i usually change oils myself but seeing as it's january and freezing outside I decided to go have jiffy change my oil real quick. The guys were alright for the most part, my concern is with the price gouging! i could have changed the oil my self for $45 with name brand oil and filters. They charges me $154 for an oil and filter change in my dodge dart with full synthetic. at First they were like it'll be $52 and I was yea that's no bad sounds good. Then I pull into the bay and they drain my oil, then tell me that because my dart has a turbo it absolutely requires full synthetic premium oil, at this point I don't have much choice since they already started working on my vehicle. After they were done dude brought the tablet to the window and showed me the total after tax $154. All they actually did was change my oil and filter I was there for 15 minutes. Let's be real, jiffy most definitely uses the cheapest oil they can buy in bulk so it's nothing fancy or Special. do not recommend unless you absolutely cannot ch angle your own oil and have stupid money to throw away. read more

New oil pan plug and compression washer. had to return, serious oil leak...Not Jiffy Lube's fault. Management was on it in a moment, making calls and ordering parts...Extremely impressive. Seems a prior repair was made JL installed a part that would last for a long time. I asked for help finding a replacement oil pan...they will and install it. They found another leak from the turbo to the oil pan. Sent me to another JL to repair...fixed promptly. I have never had customer service like this...Outstanding. Never going to go here again. I had to spend over $2,000 to fix my car because they didn't put 5 quarts of oil in it. The oil filter was not changed, totally black and wrenched sideways. I am not the only one that has had this problem, check the other reviews. If you do go there, when they drive your car out, make them open the hood, check that the oil cap is secure and then check the oil, to make sure there is actually oil in the engine. When my check engine light came on and I took it in to be fixed, they showed me that no oil was showing on the dip stick. I park my car in the garage and I have no oil on the garage floor, nor do I have any oil on my parking space at work, so no oil leak. And the engine is clean, so no oil spewing anywhere. You should be ashamed Jiffy Lube.... read more

A very unreliable company and location that exemplifies every bad stereotype of a mechanic one can imagine. I went here for an oil change and to begin with they lied to me and told me I needed to change my air filters even though I had Just had them changed. But being sketchy and deceptive was not enough for them it would seem as they also completely botched a simple oil change both by not tightening my filter on enough and putting the wrong gasket on my car causing it to bleed oil everywhere. Putting my car at great risk of serious damage. Seriously, When it comes to an asset as important as a car I cannot in good conscious recommend a company this transparently unethical and incompetent. They will lie to you about necessary repairs and maintenance, they will do the work with very little regard to quality. read more

As I was standing at the counter getting checked in she continued to bark commands at the three employees in the bay completely oblivious as to how this might make a person feel. My husband brought our pickup in on Monday and had them do an oil change. The next day, I drove it to Seattle and back. In the meantime, my turn signal had gone out and when my husband open the hood today to replace it wit a new one he just purchased, he noted the oil cap was left sitting on top of the engine and oil had blown out on the left side of the engine compartment. The Manager gave us a free oil change and installed our new light bulb for us. We agreed to steam clean the engine ourselves. We feel the matter was handled properly but in the future, we will be double-checking his technicians work before we ever leave their business. read more

I went there Sunday for an oil change and had a $15.00 off coupon. I got the $67.99 full service one and ended up paying close to $90.00! They DIDNT do the full service like I asked them too and charged me extra without telling me. My check oil light still comes on so I don't know what in the world they did for $90.00 ???? Will never go back!!! I went back a week later told a man that I was in last week for a "full service" that they didn't do all that they said they would do and that my light saying change oil still is on. He said pull up and we'll take care of it for you. The guy who rang me up told me step out of my car. He got in and pumped my pedals and got out and said you're good to go.... NOT EVEN!!! My husband stopped here to get our oil changed before we left town. They said the serpentine belt needed changed, which didn't sound unreasonable given the age of the vehicle. I normally wouldn't have that service done there, but we were about to hit the road and wanted to be safe (we also had our child in the car). After that, our car developed an awful squeal. Figured the new belt just needed adjusting. When we got back to town he returned to the business to have them check it out. There was a freaking wrench left inside!!!!! And to top it off, the squeal wasn't repaired. They said the guy who did the original job was relocated and suggested my husband go to the other store to have the guy fix it!!! That's why these types of places post job ads saying "no experience required." Do not go here or to anyone of there shops unless you want more trouble than you came in with.. My son made the mistake of going here without me knowing and they took advantage of a college student by selling him a full synthetic oil change without asking and then telling him he needed to replace the air filter (which he did) even though they marked it as good!!! They sell him a $3 dollar filter for $17.00 dollars!!! Then they tried to tell him he needed a transmission fluid change and showed him discolored fluid but the transmission was just serviced a month ago and when I pulled the dipstick it was clean and fresh ( so beware) of service checks.. Then my son gets home to tell me his care runs terrible since they worked on it and in looking at it they must have lost the air filter bolts because 1 was missing and the other one was completely wrong ( an attempt to cover it up) so I go there with him and call them out which they tried to deny so I told him to screw the bolt in he said he tightened but he wouldn't since there was no threads... A terrible place of business and being a family owned business they should be ashamed of all the bad reviews... I will never come here again. I came in asking for an oil change. Expecting the $29 oil change that is advertised all over this shop. He asked me about the oil I got previously (from a different jiffy lube) he said he didn't have that and started rambling off numbers of a different kind that he could use. I said sure, not once did he mention that this would increase the price of the oil change to $80. When he told me the price I asked why it was so much he said that was the oil I chose .. Really, more like that's the oil you tricked me into getting. I'm a single mom with two kids and I am struggling changing a price that much is devastating. After me almost breaking down in tears he changed the price to $60. Still double what I was expecting. After I left I noticed they didn't even change the computer so now my car still says it needs an oil change... Shame on you guys!!! read more

My third time here and I have to say that the service is pretty good! Staff is always friendly and will not pressure you to get anything serviced. Some people treat the workers here without any respect. Treat them the way you want to be treated. Either way, the service should be simple and easy. I'm in Customer service an an automobile establishment and if a Customer has a coupon I honor it no questions asked. So I left and called the jiffy lube on sullivan Suleiman and Manager said no problem come on in he would honor it. Also I saw while in waiting room a sign stating if you give a 5 star review that you will get $10 off oil change. So why didn't the Manager at the other store tell me that. I went to Jiffy Lube on Sprague in Spokane Valley today. I have a few complaints. So first of all, my last oil change was at this location and I paid 36.00 or so for it. This time I paid nearly 50.00 for the exact same lube, oil and filter. I was kind of questioning this amount. I scanned my invoice as i was leaving and noticed that "washed exterior windows" was checked as completed, and it was NOT done. I was in a hurry, hence my choice to go to JIffy Lube in the first place as I am leaving on a road trip tomorrow and have many last minute things to take care of. So when I got home, I was kind of steamed about feeling ripped off over a simple oil change and then I re-read my invoice and they had also checked off that they vacuumed my interior, NO they did NOT!! So that makes me question if they actually performed the routine safety inspection included in the astronomical amount to do a simple oil change. I have decided to NEVER go to Jiffy Lube again and caution other drivers, beware of this location in particular. You should check out some of the reviews on Facebook as well, theft and damages caused by the technician (s)!!!! Not acceptable!! read more

Service was depressing! Not friendly whatsoever. I watched the whole time and they never checked the tire pressure. When being billed I asked if he did and he assured me yes they did. We came in and our tire light was on, our vehicle tells us what the pressure is and it wasn't touched. A 100% lie to my face because they are lazy and don't care. I brought in a work vehicle with 5134 miles for its first oil change. The greeter was nice, my problem is they said the vehicle took 5.5 quarts of oil. Everything I have read says it takes 5.2 with filter. I get home and let it sit then check it reads quartery quart low hmmm. Look at invoice whIle I'm there says they put 35psi in tires. I told them to go off the door sticker which says 39 front and 42 rear. A guy goes around with his tire gauge and tells me they are about where you want them. I will not be back nor will any of my other company vehicles. Also there was oil all over the oil fill area. Could have wiped that up too. read more
