There are few places and people I trust with my car and this Jiffy Lube is one of them. The workers are very focused on helping you out and making sure your car runs top notch! I knew going in my car needed a little help. As soon as I pulled in, one of the workers ran out with a smile before I even opened my door. I thought that was sweet. I explained the issues with my car and they told me what I should get done to fix them. I was able to get my tires rotated, oil and coolant changed, and (the one I am most excited about) my tranny flushed! In the time that I have owned my car I never had my tranny fluid changed because no one could ever get the bolt to break lose, and they were able to! Thank you thank you thank you! To Austin and Jason for doing these for me! And they even had toys to keep my son occupied while all this was happening. Again thank you to all of you! My car runs and drives so much smoother! Austin and his crew at this Jiffy Lube were superb. They went above and beyond the call of duty and gave the kind of service you just don't expect any more. I messed up the repairs to my own truck and needed to have it fixed the next day, which was a Sunday. I had the truck towed to their location Saturday evening; on Sunday morning the manager, Austin, called me to find out the problem before they were even open. Gave us a ride to the service station and them gave me a ride to work. They kept my wife well informed of the progress as they did a front differential service the hard way, having to dismount the differential to repair my mistakes in trying to change the gear oil. This is an excellent jiffy lube. I come here all the time for any maintenance and always have great service. Their customer advisor Ansen who runs the computer always is very helpful and informative. He always tells me what's important and is very patient when I don't understand something and explains from a different angel to make it make sense to me. One of the red shirt guys named Michael is quick and thorough when working on my vehicle. Last time he came up with an example of both of my differentials fluid, and my transmission. So that I could make a comfortable informed decision. I did not get that treatment at the other couple jiffy lubes I went to. The best time to go is between 10am-4pm. That's when they are the most staffed and typically when you can get in and out the quickest. read more

I stopped in to have my oil topped off and the technician forgot to put my cap back on. I drove 300 miles and lost 4 quarts of oil and my engine was a mess. I was able to get it fixed in Montana. After getting back into town, I went and talked to the manager at Jiffy Lube and he was apologetic and spent time cleaning up my engine. He was able to confirm through video that the technician did leave my cap off. He promised he would reimburse the money I had spent to get my car fixed. I have called twice and six weeks later I still have not received a check from them. I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube! read more

I was very pleased this morning!! I pulled into the lot and to the open bay door. Micheal was right there to see what needed to be done. He opened my car door, and gave me a quick tour. Bathroom here, waiting room and even offered coffee or water. Followed the expected wait times and finished when they said they would. Yes, the price was a little higher than I expected but with the coupon and the $3 added it was very reasonable for the service I received!!! I will definitely go back! read more

I popped into the Jiffy Lube on Sprague today because my oil was on... again. The staff got me in right away, showed me how to fix the light issue, looked at my fluids just to check, popped in some oil, had a good quick conversation about my day and I left very happy. I had an automotive emergency. I called Jiffy Lube at 6:02. They are supposed to close at 6. Austin, the manager, heard my problems, and offered to stay open until I got there to the location. When I arrived, it was "all hands on deck" as they efficiently addressed my problems. Finally, they offered helpful suggestions and got us home, safely. The crew at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to help to me. I bought a Jetta Volkswagen a few days ago, and found out someone put the wrong Antifreeze in it. They were getting ready to close, but stayed open, so I could have the right antifreeze in my car. I would highly recommend getting your car done here. I previously went to Spokane Quick Lube and got my oil changed where they farked up three lug nuts on my tire during a tire rotation. They then tried to charge me for the replacement lugnuts.
