I went to this place 3-4 times and It was okay. Today, I went to this place again. It was horrible cleaning. There are a lot of spots on my car. A lot of dust is still on. I found some sticky spots and I tried to clean it by myself but it wasn't go away. Moreover, I tried to call them to let them know that I got a problem. Nobody picked up my phone call. I've taken my car to this place a few times out of convenience but the quality of work is poor. It's either the windows are not cleaned your I interior is not well cleaned you see streaks outside and inside your car. It's not worth what you pay for mediocre quality. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for years but in the last year the service has completely took a turn for the worst. I usually understand if they miss a spot when cleaning the inside of the car but this last time was unbelievable, they didn't do anything except vacuum! There was so much dust on my center console, my windshield and side mirrors were not wiped down properly, the list goes on! This place is something else.. I don't know if now it's under new management but this place it a rip off they charge like 30 bucks to wash your car only because literally that's all they do. They don't clean it. My car still had bird crap when finished. They take forever to clean it, I was there for more then an hr because I only saw like 5 workers. Half of my car windshield and windows were cleaned with the same cloth used for armor all left nasty smudge on the glass that I have to clean after and it's even more difficult since it's all dried up. I've been coming here for years because it's close to my house. Unfortunately, this last Tuesday will be the last time I bring my truck here. It's cheaper here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays FYI so there's that. $15.95, $2 extra for vans and trucks. I guess. I have a card they punch so I give my card to the cashier but before I hand it to her I verify I had four. Luckily I checked it before stuffing it in my wallet and it still had four punches! This perra sarnosa punched the same hole! I tell her it's supposed to be five and she reluctantly stamps it without apologizing or saying anything. Now to my truck. A lot of the good guys that knew me and did a fantastic job have all left. They would even put Armor All on my tires without me telling them and I would kick them down a buck or two more on the tip. Not only was the gentleman that dried my truck not with the business but he could've done a better job. I was the last customer to get their vehicle washed so I get he was probably tired and trying to go home but when I get in my truck and there is the same coffee stain in my cup holder and the same stain on my passenger seat I knew it was time to find a new spot. 4 stars only because the vacuuming done was really bad. They left the entire back seat dirty and did not vacuum them. The floor mats weren't placed back correctly they just threw them back inside.
