I usually come here for my oil change. All is good with that. I stopped by to see if they can change my turn signal bulb. They said it too close to the fog light. That is not true. They didn't want to work and thought they could fool me. I went bought the bulb and changed it my self. Now I will be going my else where for an oil change. read more

I just recently moved to the area and needed an oil change bad! I Just left this Jiffy Lube and it is now the only place I will go to get an oil change. They're friendly, they explain in detail so I didn't feel confused(I don't know much about car maintenance), and this guy who pulled me car out after the service somehow got my door to open that hasn't opened in MONTHS. Reasonable pricing for oil changes, but best of all is they are quick. It's easy to get in and out of, especially when you are in a hurry. One of the things I like the most is that they are never pushy. I usually walk in knowing what I want, and although they will run through all of the "suggested maintenance" for my vehicle, they never push me to do any of it. Today Ed was helping to fill out my order form. He showed me both of my filters, which I had already decided I was going to change, he asked me about other services, and let me go on my way when I said that was the only extra thing. I also like that when they are done with the service of my car, they will sweep it out. It may not be a perfect sweep, but I don't have to do it! So bonus points there. Oh yes. Great service, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable support. I came in for an oil change and antifreeze service and was very pleased to get comprehensive information regarding my vehicle's condition from Keith. I have taken my '98 4Runner in to several places in the past and some of the minor issues Keith had brought up were never mentioned to me. Avoid this place like the plague- do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else. I brought my car here consistently since 2020 for oil changes out of convenience in spite of the high prices and the constant attempts at upselling. During my recent visit, after waiting for about an hour with no information on what the holdup was for my oil change, I was told that my oil pan and oil plug threads were now stripped and would need to be replaced. This is about $600 in damage between parts and labor. It took them another hour to figure out a temporary fix. In an attempt to avoid taking responsibility, the employee insisted I must have taken my car elsewhere for a change (I didn't). They tried to tell me they hadn't changed my oil since 2020 until I showed them the sticker they put in my windshield showing my oil change last year, 5,000 miles back, from them.. In spite of this it was insisted this is TOTALLY NORMAL wear and tear and I should carry spare butterfly oil plugs in my glovebox until I can get my pan replaced. In short, they will mess up your car and say anything to take no responsibility for it. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

Great team, great new break light, and the technician even gave he the heads up on a tire issue I wouldn't have caught till my tire exploded! So that was clutch! Unethical, shady, caused additional problems with car after oil change performed - Admitted to causing the problem and refused take responsibility and pay for correction after they said they would. Spoke to local district manager and was hung up on Oil change cost $216...never ever again. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else for any car service. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a service and spent about 20 minutes there and no one worked on my car. They then handed me an invoice stating they did an oil change and all the checks when no one did anything. I questioned the tech about it and his response was " oh I thought one of the other guys were doing it" WTH! My first and last time going here. We just opened and fleet account and will be canceling it. I would recommend going to Valvoline quick change. They actually do what they put on your invoice. SMH. read more

They broke all our engine cover clips and when we went back to talk to them about what happened, they didn't want to listen to us. Instead they just stared at the broken clips and told us to come back and speak with JD. The following day, we get a call to come back from JD or James and when we showed up, we were yelled at and ridiculed. He flat out denied their wrong doing and kept yelling at us. To the point of harassment or bullying. It's not worth the hassle and trouble of being bullied and having them break pieces off your car. Absolutely horrible customer service. We sent our daughter to have her oil changed. She's a high school student and we're trying to teach her responsibility in maintaining her car. She went for a basic $40.00 oil change and walked out paying $70.00. When I asked her why it was so much, she said the manager told her her car required synthetic oil and that's how much it was. She explained to him her dad was skeptical so the Manager told her to call him. Unable to reach him, she texted me but it was too late. I called to speak to the store and when I asked why they upsold her, the Manager saw nothing wrong with it and felt good about it because my daughter agreed to it. We're very disappointed. If a store needs to take advantage of students to hit their sales goals, it doesn't say much for the store or it's employees. read more

When I check on google it seems you should only change it when it was black or brown, not clear pink. I told the guy not to do it and he says - ohh sorry! They already started. Balls out horrible. I went in needing oil change & tires filled. I had Groupon for basic oil change & let them know in advance (big mistake). Asked 3x times about my tires - my warning message said they needed filling & my car was wobbly. Guy at register said synthetic oil was covered in my Groupon, then proceeded to charge me an additional $70 on top of my Groupon. Cashier completely lied. Asked him (again) if my tires were taken care of. He assured me they were. MY RECEIPT SAID THEY ADDED AIR TO ALL $ TIRES. I went out to get my car & felt I should ask the guy who actually worked on my car. He said "No! We didn't touch your tires. They take Nitrogen." Told me to go somewhere else to get my nitrogen. INSANE. I contacted corporate & their complaints MGR (that's right, Jessica) wouldn't return my calls. My warning message board the oil filter wasn't changed either. What kind of scam are they running anyway. I contacted Groupon, but that doesn't help me endagering my life after being lied to & overcharged for services I never received. So I got a oil change. They tried to "sell" me all the other stuff, air filter and other things on their "signature" menu. It ended up cost me over $100, where it should have been around $35. Fine, whatever. I felt got pushed into doing it, but that's still my decision. I didn't do all they "suggested", and the guy was giving me a hard time. Then I noticed weird noise coming out of my car. I took it to a mechanic, and was told whoever checked my filter and stuff last time messed up things at the bottom and didn't connect the hose back to the engine. Questionable competence and honesty here. Not all Jiffy Lube locations are owned and operated by the company. (This location is not) A leak occurred at my cars oil drain plug during service due to damaged threads on the drain bolt hole. This is a common failure on older vehicles. However, the way the situation was handled gives me suspicions as to this locations integrity. - My car was released to me with no mention of damage. -When we returned to the shop a larger bolt was jammed in to stop the leak without a proper re-threading. -This "repair" was done without my knowledge or permission, and we were quickly shuffled out without any written record. -The owner says that they never record such things and that is how it is suppose to be done. Ask any technician how to fix this problem and they will never tell you to force in a larger bolt, that can and probably will make the problem worse. read more

Stay away from this place!!! Either go to Valvoline or to your own car service center. I went to get an oil change. First time using Jiffy Lube but they had a coupon so I decided to use them. After couple days I noticed that my driveway had a stain on the ground and I thought it was just water evaporation from my AC and when I checked to see what it was found out it was oil. So I went back to Jiffy Lube and a guy checked the car and told me that the threading on the Oil pan was messed up. He said that the drain plug was just spinning and not tightening So I asked him how would they not tell me that When they found out. And the excuse I received was that the guy who did it was new And he didn't realize that the drain plug was not supposed to continuously spin. That is the lamest excuse I've ever heard if your only job is to change oil how would you not know that a drain plug is supposed to tighten. So I had to get a butterfly drain plug because my oil pan is now broken. When I bought the new plug the guy from AutoZone told me that people come to them all the time with problems after using their services. Your best bet is to avoid him at all costs.
