Am new to the AA county,so I wanted a jiffy Lube location near me to do a quick oil change for the Mrs.I went to this jiffy lube and the gentleman who attended to me was Alex Fogt. He was pleasantly friendly and respectful. This is the quickest jiffy lube I've ever serviced my vehicle at. I got to the location on or about 1:15PM,I brought work I was doing to the place because I knew it will take me at least an hour to get things done.Before I settled in on my seat and felt comfy, I was called that my vehicle was ready and good to go. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED! We came earlier today right before a long road trip and the oil pressure warning light came on after 3+ hours of driving and our car started slowing down and we smelled burnt oil. Apparently our engine oil was leaking the whole time and the oil cap was loose as they had not screwed it all the way. Never coming here again and we hope we will be issued a refund. read more

Had an oil change and tire rotation done today (11/9/2024) at the Gambrills Jiffy Lube on Rte 3. One of the "technicians" stole an item out of my vehicle while it was being serviced. I know for 100% surety that it was stolen during my service. Whoever did it, you sold your personal character and integrity for $13.00 and lost your employer a customer forever. read more

Absolute worst experience! Employees were rude! Was also told by another location that this location had written a note In their system about me and saying I had cursed out an employee. I am not sure who or why this was said as I would never curse anyone out. I am appalled at the behavior of the employees and disheartened to know lies were written In their system about me. Women Beware! (Cause I highly doubt ROB would have approached me the way he did if he was speaking to anther man) On 2/ 16 I went to get an oil change and to check my fluids before driving out of town to take care of a relative having surgery. I requested full synthetic for my Lexus SUV and waited inside the reception area. Shortly after, I was approached by "Rob" who came over with my air filter to up-sell me on getting a new filter. Really friendly and professional. Rob chose to tell me that my front Drivers side tire was completely flat and repeatedly told me that I "must have hit something" because rubber was missing off my Driver's side back tire. He stressed how dangerous it was to drive on the back tire and that I needed to replace them immediately. Lucky for me, he had two tires in stock and he could take care of both today for the low price of $$$. Sidebar: I recognize that this is all part of the oil change experience/game and I expect to be asked about replacing my windshield wipers, flushing my transmission/ engine, etc. *eye roll*. I know this and I am prepared. Plus I'm someone's mama, so no amount of begging is going to change my mind once I say "NO, Thank you". I took a look and said I need to call my guy, I normally get my tires from Firestone in Odenton ( about 7 miles away). I will drive over there to get my tires. At this point all professionalism flew out of the window and "Rob" began to AGGRESSIVELY try to continue to pressure me into buying the tires there, stressing how dangerous it was and finally LOUDLY berating me to the rest of the GARAGE -that " he couldn't believe that I was going to drive out of there without replacing my tires, how dare I ask him to put air in the "flat" tires, HE wasn't going to touch that tire, on and on. At that point, I said thank you and I told him that I just wanted the oil change and to hand me my keys. Tells the whole garage that he has a customer that's UPSET because he doesn't want to touch her tires. He refuses to speak with me, doesn't return my keys and goes walking around me to take a picture of the tire with his cell phone. At this point my hands are shaking. I go to the front office to speak with the manager and get my keys. No manager, but all of the customers in the front office HEARD what was said and were concerned. No one came to the front office. The cashier was Jason S. and explains the manager will be in the next morning. I told him what happened and he apologized and gave me 10 % off. I am now back in town, and 2 weeks later writing this review I am so angry that I experienced this behavior. As a black person we can't always attribute poor behavior and service to racism. Sometimes people are genuinely just ***holes who think that their behavior is warranted. When I said "no thank you" the first time, ROB should have accepted this and moved on. Instead, he would not accept that NO MEANS NO. His behavior was COMPLETELY unprofessional and quite frankly scary. The entire week after the oil change at jiffy lube, I smelt burnt coffee while driving my car. Based off of my experience, I wouldn't be surprised that it was exactly that. I had a terrible experience at the Crofton Jiffy Lube on 2/16 and I wanted to be sure I left a review warning others. I will also be forwarding this review to the local and regional manager because at no point should any CUSTOMER/ PERSON/WOMAN be spoken to and completely disrespected in such a manner. ****AND LO and BEHOLD, following this incident, I drove directly to Firestone for them to look at my tires and I only needed to replace the back tire. The front was just a little low, not flat as Rob asserted when he tried to pressure me into buying 2 tires from Jiffy Lube. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thought I was going to be safe and get my oil changed before a long road trip. Guess what? The opposite happened: I thought my car was going to combust at 10 pm in the middle of nowhere because all the engine oil leaked out. Had to look around and purchase oil at a Shell and continuously top off. Led to engine damage because there was no other solution at night. Would have been better off just waiting with no oil change. I love coming to this Jiffy Lube. The customer service is always great. They have nice comfy cushioned arm chairs in their lobby. There is always a fresh pot of coffee for those that drink coffee. They let you know what all of their services and recommendations are and there is never any pressure to purchase anything. They vacuum the inside of your car so well that you would think you had just come from a detailer. As always I would highly recommend this location. Make sure you check for coupons online. After my Fiat dealership decided to treat me like every woman I've ever asked on a date and not return my call, I decided to go to Jiffy Lube. Having never been, I was guilty of having the stereotype that they only change oil, but I was able to get new windshield wipers and my tires rotated. All the while, they never laughed at my tiny clown car (I would have). They were quick and they were courteous despite my face looking like a speed bump that grew warts. I normally go to the dealership to get my car worked on but I thought I'd shop around to see if I could find better prices elsewhere. Jiffy lube came up pretty instantly. I called to confirm the price and Heather (I think that was her name) was very pleasant in telling me everything I needed to know. Shortly after the call I went to the shop and didn't even have to wait long. Traditionally I've waited upwards of 2 hours for the same services that Jiffy Lube had me in and out in 30 minutes for! I was quite shocked and very appreciative. Robert was very nice and the rest of the mechanics I interacted with were very pleasant as well. They included fluid top off and even vacuumed my floors! I got a coupon from the website as well. Such a great experience and I will definitely be back to get my car serviced here. read more

I've been to Jiffy Lubes in Florida, California, Colorado, and a half dozen or so in the Washington, DC area, but this one is the best. The level of professionalism is very high among all of the staff. The technicians are experienced, friendly and personable. They remember me and my car here. Their vision, it seems to me is to go beyond customer expectations and provide a high quality service quickly and consistently. If I had to take a guess, there mission is not to sell unnecessary services, but to retain customers by giving them only what they want and need and that message comes across very clearly. I know this sounds like a shameless promotion, but I really AM that impressed. Especially after the last few times I have come here. There are two Jiffy Lubes closer to my house, but I will always go to this one as long as they continue to be the best. read more

Since that hasn't happened yet, I was forced to go get it done myself and was pleased with my choice. I had a regular, trusted Jiffy Lube back in Austin and we all know how scary it can be to have to find a good and honest service place. Amazing service. The staff was courteous and efficient. They explained the pricing and service options with no pressure to up-sale. They had a few cars queued up but I was able to immediately pull into one of the bays. They informed me the service would take 12 to 15 minutes and sure enough 12 minutes later I was paying the bill with keys in hand. It was amazingly fast and efficient. If we could give NO STARS we would. Overfilled our work truck by 2 qts. Then mysteriously, the pan screws to the transmission were loose, like maybe they unscrewed the wrong screws? Did this so we'd have to come back for more service work? A longshot, but still... Ok, so we called Jiffy Lube and Jason was terribly rude regarding our complaint. He started explaining the law with regards to our complaint... Really? We don't care about the lousy $52, we just wanted to make sure they give their employees some training? Like, look up how much oil this specific truck requires! A district manager called right back, she was at least polite, apparently they're going to look at their cameras, now what will that do? Very welcoming attitude when I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change. Prior to exiting my vehicle, I was addressed by name and asked what services I would like performed. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations in various states so that's why I didn't freak out when they knew my name. Quick, efficient and detailed explanations of the work being performed and they suggest services based on your car's manufacturer's guidelines. Even when exiting, one of the technicians held the door open and told me to have a nice day. The customer service here was very much appreciated. Oil change services are price tiered and you can choose synthetic or regular oil. Should you need a cabin filter or air filter replaced they offer that service as well. To be sure of their hours call, I was misled by what was online and could have actually marked this off of my to do list yesterday. During the summer months, they have longer hours. Located along Route 3 you make have to play frogger to get in the proper lane to enter and exit because of folks and their aggressive driving. read more

I used to go the the Bowie location as it was closer to my house, but on a whim came to the Crofton one and haven't looked back. They took a look at the car and told her that everything was great and that she didn't need either. No charge. Really? Giving 2 stars because front desk was very friendly and they were quick. However, when they were doing their signature service they don't tell you ahead of time there is going to be a bunch of stuff listed that they can't check because the dealer has to. Also, they checked my air filters and made my glove box unlatched so it was falling out. I called to inform them and they said they could fix it, but who has time to ride up there again. It's hard enough to find time to get a oil change. Also, they showed me my dirty air filters and when I said il just run to the auto part store that is basically next door they told me they may not have them. Well, when I got to the auto part store, they informed me jiffy lube gets them from them. Much cheaper getting them from the auto part store. read more
