These guys are the best! I have oil changes performed here on 2 different vehicles. Whenever I go in they are always polite, helpful, and friendly. They are also extremely honest! The second time I went in I took the wrong vehicle. After checking it out, the manager told me the oil was clean and didn't need changing. I took the car home and went back later with my pickup, which did need changing. I was there recently for an oil change and asked them to check out the car because it was running rough. It turned out to be the spark plugs. The cost (due to needing the wires also) came to a little more than expected, but they helped me out and discounted the price. Went in for an oil change and was out within 30 mins. Mike came to our car right away and took us inside, offered us coffee, asked what we wanted and got right to work. We weren't pushed into anything other than what we went in for. We declined a few things that were actually included in the oil change and ended up changing our minds near the end and Mike said no problem and did what we asked. When they were done the check out process was just as fast, nothing being pushed on us for future visits aside from the next oil change. Mike led us out to our car, showed us the now clean dipstick and oil (we were well past due for one) and sent us on our way. Exceptional service, will definitely be going back to this location. Went down to the local Jiffy Lube in San Jacinto CA to get a basic oil change service. What a pleasant surprise!! They greeted me professionally and got to work to work on my little Civic right away. I had some concerns about a fluttering noise my car was making, and Manual took the time to listen, and give me his input and suggestions. I left feeling my car had been well tended to, but also with a sense of relief as his suggestions for my concern about my car made a lot of sense and shouldn't cost a lot of $$. Needed an oil change & wiper blades..i pulled in & was then greeted by a nice tall young man. He asked what he could do for me & gave me all recommendations that they could do to service my car for improvement! Unfortunately i was only there for two things but loved that i was given all options! My clutch pedal was giving me problems so I brought it in for an evaluation. Manny Salcedo, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful and said it was a simple repair. The repair turned out to be more complicated and took longer, but it was done better than promised and for a much lower than expected price. Absolutely loved my service from this specific Jiffy Lube when i went in for an oil change. Not only did they perform excellent service like always, Ruben, who was my cashier, went above and beyond out of his way to make sure i got the best coupon available to use. Originally i had only a $12-13 off a conventional oil change whereas instead he offered me a $20 discount on the oil change altogether! I needed an oil change, so I came here. Mike right away took my keys, walked me to the waiting area offered me coffee and hot chocolate. Although it was a little bit of a wait the service was amazing! Mike explained to me what exactly they were doing to my car which I found great because I'm not very car savvy. Went into this location for a tune up on my truck. They had me in and out faster then I thought, even though one of my sparkplugs was a pain in the ass for John to get out lol. But overall great service both John and Jason were awesome treated my wife and I great, and had my truck running like new. I came here to get my oil changed because my friend recently told me they do a good job. When I pulled up I was greated right away and I thought that was pretty cool. I hate just standing around waiting. I saw they had signes up with specials so I chose the one and they got to work right away on my service. I was in and out in around 30 mins. Went to my Favorite Jiffy Lube Saturday 12-5-15. As always Jay and the crew where fast & professional. I tried their oil additive and it has quieted my engine down a lot.
