Update 12.21.12: every time I've come in here the price seems to get more and more pricey! Today I came in with my rav 4 and was told I needed a special oil that cost 87.00. I wasn't sure if I should get it but the guy told me that's what my car specifically asks for. I told him I've never had to spend this much for an oil change and he said its because I haven't been using the right oil. I then headed off to Toyota to get some other service done... I asked their service people about my oil change and they told me jiffy lube was wrong and I could use regular oil. Usually I avoid car dealerships for oil changes cause they're over priced but who knew stupid jiffy lube were the true ripoffs. I'm pissed I paid 73 for a freakin oil change (that's with a 15.00 coupon). I will never go back to this jiffy lube. Not all jiffy lubes have ripped me off like these jerks! read more

Alright when I checked in, I had a not so great first impression. These guys are great. They walked me through some of the unscheduled maintenance since the guy I bought my car from last month was not completely honest about the car. They got me in and out pretty quickly and my car was in perfect condition for my up and coming road trip. read more

These guys are great. Fast service without any problems. Been going to them once in a while (only when I am in town near them) The owner is honest about what needs to be fixed and refilled as I go to them each time. I know some people have had some problems with oil change service, but I do recommand them. =) read more

I walked in with my 2 month old daughter and I sat in the lobby, watched one lady change the garbage (right by the window) and didn't even say I will be right with you or anything. This was beyond horrible customer service! I went up the hill to the one on 108th in Kent/Renton I got there was greeted immediately and the man ran to the door to help me bring my daughter in! It is worth the 5 minutes driving up the hill out of your way! read more

This place knows the true meaning of service. I had my oil changed at a different jiffy lube in Tacoma two days ago and they really messed things up. The staff at this location not only took care of my issue, they helped resolve the issue with the other store and treated me as if it was their mistake even though they had nothing to do with it. I know these places are independently owned and this location did not have to help me and not only did they take care of it, they went above and beyond. read more

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and also ended up getting a crack filled in my windshield, new wiper blades, all the fluids topped off, and a full inspection for only $65. Plus I only had to wait about twenty minutes!! I expected an hour wait because its first come first serve. But they work fast and do a good job =) read more

Do not take your RV here. They ripped my awning off my RV after they did my differential service. I understand accidents happen so I temporized my awning and drove to Poulsbo RV. They were very helpful and said they would get me in Tuesday @ 3pm to remove the damaged awning. I was told that Jiffy Lube would "make it right". I STILL had to pay for the work that they did ($93.06) so I could get my RV back and take it to my RV dealership/service center. I had Greg @ Poulsbo RV work up an estimate and send it to me and then I would cc it to their corporate office. Seems simple right?????? I received a call @ 9am from Shawnte from their Texas office. She told me I had to get 2 estimates. I told her that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive to another RV place. She said that was their policy and I could pay for it myself and then request reimbursement from them (if you believe that then I have a bridge to sell you). If I can pay for it myself and get reimbursed from Jiffy Lube with just the one estimate.........WHY do YOU need 2?????? I then called the District manager (Rich) and told him what was going on I'm very disappointed with this company's response. IF this gets resolved before I leave for vacation I will edit this Yelp. Update (10:15) Rich just called and my situation to have the awning paid for by Jiffy Lube was resolved. They (Jiffy Lube) understood the danger with taking it to a second RV dealer and Rich said to just send the info and they will take care of it. Thank you Rich. I still am put of by the fact that I had to pay for a service ($93.06) and will have to take time to take my RV back to my RV dealer (3 times). This has cost me a lot of time and aggrevation. I guess that's what customer service means to Jiffy Lube. Note to Jiffy Lube........if you do the right thing for me I will update this complaint. I can honestly say in all my years of getting oil changes I've never had better customer service! I went in yesterday for an oil change as my car was making a funny sound and I was hoping that would resolve it. As I drove up I was promptly greeted by Gabriel and escorted to the waiting area. Chelsea then came in to discuss my service and specifics of my car. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. After the service was complete (like 10 minutes later exceeding expectation of a wait time for an oil change) Jason came in to discuss the findings and it turns out he is a VW expert, so if you've got a VW he's the guy for advice. He let me know his suggestions and recommendations for keeping my car running and reliable. He was also able to figure out the weird sound my car was making and re-assure me about that. Nothing was an up-sell. They offered just one or two additional services, but when I declined for now they were super understanding and just wanted to make sure I had the info. Once done I was escorted to my car by Chelsea and asked if they had met my expectations for service today. THEY EXCEEDED! Well done. I will definitely be back. read more

It has been a little over a year since my last review with my neighbor Jiffy Lube, in Tukwila, WA.. Apon hearing that their has a been a staff change, I thought I should provide an updated review. Yesterday I came by to see if I could get our 4 door Saturn's oil changed, and found them to be quite busy. Knowing we have a small oil leak, I asked if I could have someone take a quick look at the oil level hoping I would be able to get the oil topped off. Cheyenne took care of me and she was very kind and professional. She confirmed the oil level was over a quart low, but due to them being so busy, I couldn't wait to get the oil changed at that time. I am back today for the oil change and received great service from David H.. The team Joe B., Shanon M., Nathan M. and John C.. all worked on my car. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. The only small complaint I have is that the back seat and back seat floors were not vacuumed, and they really needed it. I do not know if they no longer vacauum the backseats and floor areas, but they always did in the past for me. Still they deserve 5 stars. read more

The jiffy Lube service was fine but they had Windshield Repair Network cleaning windows inside of the Jiffy Lube bay and offering window chip repairs. Mike the Tech scratched the windshield with a razor blade so we now have two scratches on either side of the repaired chip. No response yet from Window Repair Network. read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Tukwila Wa for an oil change on Feb. 21, 2013 at 3:24 PM. After they changed the oil and I paid for the service, I noticed two oil smudges on the drivers seat. I pointed this out to the manager and he had someone attempt to remove the oil smudge. Just before they tried to remove the smudge, I asked them what they were going to use on my upholstery. He said that it is a cleaner that they use for this. I was concerned at this time that he was going to make it worse. He sprayed the cleaner on a rag (I think it was green or blue in color) and then started scrubbing on the upholstery. He made it considerably worse. I was hoping that it would dry and not leave a mark. I pointed this out to the manager and he said that it would dry and not leave a mark. At this point I knew he did not know what he was doing and I just wanted to get out of there before they screwed anything else up. I got into my car, started it up and had many trouble lights light up on my dashboard. I turned the car off and asked what was going on? They had me pop the hood where they found a wire they had left disconnected from when they took out my air filter. They plugged the wire back in but I still had the trouble lights flashing on the dashboard. At this time, another service tech climbed into my car to check for himself. He needed to clear the trouble codes from the on board computer system. He cleared the system of the trouble codes but when he got out of my car, I noticed that he left another oil smudge on my seat. They wanted to scrub the oil off my seat again, but I said "NO" knowing that they did not know what they were doing. I went to leave and noticed the smell of burning oil. I went around the corner to gas up my car and while refueling, smoke was coming from under the hood. It was coming out so bad that a woman next to me thought my car may be on fire. After refueling, I took it back to Jiffy Lube and asked what was going on. They had me pull back in and admitted that they spilled oil on the heat shield. They tried to clean it off but it made very little difference. It smoked the next day so bad that I could smell it in my clothes all day at work. I drove the car back to Jiffy Lube on Feb. 22 after work at 2:31PM. I showed them that the stain on the seat is still there and that the car is still smoking. They wanted to keep cleaning my upholstery but knowing that they will just make it worse, I said no again. They don't the basics between lifting a stain and grinding it in. And a colored rag to top it off on light upholstery. So they offered to refund my money. I really did not want a refund. I wanted my car not screwed up. Too late for that. They attempted to refunded my money. I told them that I will take care of the stain because I do not trust them to fix it or anyone they would send my car to. I had the stain removed by a professional detail shop for under $15. No big deal. I did not see a credit on my bank account for many days so I went back on March 4, 2013 at 3:45. I talked to the manager about the refund and he apologized and said that he had a meeting with the district manager that evening and he would get it taken care of and call me the next day. I checked to make sure that he had my phone number and that it was correct. He did have the correct number. I told him to refund my money. Make things right and you have not lost a customer. I feel like I have been more than fair considering everything that was screwed up. At this point, I have not received a refund and I have not received a call from anyone concerning this.I have now been there 4 times to have lousy service. Both mechanical service and customer service. read more

I won't go here again. The wait was long because they couldn't take my undercarriage thing off and they didn't know that their aftermarket wiper blades would require that they get rid of a finishing piece to my blade arm. They threw the pieces away, but I made them give them back so that I could go to the dealer to get it fixed. I wasted $25 on those blades and had to replace the whole arm at the dealer for $78. Save yourself the $$ and just go to the dealer for oil changes. The prices are competitive. read more

I love this place!!! I have never had any issues here. I get all my maintenance here because they do it right. I want my vehicle to last and they have true recommendations! Stephen the manager is always helpful and Kevin my service advisor for the last time I was in was so nice and very informative. Not pleased. I thought an oil change was going to be their low advertised price. I refused all their add ons like an air filter, wiper blades. Then, they told me they put in synthetic oil cause that's what the manufacturer recommended and that it now cost double what I thought. I asked why they didn't put in the cheaper, non-synthetic oil. They told me again, it's not what the manufacturer recommends. Really? Honda recommends synthetic oil for my Accord? I won't be going back. read more
