Really cool people at this Jiffy Lube. I usually change the oil for my cars myself but was getting ready to do some traveling and did not have the time to do. The reason why I'm hesitant is because nobody takes care of your car like you do and I've heard one too many horror stories about simple oil changes turning into problems from things like forgetting to put oil in, or not the correct amount, leaving the oil pan screw out, stripped screw, you name it. My first impression was the guy I spoke with was knowledgeable and knew his way around a car (as he should). He asked all the questions you would ask during routine maintenance along with asking if I wanted to add the additional service. I told him I did not need anything else and that was it, he wasn't pushy about it. My car was in and out in less than an hour. There was absolutely no spillage on my engine nor any grease or oil anywhere else on my car. They did a good job, will come back again. read more

Today I came in for an oil change. I was greeted my Joseph. He was nice & asked me what I needed help with. I let him know just an oil change & asked how long it would be. He said it wouldn't be that long & that I could have a seat in the lobby & help myself to the coffee while I wait. Shelly & Mao were the employees who worked on my car.... They were great. They had also let me know that I had a light out that I had no idea about & that I should get that fixed too. About 20 mins later they were done & I was getting cashed out & on my way. Fast, fast, fast. That is the best thing about Jiffy Lube. The hours here are pretty good as they stay open till 6 pm. I was cutting close getting here at 5:30 pm, but they got me in and out quickly in about 10 minutes which is excellent. The fact that it is in Belltown near the downtown Seattle urban core is a plus for those working in the area including me. The oil charge I got there was not bad in regards to price, under $30 after coupon. For the convenience and good service, I would recommend this Jiffy Lube. "This" being the word. NOT WORTH THE WAIT. This is the WORST Jiffy Lube in WA, they are VERY PERVERTED & UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of employee calls their customers "Sexy lil mama" They need to hire new employees that KNOW how to treat and respect their costumers. & they are ALWAYS sending calls to voicemail but when they do answer they say hello and then hang up, when I drove there they had a long line while they stood there on their phones texting or playing games as if they don't have a business to run. I called the jiffy lube in Monroe WA a day ahead to make sure they had everything to change the oil in my Jetta. They said oh yeah we got it!! Went in next morning waited ten minutes then they came out and said they don't have the filter!! WTF get your S together jiffy lube! Now we're going to GREASE MONKEY it's a bit of a drive but better service and ethics! Jiffy lube employees look stoned and walk like zombies. Just a bad place. I wouldn't trust any of there work they can't even reset our oil monitor!!!! Don't use this place!!!! read more

Great, quick service! The parking lot looked as if they were busy but I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Greg was especially helpful and very friendly. Concerned with providing excellent service and a great experience, he got my car in and out and ensured it was well cared for. I appreciated his knowledge and the overall atmosphere of the work environment. The team worked well together, was efficient, and very nice. They even offered to sing me happy birthday! Jiffy Lube (Totem Lake). Riley Thomas was excellent and took care of my Mini Cooper. We had a problem with a guy from Auto Parts who provided incorrect instrument for my car (irritated me enormously) but Riley swiftly resolved. A guy from O'Reilly was superb with fast service to deliver the correct instrument to Jiffy which allowed the job to be properly. I was in Seattle for a family trip, as my boyfriend's sister had her first baby and it was the first grandchild. We drove to Seattle, (30 hour plus trip) and it was pretty hard on the car. We came to jiffy lube for an oil change and the CSA, Neill, gave extraordinary customer service. He even went as far as to open our doors for us when leaving. I wish we could stay longer but I know when we are back, if we have any issues jiffy lube is where we will go! read more

I had my Tahoe serviced at the Mukilteo Jiffy lube on 5/2/2020 William and his team performed outstanding service, I give them a five star rating. I had my oil changed and my transmission fluid changed, before I got it changed I was experiencing rough shifting in my transmission after the service, I took my Tahoe for a cruise down I-5 the rough shifting was gone and the Engine sounded amazing. I took my car into Jiffy Lube this morning for a standard oil change. When I arrived at 8:00am I was pleasantly greeted by their mechanic, Greg. He was really kind, even poured me a cup of coffee and asked how my day was. The oil change went well, they did all the checks and he asked if they could vacuum my car and wash my windows! Great!
