i dont know what happened to the crew they had. But this new crew for a year now has been the worst with customer service and for the most part coming off as just plain lazy. I called to ask about a tune up and was given attitude, hung up feeling like crap and just didn't even want to get my car service that day period. went back tried again same exact experince and this is my local jiffy lube so I was hoping I wouldnt have to travel to get my car serviced. looks like that's what i will gladly do to not have to deal with these guys again read more

So I came back to this location in hopes they have changed. They have for the worse. They don't even check my lights now. Paying over $80 with a coupon and they are doing even less. Where do I start? No vacuuming, no checking of air filters, no toping off of fluids, no checking of battery. I really don't think just an oil change should cost over $80 for a small car. Also Jiffy lube should get rid of Signature Service if they plan to no longer do it. Go elsewhere. read more

Well I have been to 3 jiffy lubes in the last 2 weeks trying to figure out why I am leaking oil from my filter and this is the only one that has stopped the leak as far as I can tell, the first one said it wasn't tight enough the second said it was too tight, this one finally got it to stop leaking. I will be back in a week to check on it just to be safe. read more

currently at pacific ave Tacoma location getting an oil change on my work van. I asked about the air filter since mileage on van are 40,000 and it's never been looked at. they then started complaining about the filter, saying they weren't event going to try to touch it because it takes too long, then stated 10-15mins. i just laughed and said nevermind man I'll just do it when you guys are finished. talk about lazy and incompetent read more

I've had pretty good luck with this Jiffy Lube. I can usually get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. In fact one time they were only two techs servicing the cars and I got out in about an hour which isn't too, too bad. On another occasion I was sent here because the Jiffy Lube on Sprague didn't have a particular part they needed to finish the job. So after that I just go to this location and it's closer to home anyway. So I definitely keep this place in mind when in need of routine service for when it's due or about to embark on a long driving trip. read more

This is the first time I went to get an oil change. I had a really hard time communicating with Jorden R specifically he was rude, yelled at me and when I had questions he didn't respond or talked to me as if I were a child. I am not a very confrontational person so I left but I know they can give good service because my dad gets taken care. I truly believe that the only reason why I experienced horrible service like this was because of how young I am so if you are young like me watch out! read more

I was weary to trust a Tacoma jiffy lube I usually take my car to the dealership. I had phenomenal service! I'm usually pressured into stuff I don't need but they were very clear if I did or did not need anything extra. They mentioned one tire a bit low, wiped my windows down front side and back! What problems? JiffyLube on 72nd messed up the transmission with a mere transmission fluid change. The transmission now won't shift through the gears when starting / stopping. I have to manually shift. A few weeks ago JL replaced the battery; now the engine struggles over a couple of minutes to start. Calling the joint announces "This call can not be forwarded." Convenience" at JL is _very_ expensive in terms of time & money. : / Who has free time to find the manager at his convenience? JL assumes its customers can take hours away from work to deal with its incompetence? Failure _is_ an option at JiffyLube. I am going to Midland Automotive for expertise & quality. read more

DO NOT GO THERE UNLES U WANT UR CAR TO BLOW OUT SMOKE AND NOT MOVE!!! They didn't drain the oil and filled it up souch that the oil was 5 inches past.the high mark on the dipstick! After the oil change I drove less that 3 blocks and the car is stalling, smoke blowing out the tailpipe, dash is lit up like a Christmas tree! Ling story short after more that 6 calls to corporate they are now going to fix it! Stay far away from them as u can. Dont waste ur hard earned $$$ and time on that establishment. read more

The price was ok but when they were done with my oil change, they had me pull forward without the person under the vehicle completely installing my splash guard. Lack of communication for sure. Then they put their dirty oily hands on my vehicle with oil hand prints and smudges all over the passenger side of the hood... I wont be going there again..... The technician when I first came there, the guy he change my oil and then he strip my pan bolt and he end up quitting so he was not able to fix my car. Luckily thank you to Andrew loving he went ahead and fix my oil pan so it didn't leak anymore now everything is not leaking. Went to get an oil change, Steve the manager was rude, they did 2 other cars that pulled up after me before mine, added a fuel cleaner I DID NOT ask for and as I was leaving the car was SMOKING so bad. They said it was the fuel cleaner and it would burn off. 3 days later the car is still smoking and sounded like it had no oil. Took it back, Victoria argued with me and said it "wouldn't be driving if it didn't have oil" ONLY to be told by her associate that the oil pan plug was the WRONG PLUG and there was IN FACT NO OIL. They put the WRONG PLUG/CAP ON MY OIL PAN. ALMOST DESTROYED MY CAR. She did apologize and fix it, but now the car is still acting up, she said she would refund me...still waiting for that refund. The Good- Pricing is Ok, on par with other shops. Got greeted right away by an employee in a mask and checked in. In and out in a reasonable time due to the 'Rona. The Bad- Waited maybe 20 minutes in the car behind the one in the stall. After I was in the bay, took about 20 minutes to change the oil and check the fluids. I drive a 2013 BMW X6 and I never have been to Jiffy Lube a day in my life to get my oil changed but it was an emergency so I made the choice to come here to get my oil change on a one time only basis. Not even 10 minutes after I left an engine malfunction warning came up on my car which is completely out of the ordinary as my car is up to par on all repairs. So I took my car to my mechanic and come to find out this Jiffy Lube not only did not Tighten the oil housing cap which caused the oil housing cap frame to become damaged as well & caused my car to have low oil pressure. On top of that they put the wrong oil in my car.. tf. After spending $700 for a rental car for the week and also paying $550 out of my own pocket to repair the car and get diagnostics done, i'm writing this review to warn people never go here and also to let whatever the managers name is at this property because I can't get a phone call answered but I am taking them to small claims court. The proper documents have already been filled and sent off with proof and pictures from my mechanic as well as the paperwork from the Jiffy Lube oil change that was done. They screwed me out of $1500+ when all I needed was a $130 oil change. I have been here twice. The first was uneventful and I appreciate that they don't push so hard to buy extra services. They are quick and reasonably priced. Also ready to take coupons without flack. The second visit is what I really want to review. I brought in my car for an oil change earlier than scheduled maintenance because my car will be in storage for 6 months and I would like to keep my engine in good condition. After calling to ask if they had any additives for long term storage and when they didn't, they said they could use an additive I brought in. Great! I get there, I give the girl the additive in the bay and go wait for my oil change. Ok, it's done. I start up my car and am about to drive away when Jesse comes out and tells me they need to redo the oil change, they forgot to put in the additive, he found it on the station unused and wanted to do it right. Now, Jesse could have not told me, gone about his day with an Oh well. BUT he went out of his way to let me know that it wasn't done how I had asked and they would make it right! THANK YOU!!!! Jesse, you made my day! If you hadn't told me I would have never known, but you did and you rock! Sure I needed to wait a little longer but you telling me was, as cliche as it sounds, spot on with the company mission statement (and human decency) on the wall in the lobby. I will be back in 6 months... (I also can appreciate that I could hear a little of the lesson in the bay happening when someone asked if they could add it on top and his response was no. Well I'm sure that with staffing shortages and such it's difficult to get here on time, 8:25 here waiting for an 8:00 opening staff. No one here. Three cars here waiting one already left. Hmmm staff are known to bicker in public but my oil changes are okay, just staffing issues, which can lead to car issues cuz they bickering like lil boys. So just make sure you keep eye on. I'm wondering about the oil filters they are installing, as I decided to do my oil change on my Dodge Caravan this time, due to a long line at the store. The old filter that they had installed was much smaller than the one required by the manufacturer. Obviously, the one they installed must have been cheaper and is probably inferior in quality, as the oil I drained was pitch black. The quality of the oil filter is something to consider if you value your automobile. From now on, I'm doing the car's oil changed myself. I'll get better filters and better oil too, and still save $40. read more
