Awesome! Air conditioner service - recharged my low Freon. Lowest price I could find! This locations servicing speed was pretty fast, I had to be there for an hour for my AC refill so I got to see cars moving in and out at a good clip. I think the guy that serviced my truck followed me out just so he could see the smile of joy on my face as got in my truck. Awh it felt soo good!!! DO NOT get an engine flush here! Especially NO if you have an older car. I took my used Lexus to this Jiffy Lube and they recommended the flush as an upsell. Repairing the damage done by this flush, by people who are obviously undertrained, has cost me $1700. Oil throughout my engine! Two compression checks, new silenoid, two check engine lights, new spark plugs and more to clean up the mess. Save yourself the heartaches! read more

I bring my cars here often, this time I noticed the staff going the extra mile on customer service. The team of employees were having a good time while getting their work done. Was nice to hear the staff helping 1 another on training the newer guy. They did a fine job & a Yelp is the least I can do for those guys. Hope the team gets props on this. They need to know their doing well. It's hard to find anyone to show up to work these days but this crew has been the same for a while so good on them. Work was done quick and they even vacuumed the floor in the front. They took an email and a phone number from me and said it would be done in a couple hours, but I never heard back from and when I called to ask if it was done the guy on the phone goes "Uh.. yeah. it's been done." Which was great to hear but it would be 10x better if they just contacted me and said they were done rather then me waiting for hours and then ultimately having to call them. Edit: I would like to say first a foremost that the employees here are really nice and a lot of my issues with jiffy lube are not at all their fault, they're just trying to do their job. I wish my experience had been better so I didn't have to write this. I hardly write reviews but I feel that I need to in this case to help others avoid unwanted car troubles and wasted time/money. The guys who work here are nice enough but I've been told on 2 separate occasions now after waiting over an hour that they cannot do an oil change on my car because they've stripped the bolt (they try and blame "whoever did it last time" but I came HERE last time so... Not saying it was you guys but come on) and this time I overheard them telling another guy the same thing while I was there, the poor guy was there even longer than I was. And besides all that they wanted to charge me $92 for an oil change. So save yourself some time and head aches and go to a professional shop. read more

I went here today for the first time. I had previously been to the Silver Lake location and loved their service but learned that the mechanics moved to the Snohomish location and I needed my front brakes done. I showed up and was immediately greeted at my car by a friendly face inquiring about my car. After a quick diagnostic, they confirmed that I needed my front brakes done but also recommended that my back brakes as well. This was not done in any kind of pushy way in the slightest. They were upfront that I could wait about 6 months but I decided to just have it all done at once. As a result, the manager (whom I remember from the Silver Lake location as well), offered me a full or at least partial discount on the oil change since I was having to spend so much (the full or partial was going to depend on the system, not his generosity). I should also mention that the cost is entirely reasonable. I was quoted $750 for just the front brakes elsewhere and they did both front and back for $1100. The crew quickly got to work on my car and the only delay was having to wait for the parts from a different store, not their fault at all. Still, someone came and checked on me often to make sure I didn't need anything and even offered to call me an Uber if I got sick of waiting. The quality of work was wonderful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a reason I will continue to go back every chance I get. read more

I don't know what happened to these guys. We used to bring our cars here all the time with no issues. This last time we brought our cars in, just after they opened, a valet guy kindly took our cars, but he was twitching and was really socially awkward / weird about it. My guy thinks he's a tweeker. This last part is our fault, but we've never had this issue before with them. I keep about $5 in loose change in my arm rest for gas or emergencies, and my boyfriend uses his cup holders to hold loose change. Someone helped themselves to most of our quarters then proceeded to shuffle the coins so we wouldn't notice. This was after they vacuumed his carpet... How can I tell? They left some change on the floor, dumbass. I had a random spoon under my seat and someone decided it was a good idea to put it in my armrest instead of with my papers on my passenger seat that he had to take out to vacuum. We understand that his change was out in the open and asking to be taken, but they had no business going thru my armrest!? Weird. We're not mad, just disappointed I guess. Didn't realize they're so desperate they have to take their customers spare change. They've lost our business :/ We now go to L&B auto for everything. A little out of the way, but they are about the same price and we know we're dealing a with quality business. read more

I came in at 11:30 on a Monday and was able to be seen right away. From the moment I came in, everybody was so polite and nice. They walked me to the waiting area and showed me where the restrooms and the free coffee was. Everything that they had offered was explained to me since I am not knowledgeable about cars and yet I didn't feel pressured or obligated to purchase any of the additional services. They were also kind enough to give discounts instead of holding back information if I didn't do my homework. To ensure that the service was quick and thorough , once customers were taken care of , more employees came to my car and help out instead of hiding out in the break room . So professional! Don't get your oil changed here. I watched as they were finishing putting my bolts back in my skid plate and the tech dropped a bolt. Instead of finding it and installing they sent my truck out. When I confronted them they said the bolts were missing and again I told them I watched the tech drop it and not install it. They pulled it back in and proceeded to tell me they fixed it. To make sure I looked and the exact same bolt was still missing. I again confronted them and they just said sorry sir they were already missing. read more

I came in for an oil change today pretty apprehensive about what it would cost because This car is a lease I'm almost ready to give it up and didn't want to spend a ton of money on its upkeep.....Tia went over all the options for me it was very affordable and I was in and out in under 30 mins.....(there were several other employees there of which I do not know their names and did not interact with so Im sorry if I didn't mention you but I could see you working and you seemed great too) she also accepted a coupon I had which saved me an additional $15.......being female I have had my share of being taken advantage of men working in auto shops so pulling up I was extremely happy to see a woman taking charge and doing a great job at being honest, up front and professional.......all I can say is WOW this girl knows her job and her customer service skills are AMAZING I will be back FOR SURE. Service was great and the oil change was quick...but they snapped off my valve on my tire -I had them replaced less than 6 months ago, checked them recently, and it was not damaged. My tire was completely flat after my service and the employee told me that it must've been damaged prior (which wasn't the case), wished me good luck, and recommended I go to Les Schwab. Obviously I can't drive on a totally flat tire so I had to go immediately there and lost an afternoon. It cost me 3 hours and $98 more dollars on top of the $65 oil change. Not great. Maybe go here if you budget an extra hundred dollars and have a completely free schedule otherwise it's going to be a rough time. read more

Their service is good, but twice ... yes, twice ... I've ended up with flat tires after their oil changes. The first time I ended up stranded on I-90, just a few hours after service on a holiday weekend, needing $700 worth of new tires (with all-wheel drive). The second time I ended up with a flat a few hours later, and after bringing in the tire to fix a damaged stem, I was told that Jiffy Lube is synonymous with tire damage.
