I have never been charged as much for an oil change as I was here. This is using the 25 off oil change coupon and I was still charged 90 before tax. For comparisons the shop I usually use which was busy charges seventy. I didn't want to wait another week so figured I'd have it changed here. They don't tell you the price up front. They surprise you at the end. Save yourself some cash and go two miles up the road o a different oil change shop. read more

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube in Fishers Landing for many years. I won't be going back. It has become harder and harder to get a basic oil change. No matter how clearly I say "just an oil change", they open other things and mess with things they don't have permission to mess with, then try to sell me things I don't need. What has pushed me over the edge to deciding not to go back is this: The last two times I have been there, requesting a basic oil change, they told me they were too busy, and could not get to my car for a long time. Jiffy Lube advertises a "no coupon $19.95" oil change, but I don't believe they actually honor that. I have multiple cars and drivers in my household. We will go somewhere else in the future. PS They usually do a good job on oil changes, but do not let them try to repair a rock chip in your windshield They tried, and failed, to repair a chip in my windshield. Also, the mechanical tool they use left a little trail of tiny new chips in the glass around the hole they were trying to repair. read more

I sent my 17 year old son to have an oil change here not only did they rip him off by charging him for things that he didn't even need or get but they forgot to put the oil in his vehicle. I can't even explain how mad I was so I'm going to keep this short and sweet they have one job change the oil in a vehicle that means putting new oil in the vehicle after they take the old one out it's there only job and they didn't even do that read more

They noticed that I didn't need an oil change for 4,000 miles based on the sticker from the time before. The notification light on my car wasn't reset the last time, apparently. So they just offered to top off the fluids for me free of charge. read more

Came in tonight to have a chip in my windshield repaired and the service was excellent. We had just had the windshield replaced because of a semi truck and the week after a regular truck kicked up a rock and chipped the brand new $300+ windshield. Didn't want to pay for a whole new windshield after the chip spread so I called ahead and they told me they did provide windshield repair. All 3 of the gentlemen who helped me were very professional and kind. The reason the review is 4 stars out of 5 is because the price for 1 windshield chip is $30, and $10 per chip after that which seems a little steep to me considering the time spent. However the chip now is filled, looks amazing, and the service was excellent. They did tell me about the price before hand, and I can deal with a $30 repair compared to a $300+ new windshield. read more

Went to this Jiffy Lube on 8/21/2018 @ 8:00AM, waited until 8:10AM and still didn't open. Hours in the door states open at 8:00AM. Every Jiffy Lube I looked up on Yep states they open at 8:00AM. Recommend updating operation hours for this station if not opening at 8:00AM. Went to the Jiffy Lube on Mill Plain and got my oil change done there instead. Excellent customer service, in and out in 20 minutes, very satisfied. read more

Everyone was so nice, I came in for my first oil change sense purchasing my car. There were quite a bit of extra things that needed to be done, they worked with me to make a price I could afford as well as get everything I needed! I would recommend them to anyone! $23.95 Oil Change turned into $34.99. Tried to upsell me on everything. Showed me barely dirty air filter. If I wanted any of fluids checked it was $34.99. This was my first time to Jiffy Lube and it will be my last. As soon as I pulled up the technician approached my vehicle and asked me how could he help me today. I explained to him that I wanted to get my oil changed in my 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck. He then proceeds to tell me that he needs to put synthetic oil in my truck because that is what the manufacturer requires otherwise it will void my warranty. I told him that's funny I've always taken my truck to the dealership and they always gave me an option. So I told him no just put the regular oil. He then pulls my truck into the service area and tells me he was going to do a safety inspection. He then comes to get me to go over his findings. He tells me that my radiator cap needs to be replaced because it's not holding the proper poundage of pressure then he tells me that my battery is not charging up to the fullest and that I should replace my battery. Our truck is 3 years old. He then tells me that the radiator cap and battery life is usually 3-5 years. I told him I will take it to be the dealer to see what they can do about it. He tells me to go get a quote from the dealer and come back because they can probably beat their price by 50%. Such scam artists! read more

My friend got talked into a transmission fluid change at 40K miles at a different Jiffy Lube, and while we were looking through his paperwork, we discovered that this Jiffy Lube location had changed his transmission and differential fluids with only 16K miles on is car, and less than a year old. This is not even close to any possible interpretation of the normal or severe servicing interval for this car. Pure rip-off. DO NOT get talked into any additional services (called the "upsell")--you have been warned!!! read more

A few weeks ago we visited this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. This particular Jiffy Lube had become our favorite because anytime we have been to this Jiffy Lube we have been treated well and very professionally. This time, unfortunately, we had a bad experience. There was a particular fellow that, from the beginning, we could tell just wasn't that "into" his job. But what really upset us the most was at the end when he got into our vehicle (and why do they have to get into our vehicle, why can't we drive it out like we drive it in?) he didn't clean off his hands which were full of grease and both new and old motor oil which he then left all over the interior of the vehicle, where ever he touched, including our brand new steering wheel cover. We had motor oil (black oil and new oil) on the steering wheel, on the interior door handle/arm rest, exterior door handle and gear shift. Even after cleaning the oil off of the steering wheel cover, my hands still smell like motor oil after driving the vehicle for a little while. This is ridiculous and should be one of the most basic things covered by 'How to treat the property of others'. I wonder what the lady that was next in line thought about that sort of treatment... she had one of those luxury vehicles. Completely unprofessional, just like the guy in the pit that was texting on his phone. Somebody needs to take care of this. read more

I now know that Jiffy lube on 165th is by far the worst automotive service establishment I have ever visited. I bought the 24.99 oil change service and wound up paying $39.00. Even taking tax into consideration there is still 12.00 or so charged to my card for absolutely nothing. The technician under my truck said he checked all of the fluid levels in both differentials, transfer case, and my manual transmission, This is BS because I was right there watching him do the oil filter and visually look for leaks and write this on his clip board. There is know way he could have taken out all of the fill plugs while spending all of his time under the motor. Throughout the entire process one of their sales guys was trying to sell me every service the book at ridicules prices. I was told I was low on coolant when I paid the bill. When I asked if he topped it off he said no my coolant was dirty and needed to be changed and coolant was too expensive to add for my service. What a joke !!!! Oil can Henery's is more expensive but so worth it. read more
