Customer service is poor, I called the lady over the phone just slammed the phone after our conversation ended very loudly and they closed 40 earlier before their scheduled time and when I walk up to the door, the lady turns the sign off and locks the door like nothing. Probably the worse place I've ever been too and all just for a simple oil change too which is crazy! read more

Not Happy!!! I have had lots of work done at this location. In June 2024, I had a engine motor mount replaced and the part cost was $142. One year later the same motor mount is bad and needs to be replaced. The cost of the part one year later at a different auto repair shop is $56! Sadly, the warranty expired 35 days ago. Something does not add. I have contacted corporate for some assistance and investigation. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This store refuses to cancel a loan payment plan that was suggested for repairs that were not done. We asked them to reassemble the car and we would pay for their time but we would rather get another opinion because the car was too new. They did but did not cancel the paperwork. Don't ever let them make you think your car is in dire need of repairs and rope you into an outrageous payment plan. Car was taken to dealership and no dire issues were found. Almost 3 loan payments down they have yet to cancel and give us the run around each time we call. The loan company says the district manager needs to let them know there was no work performed so it can be canceled. Mario, the DM , has not done so almost 6 weeks later. And to make the experience even more difficult Linda at the Marbach/410 location refuses to give me the information needed and hung up on us not once, but twice. And now refuses to answer when we call back. We use to be faithful Midas customer's but this experience not only changes that but makes me feel I should warn others of their shady business practices. read more

I was driving to work when I realized my AC was blowing hot air. I was so red and sweaty and I couldn't take it anymore so I pulled over to the closest shop I could find which was this location. The staff was very friendly and Jason explained what my problem was and how to resolve it. He gave me some water to cool down and was willing to help me out however he could. They were almost closed for the day but I didn't feel rushed or anything. Will come again for any issues I have! read more

Took my car which CLEARLY has a coolant leak.. they held my car there for over a day to look at it.. and they told me nothing was wrong with my car. Said they couldn't find a leak.. and said they can't help me. Also I'm a MIDAS CREDIT CARD HOLDER. Took it to a store across from me and they easily spotted my leak in a matter of seconds. Midas is not professional at all.. wouldn't even work on my car repairs that THEY fixed for me. Saying my car is fine when it obviously was over heating when I pulled in to there lot.. safe to say they lost a customer over 5 years and won't ever use my Midas card again #SCAMMERS read more

I am infuriated. An oil change and tire rotation has turned into a nightmare. Last time I got a tire rotation done, they stripped a lug nut and then broke a strut. Drove with it like that for a week. Of course they didn't tell me didn't find out until discount tire told me. I brought it back. Of course they're fixing their f*** up. But still I am taking so much time out of my day to be here waiting for my car. And looks like the guy has no idea what he's doing. They're extremely short staffed. He works on my car for 10 mins and then disappears. I've been here for 2 hours now and nothing has been done. I'm so frustrated and will definitely not be returning to this Midas. And I don't know if any Midas, for that matter after doing all my business with you all, I am very frustrated and nothing has been done to make this right. Advertises state inspection services but has no inspector on-site. Don't waste a stop here if you need an inspection.

Reviewing car inspection services only! This place is great. I've had my last 5 vehicle inspections five here and I've been in and out within 15 minutes each time. Only once was I turned away because their inspector was out such. Their inspection is fast and efficient. The total cost, just $7 pass or fail. The waiting area leaves something to be desired. It's pretty base bones with some plastic seats, a television, and a coffee pot that sideways arms to be either empty or almost empty. Always had a good experience with the staff. They've always been courteous. This is my go-to vehicle inspection station. I'm sure they'd appreciate your business. read more

Horrible customer service. Was quoted a time to pickup my car. ONE HOUR LATER I had to track down the employee to ask what the hold up was. Find out the individual I was talking with was the manager. So the person running the establishment was the one that had me sitting in the waiting room one hour after my quoted time with ZERO interaction until I tracked him down. I wrote corporate concerning the matter and got nowhere. I should have listened to the prior reviews. Never again and would recommend anyone reading this to go elsewhere. It cannot be worse. UPDATE: The work they did was found, by Pep Boys, to be subpar. The bolts used in for the suspension work were incorrect causing one to fly out while the vehicle was operating. The company then said I "voided the warranty" by having Pep Boys look at it. Even though I had zero faith in their practices and taking it to them would have just given them a way to cover up their work. read more

My caliper broke right after break pads were changed. Literally the same day! There was black smoke and a burning smell. Someone obviously made a mistake. Yet Midas completely refuses to fix their error. Stay away from this horrible place! read more

I put my faith in these mechanics like I have done many other times and they lost my trust. I had a severe screeching in my wheels and they told me that it would be fixed by replacing the rotors. And pads on the two front wheels. $300 later the problem was still there and maybe even getting worse. I called it in and they told me to come in and they would look at it at no charge. When I went in they told me it would be $1000 for each side of the rear wheels. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it for 160. These people don't have a conscience and they are crooks, take your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

I've been here twice. Customer service is great but they will sweet talk you out of your hard earned money. Second time I had to get car fixed I had to go back three times before they finally figured it out and let me know what was going on but I appreciated how well they worked with me. read more

Read below for my previous review on what Midas did to my brakes. It's now 4 months later they have all my contact info, no calls, e-mails, letters, no sorry we almost killed your family, no refund. Not one red cent. They are so wonderful when you don't have a problem 100% satisfaction guarantee, we only care about our customers safety my butt. They point fingers at anybody else to blame like a 5 year old. I sent copies of reports they gave me to their office so they could see that nothing was noted about the wrong fluid being in the MC before or after I left midas, but still no response. I had to replace my whole brake system just about a week after Midas serviced my car and put the wrong fluid in the brake master cylinder locking up my brakes, when the other shop opened the MC they clearly saw the wrong fluid in the MC, but according to midas ...they didn't do it. yeah right. AND if you see midas customer service write me on here being concerned don't let that fool you either, nothing as happened and I have talked and written to several. There might be good Midas shops out there but my family and none of my friends will never take the chance and go to one again not even for a drink of water. ZERO STARS will update again. read more

I came to Midas from the dealership. I was told at the dealership that I need Front and Rear brake pads and rotors. I took to midas to get the work done, and they informed me that only needed front brake pads. I enjoyed the honesty from Louis who was the manager helping me. read more

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I went in for a simple oil change and they almost damaged my car. After my oil change I drove straight to Houston. As soon as I came to a stop in Houston traffic my oil light started blinking. I drove 3 hours with my oil cap sitting underneath my hood and oil spilling out all over the place, they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Something so simple ruined my time in Houston and almost ruined my car. I had to get my car towed to a Midas location in Houston and spent a total of 5 hours trying to clean up their mess. Thankfully the guys in Houston were very understanding and took great care of me, as I'm a single mother traveling with 2 kids, one of which is disabled. I requested a complete refund for the inconvenience and the OWNER of this location refused to give me a refund. I called corporate office and there is nothing I can do. I spent $50 on an oil change, by the way. read more
