Told them I had a coupon. They said $30 dollar discount. Then says $25:I was told I had a coupon for $24'and they did not honor it and said only 20 off at location and 5 off filter. Why send coupons. Why not check coupons before doing services. Last time I going there. Ask questions about coupons and totals and reverify discounts. I just went over to Jiffy Lube and San Jacinto to get an inspection for Uber and Lyft. I brought the form I got from box.com for Lyft. They told me that I had to pay $23.51 to get the form completed and it had to say Lyft on top, then I had to get the Uber form and pay again to get the same inspection. I had brought a form that just said "vehicle inspection". They said it was of no use, the companies would not accept it, contrary to what many sources said online. It turns out none of this is true. I Wanted, my coolant exchanged with coolant that I brought. I asked them to empty my system and add the coolant that I brought in. All they did was drain the radiator not the engine or the rest of the vehicles system. They were only able to get almost 4 of the 8 gallons that it nearly takes and now I still have a contaminated system and have wasted my time and money. If they're going to offer a service, they should ask if I want it cheap or thorough. I did not know there was an option. I haven't been able to contact the business regarding the reply, yet. But, I was driving back from a doctor's appointment in Riverside yesterday when suddenly a horrible scraping sound started coming from the engine compartment. I pulled over and it stopped. Took a look inside and underneath only to find the Engine Cover Shield was loose and had become detached, scraping against the highway. The techs didn't tighten it properly after having removed it to conduct the oil change. I will be contacting the business today and will post an update. read more

So on initial review I would have said great service, friendly staff. I came in for an oil change. After I left I heard a flapping noise and discovered my skid plate was hanging. I called and they said to come in. Still very friendly. They told me they did not have my missing parts and could put zip ties to hold the skid plate up. read more

Arrived there at 4:42pm and they said they were already close when they close at 5pm, i told him we were coming from far plus we had called before to make sure we were getting our car service so thats when they finally did our oil change and in a hurry because they wanted to leave before 5pm. The next day we saw the car was leaking oil and we commute the car far away daily. The car was not leaking oil prior to this. We took it back and they said they just didn't wash the excess oil off. I've been using ths Jiffy Lube location for years and have typically been satisfied. On my most recent trip a few days ago, I was helped by Baltazar and Mario. They were courteous and seemed to do a good job. I had my oil and transmission fluid both changed before heading out on a road trip. I left the shop and headed directly out to Arizona. I got about 100 miles into my trip when heard a terrible racket coming from under the front of the car. I stopped on the side of the road, in blistering heat, and found the problem. The plastic protective piece that covers the bottom of the engine on my Camry was hanging down, rubbing on the ground and on the right front tire. I crawled under the vehicle and found that the two rear bolts that hold it in place were missing. Jiffy Lube had removed them, during the service, and failed to replace them. I was able to secure the protective cover with plastic zip ties and get going, cursing Jiffy Lube for the next 100 miles. I think next time I'll take my car to an ASE certified mechanic for service. read more

They neglected my vehicle by ignoring a deteriorating drain plug and gasket during my oil change : my oil leaked heavy in driveway after I returned home.I did return to them and they did replace the plug and gasket no questions asked. After this , my vehicle starting leaking even more and I refused to go back. My oil leaked out all the way from 50 mile trip. I was lucky my engine didn't blow up. I am a woman and I'm not sure what occurred here but it's NOT normal and I feel something fishy is going on at this establishment and will never return or recommend them to anyone. read more

Had a guy tell me that their computer system just randomly splits the price to equal a flat rate for their oil change between labor and parts. First of all, it's simple math. The price per unit times the quantity, plus the oil filter. There's our price that we see under the cost for parts. So WHERE is the $43 of labor coming from? Been here multiple times and labor was $7 so how is it magically changing..... once a family member who.... Dare I point out doesn't speak English goes in. If it's a flat rate, like you wanted to try and justify, why would it not all be included in the parts. Disgusting ethics and should be ashamed of taking advantage of people when they see a chance. Lost mine and my family and friends' business. I suggest any women or non-English speakers avoid this place or be prepared to check your estimate and receipt and defend yourself. last Saturday I took my car in for several services to include a transmission flush, an oil change, a brake service and asked them to rotate the tires too. I didn't notice until I got home that my tires didn't get rotated. It was obvious because the rear tires looked practically new while the front were relatively worn. I looked at the receipt and sure enough I was charged for the tire rotation. When I called I was told that I wouldn't have been charged for a service that wasn't done and to bring my car in so we could go from there. I asked the managers name and literally couldn't understand what the guy said and asked him to spell the name. He just repeated the unintelligible name again. I don't have to take my car back to a shop to have a service done that should have been done the first time. I thought they were supposed to make sure everything was done before giving you the car back. Charging me for a service not rendered is fraud. Just saying. read more

So here I am at Jiffy Lube, i have been here before , but the memory is hazy. I hated the one on Sanderson Ave. (see my review) so i thought I would use this one. To my surprise I only saw two workers. Usually when I drive by this place it is always empty, but with my luck I had three cars ahead of me. The worker greeted me and let me know the wait would be about an hour. The notice of estimated time was appreciated, and I decided to stay. Everything about my visit would have been great, if it were not for the mother with three kids (obviously from two dads) who was soon joined by two friends. They were gracious enough to speak very loudly, so I could listen to her problems with her current baby daddy and her custody issues. Also next to me was a guy watching a movie on a tablet, who decided to enter his speakers into competition with the talking mother. But back to the point, the worker (nick) was great, they did the typical upselling of services, but I understand, it's business. He had a nice tone to his voice and didn't look like he hated being there. It turns out there was a third worker, who was under the cars changing the oil. I will gladly return to this location for my future oil changes. They even show you the engine before you leave. I like this because I always check to make sure they put the oil cap back on (I only had to learn that lesson once). read more

Stripped my oil pan! Then claimed it's normal wear and tear! It was just changed 6 months or less at jiffy lube in yucca Valley ( which by the way charged for a air filter and didn't put one in!!!) it was fine then...they said they may have over tightened it..ok so now what??? I'm pissed ... They did put a bigger plug and stop the leak and were very nice and professional even when they just told me its the OIL PAN ITSELF THAT'S STRIPPED! Guess who gets to pay for this!!! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with my car thumping and the steering wheel jerking on flat roads. I hadn't driven more than 1/4 mile before I had to turn around and have the tire rotation service reversed. The manager said the reason the car rode worse after they serviced it was because I should've had my tires balanced. Thanks for the blame and the lame excuse, Jiffy Lube.
