because of Groupon. I wanted to like this place because I heard great things about it. First time coming to this location and the last time as well. Took my 2013 Dodge Dart SXT for an oil change. They were about to put 7 quarts of oil in my vehicle which is only a 4 cylinder all because they mistakenly thought it was a 2006 Dodge Charger because their machine was reading my VIN incorrectly. The sad thing is when my fiancé mentioned that it was a Dodge Dart because the 7 quarts seemed like too much, they said "Really? That's not what the machine said." Personally, I don't know much about cars but you can tell the difference between a Dart and a Charger... thankfully my fiancé caught this. However, I have to wonder how many cars they serviced with incorrect oil due to their system reading a VIN incorrectly. I may try a different location but now I'm hesitant. read more

I've been here several times for oil changes and even an inspection. I went on this particular day 7/11/19 in the evening around 5pm with my 1 year old son to get an inspection. Keep in mind I was there 6 months ago for my inspection because I failed to notice when my sticker expired. Anyway when I was there prior, my vehicle passed inspection, no issue. I was asked for my insurance after they took my vehicle and parked it. The person who took my vehicle stated that they could not start the inspection until I showed proof of current insurance and that was understandable. I couldn't log in to show my insurance, I finally told the person who took my keys that I'd come back when I could log in. He then began to take me to my vehicle and started to say that I was being failed for hazy headlights. I asked for clarification "I thought you couldn't begin the inspection until you saw insurance?" He said "well I just wanted to show you what I saw that would make you fall" I said "okay". I held my hand out for my keys and he then asked for payment. I was so confused at this point because he made it seem like he didn't do the inspection but then was asking for payment. He then proceeded to tell me "we can do the headlight treatment that comes with a lifetime warranty" I asked how much and he stated "$59.99" I declined and knew immediately that my vehicle didn't "fail" as he indicated he just merely wanted to sell a service to a pregnant, vulnerable, mother. It's so terrible! I took my vehicle to another place and they indicated that my vehicle was recently failed in the system! They asked why and I told them what happened. They apologized for another company trying to take advantage. I'm so disappointed in Jiffy Lube. read more

This place isn't as bad as other customers let on. It's small and cramped and quite a few of their customer service skills need some work, but they're quick, efficient, and they get their jobs done. Needless to say, however, they do need to work a little harder at customer service considering they don't have much of a lounge or ring up area (one register and one other computer that I saw all within the bays). read more

So went to go have my inspection done at this location, they did my inspection super fast and I was on my way before I knew it. They were super nice...except for they made me think they lost my insurance card....AND THEY STOLE ITEMS FROM MY CAR! I had a girly cellphone case and a empty CD case in my glove box and they stole it. I don't care that those items are gone cause they can be replaced, its the simple fact that they stole from me. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?! I called the manager the next day and told him what had happened....he apologized and took the situation seriously, as I had hoped he would. I took my car in yesterday for a quick oil change. Knowing for a fact that the cover to my fuse box worked perfectly before I took it in, I noticed after I left the shop that the cover to the fuse box was open when I started to get out of my car at my next stop. Not sure what they did to it but now it will not close or latch. How can you break something and not let me know about it. I will never go back to this store again. Also, the guy that took my car in asked me if I wanted to rotate my tires. When I said, "no", he asked me when the last time was that they had been rotated. When I said "within the last three months", he said that I should do it now because it's recommended being done every 3 months. When I talked to another guy that put my info in the computer he stated that it should be done every 7 months. I don't like liars!!!
