Jiffy Lube is my go to place for oil changes and inspections and they are always great. Today I went to them because I couldn't get my inside lights off. They told me they would check it and not 5 minutes later they said it was all set and didn't charge me a cent. Turns out I had accidentally done something with a switch. Beware!! This place is a scam. They left my drain plug loose so I was slowly leaking oil. Luckily I noticed it before any damage was done. I read a similar review so apparently this is a consistent thing. They recommended that I get a new pcv valve on another vehicle. While I was talking to the mechanic that was working on the original vehicle, he told me that the check engine light will come on if it needs to be replaced. They were pleasant and fast, so I'd say customer service was 4 stars. The price of the oil change was probably average, depending on what oil you specified. How ever buyer beware on them replacing other filters and such. I actually knew better but I let them replace my cabin air filter because I really didn't feel like it. I have a 2019 Ford Edge and that cost an additional $60 for I guess the filter and labor. Luckily I had a $15 off coupon. I still over paid but it is what it is. read more

Had my oil changed recently and the guys were fantastic. Everyone was super nice and everything was timely. They also recently helped my wife and I with a truck issue that Apple Ford of Red Lion didn't address properly. The manager Andrew Krasley was more than helpful. First time i came here i got my battery replaced and asked for my oil to be topped off. They never topped it off so when I asked them to do it for the second time the guy seemed SUPER inconvenienced and did it begrudgingly. Today I came in and when the man went to pull my car in he handled it horribly and whipped it around the parking lot, i got two notifications from my dashcam on my phone, one for aggressive acceleration and one for harsh breaking, all within 3 minutes of them having my car. Dropped by yesterday (Saturday) for an inspection. While I expected it to be busy, there weren't any lines and it looked really sketchy... we're they even open? A guy comes out and asks what we want and we said inspection and he's like ummm let me go check. He checks with this other guy for a few minutes. Comes back and says... ok but like 3-4 hours. When I arrived I was greeted at my car which was nice so I didn't have to go inside to check in. Refreshing to be waited on by a woman so you know you won't be on the receiving end of any "mansplaining." Oil change and rotation done in about an hour. Their phone lines were having trouble that day so hopefully that will be fixed because I had tried to call them several times before heading over. $105 for oil change and rotation (rotation is $30 extra) using synthetic oil and a $10 online coupon. After less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, a "tech" told me they couldn't inspect my car - that it would fail. Drove immediately to the Loucks Road location and they passed it in AND changed the oil in under an hour. This location didn't even look at my car. They didn't want to help me. They were busy and decided not to help me. I guess I wasn't good enough to give them my money? I called the manager and he was completely flippant and quite disrespectful. These guys left my drain plug loose after I got my oil changed at this location, causing a slow leak over several weeks that I was not aware of until my light came on. It cost me $400 to fix at the dealership (between labor and a rental car). I will NEVER go to a Jiffy Lube again - especially not this location. You have one job - change peoples' oil. Went there for oil change, said I was out of inspection, would be $78, said ok. An hour later, came in and said it failed inspection( leaked in back brakes, front brakes, wipers bad, etc) wanted to charge $ 1345.00 to bring up to acceptable! I knew something was up because I just changed the wiper blades myself two weeks before this. So I declined and went to my local car shop and got it inspected for $ 49.00!! Beware of this! They pressured me to buy several unnecessary items and almost wouldn't take no for an answer. They Showed me the cabin filter from my car and claimed it needed to be changed because it was dirty and unhealthy to breathe in. I hesitantly agreed and was charged $49 for a filter that can be found on amazon for around $15. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up spending $97 on a service that I could of had done for less money at a dealership or my mechanic. read more

Within an unprofessional atmosphere, one can have their oil changed here in a half-ass manner. I left here to sounds coming from my car, a loud reving of the engine whenever I hit the gas. The next day I called to speak to the manager only to be told that they had heard my car making this noise when I had pulled into their shop the day prior. That was a lie. The sound persisted for days to follow so I finally had my dad check it out. I guess amidst the guys goofing off in the garage they not only had forgotten to replace my sticker for my next oil change, but forgot to actually put in my replaced air filter as well. Hard to find good help around this area for a simple change-up. I would not recommend jiffy lube, but if it's an emergency, avoid this location. I finally reached the manager only to get a free oil change that I was nervous to go back and get anyways for fear of the same mishap. read more

The people who work here are some of the laziest and incompetent individuals I've ever encountered. They had me wait for over half an hour before telling me that they "can't" perform an oil change on my car because it's a hybrid. That "can't" was really a "won't" as I discovered that it's more tedious to change the oil in my car compared to other vehicles. I gladly took my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give them no star....I would ...they get one star for the free oil change after they tried to overcharge me. I decided to stop by this location, because I have used them in the past, and I needed a one stop shop for a quick oil change, belt replacement, and air filter replacement. The shops manager tells me that although one belt needs to be replaced he would have to replace all three, because of the alternator belts location. I couldn't understand why I would need to replace all of my belts when my air-conditioner belt was fairly new due to my compressor being replaced about two years ago. The manager then told me that I wouldn't have to replace the belts but I would still be responsible for 2 1/2 hours labor to remove all of the belts.???? I told the tech I would take my business elsewhere, and that is when I was told that the oil change was in progress. My question to the tech and the manager was, "how do you begin work when we are still trying to decide on the work?" The manager stated, " as soon as you give us the keys, and we pull into the bay we have permission to begin work." With customers waiting and listening it was time to get me out of the business... So here you have it Free Oil Change....By the way I went down the street to the competitor and it was 40 minutes $79.00 Belt replacement. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff are generally polite and professional. Their brake guy (blonde hair) is very helpful and does good work. I just got my brakes done and they work great. Sure, they try to upsell you but that's their job. Costs are a little high compared to some local mechanics but local mechanics rarely offer 2 year warranties on their work. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! The service technicians tried to rip me off by telling me that both my belts were fraying and cracking and that they could replace them that day for $329.00. I told them I would pass because I wanted to double-check with my boyfriend who went to a 2-year trade school for auto mechanics. The service technician continued to pressure me into getting the belts replaced, telling me that "my car was so beautiful and that I should ensure my safety". I continued to decline getting them replaced, but I wanted them to show me where they were cracking. With hesitation the service technician took me out to the service bay, and with a flashlight pointed to the bottom of my serpentine belt where the ridges are that pull the belt through the pulley, and stated that these were cracks!!!! Needless to say after showing my boyfriend, the belts are perfectly fine and do not need to be replaced. Get a 2nd opinion on ANY service items outside a simple oil change. Actually, I would even check your oil after an oil change just to ensure they actually did change it! Also, make a corporate complaint about any unethical service practices. read more

My son just used Jiffy Lube to get a starter put in his car, do to its convenience. BIG MISTAKE! They told him the starter for his car was special. That is why it cost $340, just for the starter & $90 an hour labor. I checked into the specialness and found it in stock at the local auto parts store for $175. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY are important to me. We will NOT be using any Jiffy Lube for anything ever again! read more
