I'm either A)busy or B)lazy when it comes to oil changes. I would hold off on it until I'm a few hundred miles over. I usually get it done at the car dealership but they were booked for a week and I seriously needed an oil change before driving my car to Portland and back. Went there on a Saturday morning and my oil change was done before I they even finish inputting my info onto the computer system. I had a guy changing the oil, girl vacuuming and another guy cleaning my windows all at the same time so I was done in about 10 minutes! read more

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer since turning 16 and realizing you had to do things like change your oil. I have to hand it to this particular location for outstanding customer service. I really love that they have convenient hours, opening as early as 7 a.m. for those who want to take care of this before work and staying open as late as 7 p.m. for after work customers. I would suggest printing a coupon off the website, they almost always have one available for an easy $5 off your oil change service. What I love most about this location is that they are friendly, not overly pushy about extras and they are always quick getting the service done. I will continue to come to this location for a long time! Keep your eyes peeled for Groupon's, they once ran a special that included this location. read more

Service was excellent! Greg the manager was awesome! We were road tripping from the Bay Area and stopped for an oil change. It took about 20 minutes and they vacuumed too! I didn't come here for an oil change but just to dispose of old motor oil from my own oil change. They weren't making any money off me but a guy came up to me right when I pulled up. Even after I told him I was disposing of oil he was still extremely friendly. I expected to walk out back and dump it in their collection thing but he took the whole thing along with the filter and said he'll take care of it. A+ for service that I'm not even paying for. If I need servicing done I'd be happy to come here. read more

Best oil change I have ever had! I was greeted immediately, had the door held open for me, and they even poured me a cup of coffee! Outside of their incredible hospitality, they offered great and efficient service. I was so lucky I went to this shop? Driving to Seattle from portland in uncharacteristically heavy rain, my passenger side wiper goes nuts - it was flapping like a broken bird's wing. Luckily the rain mellowed out. The next day I head to this jiffy lube and the two techs dropped what they were doing to check it out. Did I mention i had two little kids in the car? They called junk yards, dealers and found me a replacement wiper arm. I bought the part and came back two days later to get it installed. The guys did it for free. They were fantastic and, I'm sure, saved me a lot of time and energy locating then installing the part. I feel like kind of a heel for not tipping them. I didn't think of it. read more

I must say that every time I go to get an oil change I think to myself "grrr." Today was not exception. I got to Jiffy Lube after lunch thinking I was the smart one to wait until after lunch... except I wasn't the only person with that bright idea. Despite the fact that they were flying through servicing cars I was greeted by one of the nicest and funniest guys I've had help me. Greg made the short wait for service completely ok and even got me laughing and smiling. He does a wonderful job with customers and I have to say, won me over. Jiffy lube is awful. They are crooks and scoundrels. I dropped of my car and they said they'd take care of looking at some stuff under my vehicle while they were under it checking the brakes and other things and they didn't do ANYTHING just because it was near closing time and apparently customer service doesn't mean much. Had really low air in my tire due to a suspected leak, so I went to Jiffy Lube quickly to get my air filled so I could head home and go to another place to fix my tire. When we tried filling it with air, the leak got louder due to a busted air valve. Niko, Joe, and Shea came to the rescue and tried all options they could think of to help me out. When they didn't work, they helped me replace it with a spare, and told me where I could go to get the other tire fixed. I was in town for a conference during rush hour, and my phone was dead, but they were kind enough to look for a phone charger and give me directions to write down. I highly recommend going to this location! They will do everything to make sure you're safe, comfortable, and your problem is solved. Thanks for helping me get home! read more

When we first got there the first person who greeted us told us it would be a couple of minutes till someone could sign us in. He didn't explain that they were looking at our car's diagnostics so that they could let us know their recommendations. It took a couple of minutes for them to get back to us but once they did the information they gave us was awesome. They explained all of our choices. They were very knowledgeable. It helped us to make good decisions about what needed to be done that day and what we could do later. They were awesome. They vacuumed the car and even rinsed out some cups we had on floor. We were very impressed and will definitely be back. They were also really good about accommodating coupons. read more
