After trying many shops, I always go to this location now. All of the employees that I have interacted with have a great attitude, and they have a low turn over for this kind of business. They never try to up sell without cause and patiently demonstrate and explain exactly the need for additional parts or service if they see a real need. I work out of town and live near this shop. I never wait in line because evenings and nights in downtown Seattle are quiet, perfect for a quick oil change. They were very polite when I asked them for help one day when, not visible to them, my cat was escaping from under the drivers door when I opened it. I was a bit skeptical as some of the neg reviews I read scared me a little & I am a female with little knowledge about cars. I went in to get my oil change and check engine light checked. I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car and offered a cup of coffee. They directed me to the waiting area which was surprising clean and asked me to wait. They quickly brought my car in and got me checked in. I was able to run downtown & do a little Christmas shopping while my oil was getting changed (the man even commented that they weren't busy on that day, so I could take my time to avoid having to pay for downtown parking). Super nice staff! Turned out that my check engine light was a cracked air hose that they felt was repairable with tape and didn't charge to take care of it. I am fully impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of the staff at this location. I will definitely be bringing my car back for oil changes due to convenience & service! read more

Wow- fastest oil change I've ever had! Most places say they change your oil in 15 minutes, but it ends up being 45. I was in and out in 20! I also appreciated that the guy who rang me up didn't try to strong arm me into buying extras. The staff were friendly and the waiting room was large and comfortable. I usually wouldn't think to drive into the heart of the city for an oil change, but I think I'll be back! read more

Useful, informative and quick, but a little pricey. I was upsold a bit, but I was happy with the service and the car runs noticeably smoother now. I've visited this shop 3 or 4 times now and I will continue to do so. I especially appreciated the mechanic taking the time to answer some of my questions even after the service was completed and the sales were made. read more

Best oil change experience ever! I went here because of the convenient location. When I first arrived, my first impression wasn't great - it was tucked back in between buildings and looked busy. However, I was greeted immediately and all the workers seemed happy and appreciative of the business. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to pay for services that weren't necessary. The gentleman who checked me in offered to pour me some coffee and waiting room was very neat and clean. Even though they apologized for being busy, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Rampant up selling going on particularly on the women drivers. Pushy. They only have one terminal to check people in and out and so it takes forever to get in and out if its busy. But the basic oil change is quite cheap and it is a convenient downtown location. read more

I noticed my tires were low and stopped into Jiffy Lube to get it checked out. They were able to take me right away, and did an overall inspection of my car that proved really helpful -- they found rust in my coolant and I had no idea it needed servicing! They were friendly and personable and made me feel well taken care of. Greg even got me a glass of water and found a rebate form for me to send in to get a partial reimbursement when the ordeal added up to more than air in the tires. I'll definitely go back. read more

These guys care! Greg and his team are committed to excellence and it really shows. I had a radiator issue with my vehicle after right they gave me an oil change. I came in at 7:45 am and only had a 45 min wait(which they said would be a 45 min wait when I asked as I was pulling in, it might've actually been less now that I think about it)technicians were all really friendly. I was in and out in under 30. This was at 5pm on a Saturday, they fit me in and gave great service, I'll be going back.

I went there since I got my car 4 years ago and always liked the place. Nice people and quick service. They would try to sellyou on the random filter and whatnot, but nothing too bad, until... they broke my tire valve while putting air in my tires and turned into the biggest a**holes on earth when I tried to get them to fix it/pay for the repair. I pulled out of their lot and my tire pressure gauge lit up. I ignored it thinking it was just because they had just filled the tires with air... by the time I got home (I live a mile away) the tire was flat and I had to put in my spare. I called them right away but no one picked up since they had just closed. I called them the next morning and explained the situation. The manager denied that that was even possible! He told me I must have hit a curb. The valve is so far in the wheel that I would have had to shoot my tire with a gun and had really good aim to break it, and my rims have no scratches where the valve is. I explained this to him, but he kept denying that their tools would cause that issue and told me to F OFF, nicely. I called the corporate office and they listened to my concern, but this was a couple days later, after I had fixed my tire and they said it's too late to do anything since I fixed it, because I was supposed to stay at home with a broken air valve while they took 3 days to answer to my calls. I sent them the receipt from the new tire and even an explanation from the tire shop that said that the valve was broken from an air pressure tool (it was snapped to where the tool would damage it). Jiffy Lube kept ignoring me and denying that it was even possible. I will never EVER go there and I have told everyone I know to stay away from this shop. They take no responsibilities over their unethical work actions. read more

Every time I go the Lake City Jiffy lube something is shady. Why should it take 45 minutes to get a one gallon top off. The whole free top offs promo is designed to deter you from actually getting one. Te last time I was there to get my oil changed they shorted me over 250 miles on my next oil change sticker because there sticker printer was broken so they hand wrote it. I told them of the discrepancy and instead of changing it the manager told me that he would top me off even if I was over the 3000 limit. I drive a lot and sometimes I'm not near that jiffy lube when I need service. The amount of time they waste with customers is ridiculous never the less the upselling even when you tell them exactly what you want and that you don't need any other services at the time. Then they have another person try and sell you things you don't want or need too. I've been going there along time because it's two blocks away but I'm through with them now. I'll drive however far it takes form them to get my next oil change. read more
