Always a great experience here. I leave every time with complete peace of mind knowing my car has been thoroughly inspected. As a bonus, as a mom of a one-year-old, it's so convenient to just pull up, turn off the car with the baby still in his seat, hand him some snacks, and by the time he's done, so is the oil change! Went to go an oil change and tried waiting in the second lane. Got re adjusted to move to the third lane behind a solar panel company van which made the wait time to be an hour! The original lane I was in and the one next to it all got their service done and had different cars pulling in while I'm still stuck behind this van. When it was my time to finally pull forward and be next for service, the guy signaling me to go forward was so dramatic and rude saying I need to slow down when ??? I wasn't even pulling that fast. I wasn't even halfway down the lane. Man was acting I went from 0mph to 25mph real quick.... He was eye rolling at me to the other guys that were working there when bruh I can fucking see you... and also I was waiting here for a whole hour! No sorry for the wait just I peaked in high school bullying behavior. This should have been a one star but I'll give it two since the two service guys who were checking my lights, blinkers and filter while I was in line were really sweet and professional. I would rather wait hours at Toyota than come here again. Wait time and being given attitude to how I pulled forward was not worth it. read more

Been here a few times through the years- this time I had to wait a very long time. It's ok to wait but it was over 45 minutes and had to flag a worker down to ask what was going on!! Short staffed and no way to get out of the car to use the bathroom. Please, please don't allow seniors to keep waiting inside your car and having no way of using the bathroom is just wrong! read more

Absolutely not. I was there for almost 2 hours just now on my lunch... Understandably the person in front of me had EVERYTHING done but they grid lock you in so you dont leave. This is horrible business practice. I will be double checking my oil once I'm off work. But no. I was heavily annoyed. Never coming here for a QUICK oil change. read more

Nicholas is the best service advisor here, watched him get screamed at by the guy in the picture His supervisor on the other hand is a evil upcharging scum that over charged me for the same oil I found online for way cheaper pricing. He deserves to be fired and laid off for how rude he came off 8 quarts online are 75$ 6.9 quarts here was 137$ Both the same oil EURO FULL SYN by the shitty brand VALVOLINE Never buy full synthetic here, you will get ripped off!!!!! Cheaper to buy your oil at Autozone and do it yourself at home! Had my oil changed last Tuesday. Everything appeared to be fine until my tire pressure monitor spiked about 20 miles away from the shop. Turns out the technician put 56 psi into my left side tires. Should have been 33 psi. This is a dangerous error, potentially catastrophic. I was able to get the pressures correct myself and returned to the shop the next day to inform them of the problem. Manager stated they had new digital equipment and were still training with it. No concern for my safety. No offer to check the pressures. No help whatsoever. I will not return here again. I have zero confidence in their work. read more

More like 3.5 stars but here goes All the places use very simple techs. Some good some well. You sit in act while work is done. I'm cool days it better than other places but in the hot days it sux being in your car in the hot garage. All the places try to upsell you and every maintenance point so you just have to tell them no addition work over oils change or just listen to The whole thing which could take forever read more

They are very slow, and in order to keep you from leaving they pop open your hood. Drive by on the weekend and you will see several cars backed up in their driveway, all with their hoods up. read more

This place is terrible. Their prices are extremely high not to mention charging you for just about every FREE service any normal shop would do. Like charging you to checking your oil level, checking your battery, checking your psi They refused to put air in one single tire of mine unless I paid 10 bucks. I came here two days ago and got an oil change so why should I now pay 10 bucks for you to add 8 psi to my tire that you should have checked in the first place?? The manger money hungry and rude, they literally told me to go to Costco if I want that done, it's pouring rain and they could care less if I'm driving with low psi in the rain I guess I'll just go to Costco for now on. Please do not service your own vehicles here, had my truck serviced 2 months prior now in starting to have issues never had a problem with the truck until after now my truck leaking oil / engine lights pop on / they are friendly people but they don't care about your vehicles at all / even one of the employees messed up my bolt for my truck and dismount my sensor I would never work with them again very shady. Never has an issue before problems called about it and they said they can't do anything about it. read more

I've been to maybe 20 different locations and this is the first time they've refused oil change service. The first thing I told the guy was that I had my own oil and filter and halfway into the oil change they told me they won't give me the oil change. They wouldn't give me an oil change because they wouldn't use my high-quality K&N oil filter and wanted me to use their cheap knock-off alternative. They should at least have high-quality options if they're gonna refuse oil change service. I'm paying them $70 to drop the oil, it ain't rocket science. They need to fire management here, there is a pattern of consistently bad service if you check all the reviews in the past 12 months. read more

Everyone is really nice - I know they are probably forced to try to upsell you on stuff, so I try to avoid those nuances. Check-in to Yelp and you get a pretty good discount. Took my mom's car here for a routine oil change and right as I was pulling up to the bay her car battery died. I'm just a girl so I have no idea about car stuff but they were so helpful! We waited almost an hour at this location. Given they were busy on a Sunday but they were at least 6 people working on this day. This has been the slowest and longest wait among all the Valvoline. Will not go back here again. read more

RECOMMEND! LOCATION: This Valvoline is in a great location. On a big Main Street and on the corner. Easy to enter the driveway and get in line behind cars already there. SERVICE: Was great! While you're waiting an employee comes to ask what you need and gets your info and mileage etc. They check your lights and windshield wipers. This person also helps stream line the cars and direct you to move up if needed. Once you get to the front another employee at the computer with a HUGE screen shows you the breakdown of the cost and they show if your car is needing any other service or needs new tires. This person also helped me get a coupon to use! Meanwhile another employee is working on your oil change and anything else you're needing. I needed a light changed so they did that as well. Once the service is completed you pay right there in your car and drive away! It was so quick and efficient. It was even better to see women working there. This was the most expensive basic oil change I have ever paid for. I've owned several Dodge Hemi Chargers/Challengers, Ram 1500's in my lifetime. This was for a Infiniti Q50. $8 bucks to top off the radiator? They used a vacuum oil extractor instead of touching the oil drain plug, not familiar with this type of process. Had I took them up on replacing all three filters it would have been at least $100. Only offered two types of oil changes-lowest started at $82. I was 3rd in my lane and the wait was almost an hour and a half. Tech's were courteous enough, although the constant upsell on products/service got annoying quickly. read more
