What has been equally frustrating is the lack of communication throughout this entire process. During all three visits, we never received proactive updates about our vehicle. Every time we wanted information, we had to call ourselves. Most calls resulted in being placed on hold, and often no one would return to the phone or call us back. There was a terrible noise that continued for weeks. I was told they were waiting for a part. In May, after making 6 months of car payments & insurance for a car I didn't have. I had to find my own mechanic to adjust everything including the Issue with the windshield fluid STILL drains right out. And, that was suppose to be fixed.
