The staff was rude and didn't have any idea of what they were doing. They didn't do half of what they told us that they had done. They told us that they put air in the tires, but when we got in the car, the low tire light was still on. In our car, it resets itself if the tire pressure is correct. Mechanics are always nasty, covered in grease and oil. Then they sit in your nice clean vehicle and track oil and grease in your seats and floor carpet. My vehicle had grease covered handprints all over the doors, steering wheel and hood! They also spilled oil all over my engine so I was treated to burning oil smell and smoke for a good week after getting my oil changed here. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I needed air in my tires and knew that Jiffy Lube offers this service complimentary to customers as I have been here many times for this. When I arrived there were 2 vehicles in front of me. I sat for about 10 minutes then one of the workers came and instructed myself as well as the other two vehicles which lanes to pull up in. He then proceeded to go to the other 2 vehicles in front of me to ask what they needed, but never came to my car. I was clearly able to see that it was busy, so I made no big deal about it and continued to wait. About 5 minutes later, another car came and the same guy instructed them to pull forward in the lane even though I had already been waiting Atleast 15 minutes prior to the newly arrived customer. At this point, I was confused as to how somebody who'd arrived a significant amount of time after me was being serviced first. When I asked, he replied "We're short staffed, you have to wait your turn." Waiting my turn was clearly not the problem when I'd been sitting there waiting for 20+ minutes. My issue was how he knowingly serviced another costumer who arrived AFTER me without even acknowledging me being there or inquiring about what I needed. He has a bald head, and is either named Alan or Alex and appears to be the manager. Very rude and clearly no regard to customer service. When it was finally my turn he sent someone else to service me and didn't even come over to apologize for the delay that I experienced because of him. If you need anything done on your vehicle even something as little as getting air in your tires, I definitely recommend Firestone(next door) or Mavis Tire (3 minutes up the road). read more

These guys are straight up swindlers and hustlers. I've taken two separate vehicles to get oil changes here and haven't been able to get out for less than $130... this most recent visit I took a new vehicle there, it was an Audi, and they tried to tell me that the oil itself would be $120 not counting labor. Mind you, this is a four-cylinder vehicle. Locals told me that Jiffy Lube would be cheaper than Firestone which is about a 10th of a mile down the street. After telling them that there's no way I'm paying $140+ for an oil change, I drove straight to Firestone and got the appropriate oil for my car, plus a tire rotation, for $78. These guys will charge you whatever they think they can and get away with it. I'm just ashamed I didn't make sure I knew the price before I got the first oil change. BEWARE ************THIS IS INFO FROM THE ABERCORN JIFFY LUBE ONLY*************** PER JIFFY LUBE MGR BEWARE $24.99 Oil Change PER JIFFY LUBE MGR OIL DOES NOT MEET GM SPECS then CHARGED $5.49 for 1 extra quart of oil because I chose there advertised $24.99 Oil Change. The Mgr also says there Value Oil Change would void my factory warranty. You decide for yourself. They also noted on the bill that proper oil was not used and property oil declined by customer. I made a bad mistake I saw the sign and actually thought it would be true. They wanted to charge me $61.00 for a Oil Change with the Oil he said was the proper oil. I will do what I should have done in the first place and got Oil Change at real shop at a dealership. Then I don't have to worry about this kind of treatment. I drive a 2013 Chevy truck with a 5.3 so beware according to there assist manager will void your factory warranty. read more

If you value your vehicle, please do not take it it jiffy lube. They changed my oil, and replaced a headlight bulb which they charged for both, after leaving all oil leaked out, the manager then met me where I was and put more oil in and asked me to follow him back, he then said that he apologized that one his technician left a ring off! Well that wasn't it! The oil continued to leak, I took it to the dealership and their report was the the oil filter housing was cracked! Told jiffy lube's manager and he assured me that they would pay for the repairs and refund me the wrong bulb that they changed out. Apparently they didn't know the difference between headlight and high beam. On top of that oil spots are now in the paint of the vehicle and they assured me that they would have that buffed as well! Nothing happen I had to pay out of pocket for all my repairs and I never got a refund for the oil change nor the wrong bulb they call themselves changing! Horrible service including upper management and a 10% coupon won't fix that. If you messed up the first time and didn't make it right why would I return! Your vehicle is an investment that you depend on and if you value it, stay away from jiffy lube!!! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Went there to get a price quote on an oil change... First of all, I waited for 20 min to finally get service. when she quotes me the price I decline their service because they were more expensive then the dealership where I brought my car from. So I asked for my keys back to leave, to find out they had drained the oil out of my car. WTF!!!! Not only that, they had the audacity to give me a hard time about putting the correct oil back in my vehicle, when I never wanted their service anyway and they still charged me.(They wanted to put that cheap oil in my car) Needless to say I will never ever go back there. read more

I live in Pooler and there are many places to get my oil changed much closer to my home, but I've been coming here for almost 10 years and will continue to do so. The service keeps getting better every time I come back. Today, Andrew was top notch - very friendly. Overall I was in and out in 15 minutes. Even when busier, the wait is never long. No one does any hard sells on anything extra. It's a pleasure to give my business to this particular location and would recommend it to anyone! read more
