I love this place! I come here every time for an oil change, and they're very thorough with offering other potential services needed, but not pushy at all. They noticed my headlight was out and battery was low and offered to help for what seemed like very reasonable prices. I used to visit the Lube Centers in Columbia and/or Gambrills, prior to this location opening. This location is much closer to my home and work, so I was happy when it was finally built and open for business! When I stopped in today, I noticed that they are also building a Spa Center on the same road! Boy, is this girl happy!! I will soon be able to get my oil changed and car washed by a quality company in the same day! The staff here is always friendly and accommodating, offering your water and even juice if you have a kid in the car with you. They check all of your car's "vitals", making sure you don't have any burnt out light, bad windshield wipers or low tires. What's even better, you don't have to get out of your car!! I came in today to see if they could check my breaks. Rather than just saying no they are insisting that I asked for an oil change that I'm not due for another 2 months/1,000 miles. Then would not let me leave for an hour while they decide that they confirmed I had said I wanted it based on video with no sound and they couldn't even see me. Pretty good experience overall BUT if you are COVID cautious this is not a good location to go to. Because the inside music is loud they will ask you to roll down your window which defeats the purpose of staying in your car and doing most of the transaction that way. Also they want to roll down your window (I told them I did not want this but I would have liked being asked the option) to do windows and do reset the oil change alerts on the car. Don't request someone open their door during covid without giving them the option and explain first. I said multiple times for my safety I would just stand and wait outside because I was told 3x they couldn't hear me though I heard him perfectly clearly. 2nd when I pulled up the manager inside was not wearing a mask and only after I was inside did he pull it up. That risks both patrons and employees. Now for service. That was done quickly and I was able to use a 50% for this location being newly opened. Overall minus this health concerns, the manager and staff were VERY nice, gave us explanations on service and were very quick. I have recommended this to others but told them about the lack of caution so they can be better prepared then I was. read more

Fast and easy oil change. I had to take my company vehicle which is an enterprise fleet vehicle. They can get it done. But it does annoy them a bit to do the paperwork. Which I get, extra steps just to get an oil change done would be irritating. But amazing quick easy service would recommend anyone go here. We were staying at Baltimore for a weekend for my bodybuilding show, so after I checked in we had a lot of time on our hands. We were driving around and saw The Lube Center, I told my husband "We do need to get oil changed let's go here" totally random and am I happy with this choice of what? We had THE most friendly service from our mechanics, he was very upbeat and helpful. We had a discount for our full synthetic oil change (thank you Robert!) and $2 off because we had our own oil filter. The way everyone interacts in the bays is so amazing, very happy workplace and I am definitely bringing my mustang back here even if I have to drive for an hour. Manager keeps walking around and motivates everybody it's just so wonderful to see such a great work environment. David was also super cool, we all chatted about cars, building cars, talking about our truck and such and made our experience here even better. I didn't know that you can have fun and genuinely enjoy your oil change experience, but hey you defiantly can at this location that's for sure. You guys rock and keep up the good vibes with your excellent work. Windshield wash is complimentary by the way, which is a great gesture. You can either stay in the car not, entirely up to you, but it is a drive through service, super convenient. Went in for a basic oil change and realized that the customer service definitely varies not only by tech but by location (never an issue at Germantown). The tech didn't greet me or introduce himself and loudly told the cashier that I haven't been in for an oil change in over 10K miles. Needless to say, he was loud and wrong. There's no reason why I would go 10k miles without an oil change on a luxury vehicle. I told the cashier that my previous oil change was done at the dealer and his tone changed. Techs were also observed complaining loudly when customers arrived close to closing time. Very unprofessional. Oh, and my tire pressure wasn't checked. read more

I went in yesterday because I had been a negligent owner and was in desperate need of an oil change. My technician was Christopher, super nice guy. He explained everything that was going on, what he recommended, and the prices involved. We took a bit longer than the usual because he explained everything that he was doing. I think management gave him a hard time about it but honestly, I felt more comfortable with him explaining everything rather than just being a job to get through. He recommended a fuel induction cleaning and the oil change. It was a little spendy but it felt good to get the car ready for winter. I'll def come back to this place every time. read more

Brought my Fiat in for an Oil Change. Not sure if I got one. The full point inspection they did none of. Didn't check my lights. Didn't fill up my tires. My back left tire has a nail in it and is a little low. Asked at the end "did you notice anything?" got a "nope everything looked great". This place is a life saver. I changed the battery on my wife's car and the terminals were so corroded that they broke off. I had to start the car by using a pair of pliers to squeeze the terminals together to start the engine. I called into The Lube Center and they told me they can replace it. I brought the car in and they spent about 40 minutes taking the screws out and changing out the corroded terminal. At the end of all this, they refused to even charge me. From now on I will have all my oil changes and services here. read more

Recently, I brought 6.2 quarts of oil (my car requires 6.4) and the manager said he only put 5.4 quarts of oil (claims there were only 5 quarts in a 6 quart unopened box). I usually go to Walmart for my oil change, because I can shop while I wait and not have to make another trip. They are closed due to covid so I decided to try the lube center, because the last time I went to jiffy lube it was a forever wait (precovid) and they tried to up sell me things I didn't need (but they thought I wouldn't realize) multiple times. There was NO wait to have my oil changed. The staff were friendly, prompt and professional through my entire visit. Each one who passed my vehicle asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. While doing the 15 point inspection I had a light out which they replaced, and they showed me my filters and were honest about their conditions and not needing them replaced, same with my tires. All of my fluids were topped off and I was also given a free car wash coupon for their location in Gambrillis. All around a great experience and will definitely be back, referring anyone who asks. read more

Dude looked me right in the eye and said they don't have the socket required to give me a tire rotation. I have a hard time believing that. That probably has something to do with the line behind me, but it is what it is I guess. Girl tried to charge me for the tire rotation I didn't receive and she didn't believe me when I mentioned I didn't get it. They offer a variety of oil change options as you'd commonly see at their competitors. No hard upsell tactics used - just a basic explanation the different options. Given COVID-19 people were staying in their vehicles during the oil change. A monitor next to the driver side shows underneath the vehicle so you can see the work being completed. In and out in a timely manner. The customer service was top notch - almost Chick-Fila esque in their friendliness.
