The same afternoon I took my car back to them and the Tech looked for any leaks or other issues but all looked good, Morgan wanted to check my cabin filter inside my car and when he pulled it out he noticed it had been put in wrong by the last place that had changed my oil which was Jiffy Lube. They had crushed it when the tech at Jiffy lube took it out and put it back in. If you don't want to deal eith email that's fine, but don't offer it as an option snd then completely ignore it. I would gladly go back to this shop again if they have reasonable rates.

The owner is professional polite, the shop is clean, and they were done in one work day. Seems like most of the complaints are about costs. Good maintenance/repair costs money. Wrecks and higher insurance rates cost more. Of course, no one is happy about a much higher bill than what they walked in expecting. That doesn't make this a bad shop, its means perhaps the person can't really afford a well maintained vehicle.
