This is my normal stop. I've been here for the last 2 yrs plus. My truck-Nissan-and now my Toyota Corolla. Guys are amazing and service if fast. Take 5 Coupons always accepted. Would normally leave a 5 star except for today's visit. Today one of the guys did spill oil while using the quartz for my 0W8 oil and didn't say anything or even attempt to clean it while it was above the bay. Justin was very helpful in getting this cleaned up once I was in the parking lot and noticed it. Small oversight but overall a great experience as always. read more

I used to go here often. My last visit was about a month ago but I kept noticing oil marks on my driveway. Finally decided to check under the vehicle and notice oil on the filter. Grabbed the filter and I was able to tighten it just about 2 full turns. I've taken multiple vehicles here over the years. And this was 1st incident. Not saying it's a horrible experience but these employees need to be more considerate about their jobs and others properties. Vehicles are an investment for families. This could have potentially stranded a family or possibly ruined an engine if a person was not as aware of how a vehicle works. Please double check, triple check your work! read more

I've taken my car to this location several times for its required oil change. At times the line can be long but it moves fairly quickly. The staff is great and doesn't seem to push too hard to upsell extra services. I typically pay for the premium oil change which includes all the fluids being topped off. The price is comparable to other locations nearby. If you live nearby I'd highly suggest this location. read more

Took my car the other day to get an oil change, did not even drive out 50 yards and the low oil pressure light came on. Took it back to find out that they did not change the oil filter correctly. I was told this was because they were moving fast and was careless on their end. I call and made a complaint and sill have yet to hear from the district manager. Very bad costumer service and extremely poor follow up. read more

I had to wait longer than what I expected it to be. It's cool that you do get to stay in your car while they change your oil. Just took too long for the service. It will about an hour of a wait. Make sure to look up coupons. They have a 25% off for Uber drivers, veterans, and others. I had a $5 off coupon so I ended up getting an oil change for $38! read more

We will NEVER take our vehicles here again! We got our oil changed and started noticing fresh oil stains in our driveway. Everyday they were getting bigger. I called. Took our vehicle back in and they made some excuse that the oil wasn't leaking from the actual vehicle. Just from a part that they accidentally set in oil while working on our vehicle. Said they wiped it down and gave us a $10 off coupon. Then the next morning there's 3x more oil in our driveway! I called 7 times and nobody will answer. New 300k home and now has these ghetto oil stains in our driveway. read more

Went here when I seized one of my oil remove filters on my 2016 Tacoma; as is infamous with tundras and Tacoma's from the factory they give plastic oil filter housing which can get stuck or worse break at the turning points. The techs in the front were great service wise but they didn't have the tools so.they sent me to their master tech and he had the right tools to get it off easily and replace the housing with a more reliable metal one. Best experience I've had with a business ever. read more

Staffed seems unprofessional with no type of management in sight, I had 1 person putting a sticker in my face at the same time as I was adjusting my car with another person because apparently I wasn't guided in correctly, unprofessional staff. I wouldn't return and the employee kept insisting on a very expensive oil after telling him I was not interested then he proceeds to tell me that he will not be liable for problems with my car I've came here twice before and have received the same type every time with no issues, only good thing about my whole experience is not having to get off my car. HORRRRRRRRRIBLE I mean BAD dirty hoodrats from the ghetto with no manners, I simply went in to get wiper fluid and they offered to change my filters. Even though I didn't really need I figured what the heck? They broke the ac in my car to where it didn't even blow and when I took it back, they said "Not our fault, your car just did that". I asked to speak to a manager and they put me off property, promised to let their "automotive department" which doesn't even exist fix and they would call/text me. 3 hrs. later I go back and they suddenly don't know who I am. I took it to a mechanic who confirmed they broke my ac. MESSED UP. read more

I usually go to the Take 5 on Culebra & I have never ran into an issue. I always had great customer service with a friendly attitude. Today, I went to (culebra) Take 5 for a routine oil change and was told that they don't have my oil 5W-30 in stock, so they suggested this location. This location was out of my way but I didn't mind. As I arrived I was told that I was not in the system & was left hanging after I stated I've been to Take 5 multiple times. I don't know if this is how they usually greet customers at this location but I've never been approached like this at culebra. I told the guy I was sent here because culebra was out of 5w-30, then he started conversing with other coworkers how they(culebra) have oil they just don't want to work. As a customer who went out their way and to hear that openly was highly unprofessional. They never checked my lights, windshield wasn't cleaned, never was told about my stripped oil drain plug.
