I didn't interact with the employees too much, other than giving one my card to pay. There was space for you to clean your car after the wash. Decent space. This place is an absolute disaster and shouldn't be touching anyone's vehicle. They used filthy, rough tools directly on my paint like it was a floor, not a car -- and it left scratches. Completely careless, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers' property. Then the actual wash system barely functioned, and the dryer was a joke. Don't use that as an excuse to be a hog; vacuum as quickly as you can, then leave and give the next guy his turn. Quite frankly, I don't use the vacuums because they're weak and ineffective and your home vacuum cleaner does the job faster. You can buy a either a month's worth of car washes for $20 or premium washes for $40. Buy the pass when they ask you which wash you want. They'll hand you a new drying rag and a cardboard card saturated with scented oil which acts as a car deodorizer. Mon-Thurs they have two specials: 1) a $5 regular wash from 8-10am or 2) $2 off any wash from 5-7pm. To be clear- this is an adequate car wash, which is why I'm a regular because I don't need bells and whistles. It's much better than those automated washes at the gas station where you pay twice the price for half the effort. Don't go to this place if you're going to complain about the lack of detailing. It's a value car wash- no fuss, no muss and you get what you pay for. If you don't understand that, then what are you doing getting your car washed in Pacoima for five bucks? read more

drove straight from my house to this drive through yesterday. . When I went to dry my car I noticed these insane scratches on the bottom left side . I pointed it out to them right away and explained this happened there and they are telling me I hit a wall or something scratched my car and their brushes are soft and wouldn't do that . I asked for them to review the cameras and it will show that wasn't on my car before. I literally have ring footage of my car leaving my house where you can see the scratches are not there . I was told the manager would call me and he was on lunch but now it's been over 24 hours and when I try to call line is busy . I'm guessing I won't be receiving a call. I would highly recommend going somewhere else . . This 10 dollars just cost me a couple hundred but hopefully this review can save someone else's paint from getting destroyed . read more

Bought the monthly pass 4 days ago, returned today only to be told I needed to have a ticket they never gave to me. Asked me if I had the receipt and when I couldn't find it in the car where it would have been if I did still had it I was told to look for it at home. This drive thru car wash is located on the corner of Osborn and San Fernando Rd across from the LAPD Foothill Division. Its starting to get warm and its time for a more frequent car wash. I pulled up and noticed basic car wash is $7.00 however; for a full month you can pay $30.00 and get unlimited car washes and free vacuum. I opted for the $30.00 month which now I am regretting.When you purchase, they give you a business like card with the license plate number of your vehicle which is good for 1 full month. It was a quick wash, I went around and parked for the free vacuums. Ok, the reason they are free is because they are not that good. They don't really suction with force. It took me so long to just vacuum the driver side of the mat. LORD, live up to your name JIFFY, which means a moment not an eternity. It took me 5 min just to do the drivers side. You can only imagine how long it took me to finish the rest of the car. Then I noticed, the bird poop stains were not gone from the roof of my car. NOT GOOD. I went thru the wash a second time and guess what???? It still had some poop on it. Now i'm stuck with this $30.00 monthly pass that I will probably have to go thru 3 times just to have a decent wash and 1 hr to vacuum the inside of the car. They have a $30 special with unlimited washes for a month (express wash). It's a pretty decent car wash. $7 for an express wash. $10 for a super wash. $12 for a premium wash. You do have to wipe down your car afterwards with a towel to be spot free. Towels there are $2. Plenty of parking spaces to do this right after the wash. It's nothing extraordinary. There were still pollen spots on my car after the express wash. But it got off ALL the bird poop. Which was my goal. And the pollen spots easily came off with a little towel scrub. read more

But here, they put on the soap by hand with a brush and power rinse your car first. They were super nice!! Oh, and they have free vacuum stations where you dont have to put quarters. The only bad thing is you need to dry your car by yourself. They have aachine at the end of the washing tunnel thats not very powerful. But you can park and dry it then vacuum it! I've been coming here since they opened but I do not appreciate the rude service they have had recently. After I payed for my wash they usually give me directions when to put my car on neutral. This time they didn't the young man who puts soap on my car before the drive through pretty much punched on my window and screamed at me to put my car on neutral. I couldn't say anything right when it happened but after I washed my car I went to go look for a person in charged to let him know about the rude tone. Must say this is a great car wash with great specials! Every morning Monday-Thursday can't beat the $3 wash deal. Also the monthly membership is great you have the access to wash your car everyday of the month before your expiration date! I used to come here all the time. They were average but I was able to dry my car and add my own wax. Then the machine kept getting worse and my car had been left with stains. One time the machine stopped working while I was still inside. I had to get a second wash. It was inconvenient and my car was still left with spots. It's really not worth the money and time. I have been going to this car wash for a couple of years.. had even recommended it... BUT: the kids running left my mirrors unfolded. The machine tore my passenger side mirror clean off. The kids were scared and said there is no phone number for the manager and no way to get ahold of one. The phone number for this business is always a busy signal. Im sorry but I cant recommend this place any more.. Too unprofessional & unreliable. The kids running it are not trained and dont know what to do when left alone. car wash $5 its a drive through and they have free vaccuum on the side. it literally takes like 5-10 mins max to vaccum your whole car. and if you dont want to vaccuum you dont have to. yes this isnt as fancy as dropping your car and then going to sit and wait for it which usually takes about 30-45 mins. boyfriend and i took both our cars there yday afternoon, was kind of busy (im assuming since it is a sunday) waited like 5 mins to get spots. 10 mins to vaccuum. 5 to go through the drive through .. done in 20 mins total and the best part ...spent ONLY $10 on both cars. and a bonus you dont have to tip anyone since you're doing the work and then just driving through a car wash... def worth it! oh! and they just started a returning customer card thing. buy 10 washes and your next one is free.. ! read more
