I arrived early in the morning around 8:00 a.m., hoping it wouldn't take too long--and it didn't! As soon as I pulled up, someone immediately started checking out my car. My tire was deflating and I wasn't sure what had happened. Within about 20 minutes, they found a nail in my tire, patched up the tire , and had me back on the road. The service was quick, affordable, and I was still able to make it to work on time. Bonus: They have a really nice pet surprise inside that I absolutely loved--it made my morning!

Been a long time customer of indy 3000...had returned when changed to Valvoline. Noticed price…read moreseemed higher, recognized a few faces so not sure if sold or partners wit Valvoline...doesn't matter to review just wanted to let know I was a long time customer. Went on 10/10 for oil change on a 2017 hyundai. ($77.87)That night noticed oil drip. Dbl checked in morning left a cardboard under still a drip. Returned on 10/11 to just make aware and dbl check, was told could be a crush washer...had to have new one and another oil change with a small discount (69.11). 10/12 yet again oil drip. 10/13 take to mechanic, mechanic said the oil pan has a small crack... 2017....never a drip or burn of oil....looked at 2x....probably cracked at valvoline by either over tightening or banging or some type of negligence..so a new pan with labor($375) I know all the answers already you sign your rights away when you pay and sign the bill...I'm just posting to hope to avoid a fellow neighbor of having a $521.80 oil change..... Anyway I have to find a new oil change place good luck to anyone else, hope you don't have to look back and remember this post.
