We were more than 40 mins away from home when the engine light came on on our dodge challenger (2020). I'm new to Arizona from Maryland so I did not know what to do but I remembered that jiffy Lube is probably in every states. So I quickly pull this location up and drove up. Two gentlemen were on staff and took a look and had us sit in the lobby while he replace the coolant and send us on our way within less than 5mins and he did not charge us anything! I was flabbergasted at the amazing service! I wanted to pay and give them a tip but they wouldn't accept and was just happy to help us and that is wasn't something major!!!!! the guy that changed my oil stripped the screws, broke my glove compartment by pulling it forcefully, and potentially didn't even change my oil given that we found it was super watery at the next oil change. I do not recommend this location at all. I usually go to the Valencia location. I took my car in for an oil change. 2 weeks later my engine was blown, all the oil leaked out from my car all of a sudden. The oil techs left the screw loose, this caused pressure towards my engine trying to keep it together until it finally blew out. I always maintence my vehicle for everything and the last/recent thing I did on it was oil change. After reaching out to jiffy lube, since they were the last ones to touch it, they sent a "certified mechanic" out to inspect the vehicle. He said he wanted take the car in to a shop for further inspection, and cost would be on my husband & I. After asking why if isn't he a certified mechanic why would he be able to do a full inspection where the vehicle is at since it doesn't run. They disregarded my vehicle & showed no concerns after their techs blew my car engine. I am very unhappy with this location. They left me with no car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE. DO NOT GO THERE. You will end up with your vehicle messed up and they DO NOT hold theirselves accountable. I have been going to the Valencia location for years. As soon as I went to this location, 2 weeks later, engine is blown and my car is ruined. read more

Fantastic staff here. I interacted closely with Ronnie, Julio, and Cruz during my Saturday visit, and they made me feel very welcome. Super impressed with the staff here! I came in to get an oil change, but they quickly told me that I needed to change my transmission fluid. I opted for both of those services, and got a nice discount. In addition to that, they even provided me with a free tire rotation as well! It took a little longer than I expected. I was told that it would be about 20 minutes, but it took 40. The location is close to where I live so I've been here twice for an oil change. While they say it takes about 15 minutes to get car oil changed, mine took about 30 minutes. I was offered a coupon the first time but the second time I went, I was told a discount was automatically applied. However, this discount was less than what the coupon offered. I luckily found the coupon online and was able to use it. Also, both times, my windows weren't cleaned and my car floors weren't vacuumed, as the service claimed they would be with the oil change package. Bottom line: it's okay if you really need an oil change, but I'm going to start looking for a local mechanic that can provide better service and sense of reliability. read more

They emptied my transmission fluid and overfilled my oil ruining my transmission and ruining my engine. Then wouldn't refund when both the transmission and engine were brand new!! They even admitted there completely at fault! Jiffy Lube only offered what they felt was the blue book value of my vehicle. Bad business!! :( read more

Well, it's Sunday and I needed an oil change. It's one of those things that no one likes to do, but we understand it has to be done. When I drove past this Jiffy Lube center on Oracle and saw the '15 minute' oil change, I was thrilled. I pulled up to the bay, drove my car in, got out and headed into the office to pay and wait. I asked the attendant how long it would take, he replied 'Not too long'. An hour later I'm still sitting here waiting for my car to even be looked at, even though it was somehow first in the bay. The people here are friendly and the work is always great but when there is a 15 minute sign outside, I expect it to only take 15 minutes. If its going to take longer, please pull it down. Edit: I had originally left a 3 star review but the guys here explained to me when checking out that something unforeseen had taken place. I don't typically review chains and I haven't been a big fan of Jiffy Lube in the past, but I was in a rush and the reviews for this location weren't bad, so I gave it a try and am glad I did. The service was exceptional - from welcoming me when I pulled in to opening the door for me when I left, they were professional and polite every step of the way. They went through a standard checklist of items that their system suggested I get taken care of based on my vehicle's mileage, but they didn't go out of their way to recommend anything from the list because they didn't think I actually needed any of the services, which I truly appreciated.
