I have been coming to this car wash for years but in the last year the service has completely took a turn for the worst. I usually understand if they miss a spot when cleaning the inside of the car but this last time was unbelievable, they didn't do anything except vacuum! There was so much dust on my center console, my windshield and side mirrors were not wiped down properly, the list goes on! This place is something else.. I don't know if now it's under new management but this place it a rip off they charge like 30 bucks to wash your car only because literally that's all they do. They don't clean it. My car still had bird crap when finished. They take forever to clean it, I was there for more then an hr because I only saw like 5 workers. Worst car wash ever my mother went in for a $30 car wash and her car was left the same way it went in complain to the employees who decided to verbally fight her and wanted to charge her another $10 to vacuum and clean her car correctly she wanted to speak to the manager an brought in another employee who claimed to be the manager and try to fool her ! She had to bring in my sister who had to go and speak to the real manager who didn't know about the incident and said that her car should have been clean for the package car wash of $30 the whole time they were there the employee was arguing with my mother! I've been coming here for years because it's close to my house. Unfortunately, this last Tuesday will be the last time I bring my truck here. It's cheaper here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays FYI so there's that. $15.95, $2 extra for vans and trucks. I guess. I have a card they punch so I give my card to the cashier but before I hand it to her I verify I had four. Luckily I checked it before stuffing it in my wallet and it still had four punches! This perra sarnosa punched the same hole! I tell her it's supposed to be five and she reluctantly stamps it without apologizing or saying anything. Now to my truck. A lot of the good guys that knew me and did a fantastic job have all left. They would even put Armor All on my tires without me telling them and I would kick them down a buck or two more on the tip. Not only was the gentleman that dried my truck not with the business but he could've done a better job. I was the last customer to get their vehicle washed so I get he was probably tired and trying to go home but when I get in my truck and there is the same coffee stain in my cup holder and the same stain on my passenger seat I knew it was time to find a new spot. Zero stars for this car wash. I went in to get my Ford Fusion washed. The attendant locked my key and key fob in the car. They called a locksmith in to unlock my car. The service agent stuck a ballon in the door jamb and proceeded to use a metal rod to unlatch my interior door lock. He scratched my paint, damaged the door seal and twisted the upper window door frame. The agent refused to provide insurance information for the damage and the owner was rude and said it wasn't his responsibility.
