This is the jiffy lube we went to for the last 10 years. We have 2 cars. We always get the standard oil change. We used to get a lot of coupons from them in the mail. This time, from the minute I arrived there , they wanted to get me to use the most expensive oil change there is. They say it is the special oil recommended by the factory....They show me the factory book on the computer.....What happened the last 10 years????? i always took the standard oil change.... They also tried to change and replace all sort of things so that they can charge me. It was very annoying. I felt they were really harassing me and trying to ... I told him: I could be your wife, your sister, or your mother! How would you feel if somebody did the same to them. I just took the oil change, expensive, synthetic, whatever, and ran for my life... I drove a couple of miles and found they messed up with the mileage on the sticker. They did the same thing last time I was there. Be careful! read more

This Jiffy lube is complete rip off . They try to convince you that you need to replace parts you don't need . They are very pushy in their "recommendations". If you decide to bring your own oil and filter they will try to convince you that you cannot use any coupons because you are using your own oil and filter . That is completely false . I will never go back to that location. read more

Watch these guys, people. My mother, a loyal customer of this location, took her minivan in for an oil change. They did the oil change and also replaced the cabin air filter. They charged her $49.99 for the exact same filter you can get on eBay for $6.50 free shipping. I was disgusted when I saw the invoice. And, it's not about the labor involved because a 10-year-old can change this filter. I took the filter out and had my mother take it back to get her money back. They wouldn't budge, not even to discount it. I felt like they took advantage of an older lady. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE! The guy (I wish I knew his name) did not want to take my groupon and once he did he insisted on validating it on my phone with his dirty hands. Then he recommended a new battery but I said no. I took my car to an actual mechanic and my battery was fine. Will NEVER come back there ever again. read more

This is the second negative experience under similar circumstances, however the manner in which this situation unfolded leaves me to conclude that what was done was both deliberate and malicious in intent. The first incident occurred on a previous visit to have an oil change on 08/05/2014 when the vehicle in question a 2008 Kio Rio was taken in for an oil change and upon leaving the car was leaking profusely coolant substance(s), upon further investigation later that day I discover the coolant tank had sizeable hole which was the source of the leak. I had to repair that damage and buy additional coolant in the following days. On 03/13/2015 again I took the said vehicle to the same location (against my better judgement) and again the vehicle was damaged as the glove compartment was "RIPPED" out and left in that state upon receiving the vehicle. What they are doing in the glove compartment for a "supposed" oil change is beyond, however I have taken the time to post this experience online so customers can be aware of what is happening at this branch of Jiffy Lube. read more

My latest adventure to Jiffy Lube made me feel like I was on a quest for oil in the post-apocalyptic world that is Mad Max. In this case, an employee there named Sanjay was Immortan Joe (if you haven't seen it, he's the mean guy in the movie). My car needed an oil change and I had a groupon that covered 5 quarts of conventional oil. Immortan Joe (employee Sanjay) told me that my Nissan Rogue can only take synthetic and therefore it would cost more. I told him I've put conventional many times before, but he had none of that and told me that they wont do anything unless I put synthetic. I was about to scream out "PLEASE LET ME INTO THE GATES OF VALHALLA" and chrome-spray my mouth until i decided to just call my dealership to ask the mechanic what it needed and they said that conventional was totally fine. I told Sanjay and this is when he proceeded to laugh sarcastically at lil ole Mad Michi (yes, I'm Mad Max in this story because he's cool), said I should do more research and that I knew nothing about this. I then decided to speak to someone else before this escalated - and Chookie, the other employee, was very kind and took care of everything for me. I am not really sure why this was more difficult than it should've been and why Sanjay was so rude to me...so the only explanation is that we were suddenly placed in this post apocalyptic world and I hope to never return to this location. read more

Worst Service ever! Went there today and a man came after me & got serviced before me.. Tried to get help from someone working there and the guy Joshua would only acknowledge the customer's that were done and had to pay.. What the heck do you have to do to get service here? This guy walks around with a miserable look on his face like he hates his job... I couldn't take it anymore and just left.. I compared prices at Sears, firestone, Midas and 2 other places and with an online coupon Jiffy lube had the best price and I didn't have to wait 2 hours. The staff was very nice I really enjoyed them and they literally rolled out the red carpet for me when I got back into my car. Thank you for your exceptional service. read more

The guys changing the oil do a really nice job. However, there is enormous pressure to upsell. They try to force you to purchase services that your car doesn't need. They go beyond typical salesmanship and are rude about it. I won't be back. read more

Biggest group of robbers. Every time my Spanish speaking husband goes in there they rip him off by $30 or more. He is had a coupon for a $19 oil change. They charged him $45 nothing extra, just an oil change. How can tjey do this. Disgusting! read more

Samuel did an oil change on my car, and while it drove fine a little while after I left, the engine and oil lights came on (and I couldn't go back to address it because I had work right after). I checked my levels the next day and found he didn't replace the old oil with new oil. He also didn't re-seat my glovebox after checking the cabin air filer and got grease stains all over my seats. After the manager, Donovan, came to my house to assess my car, redid the oil change and cleaned up my seats, I was told the store manager would contact me for a follow-up and remuneration for the lackluster service rendered. Still haven't heard from him 2 weeks later. Donovan was excellent, but sadly any semblance of customer service started and ended with him. read more
