They sorely need to update their website and work on emails. The website still mentioned covid restrictions and had the price of state inspections lower than the actual price. I emailed them attempting to set up the state inspection but never received a response. If you don't want to deal eith email that's fine, but don't offer it as an option snd then completely ignore it. I would gladly go back to this shop again if they have reasonable rates.

One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires).
