One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! She was super quick on communication and was always patient and empathetic. And thank you to Cori for being on standby to support us through tonight. Incredible work and service! Noah, Kyle and the rest of the team went above and beyond. JIG has done several projects at my house, including replacing my very old water heater. This 60-year old house with galvanized plumbing has had numerous challenges over the past 10 years and this was no exception. A year or so ago, Jason gave me a very reasonable quote for a kitchen line replacement. This was not in my budget at the time, but when they returned for a hydrojet recently, we discussed an option to line the corroded kitchen line with epoxy. Unfortunately, during descaling this old pipe, it disintegrated and the original plan to epoxy was no longer an option. I was not surprised by this old house being difficult and Noah was very understanding as we talked through possible solutions. Now a 1-day job was going to be several days, but Noah decided on a solution to fully replace the kitchen drain line by boring a tunnel from the backyard through to the front of the house. This avoided any indoor concrete work and minimal change to plans. There was no increase to our financing, which was my biggest concern for a significant project like this. After this unexpected challenge, Noah and Kyle assured me that they would do everything they could to get our kitchen up and running again as soon as possible. They expected to finish Monday after the weekend, but called on the entire team to come out and support getting this done on Friday to avoid being without a kitchen over the weekend. The professionalism and teamwork was impressive and they got everything done for us on Friday! Had Jig plumbing come out a few weeks a go to change out our 18 year old water heater and WOW they sent this skinny guy out and I thought how is he going to get the water heater out of a tight water closet by himself,I waited for him to call for help, he then took his belt off as not to scratch the old water heater ha ha and then this guy put his thin arms around the water heater and picked up the water heater like it was nothing walked backwards and then made a move to the left walked backwards about 5 full steps and put it down. Oh his name is Alex, and yes this Bad Dudes new name is Alex the Great... Outstanding Tech and Outstanding Jig Plumbing Total 5 star for Alex and 5 star for the company. There is only one magnetic card on my Fridge and that is JIG PLUMBING, The owner has amassed a super team of Techs trained either in house or hired Journeyman They are all worth the call...Now for the big Job on 9/14/23 Water was coming up thru my sidewalk oh %$#@&%(*^&%$$$^ and that's what I said.I call Jig Plumbing at 6:00am and 8:30 and the team landed on my yard accessed a plan of attack they laid out the best route as not to break the concrete sidewalks... Joe Spina the lead laid out the route right up the center of the yard and the a right turn at a 30 deg angle to the house water hookup. All 1 inch Copper from the street to the house John Thompson was there Joe and 2 other guy sorry I forgot there names, They were Hard workers and both are worth 5 stars along with Joe and John... From the moment he arrived to inspect my sewer, he exuded professionalism and friendliness. His thorough and detailed explanations of our options - hydro jet and expoxy line- made the decision-making process a breeze. We decided to do an epoxy line due to the condition of the sewer line and because this is our forever home. In just two days, he and his team completed the work. He showed up each day and kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I understood the epoxy pipe lining procedure. He showed me how it looked before and after. If your in trouble with your plumbing and you don't know were to turn call this company. I had no hot water and the weekend was coming up. JIG plumbing was recommended to me by my daughter. I called really early in the morning and got hold of Jason the owner. He said he would try to fit me in ASAP. Received a call from his dispatcher as promised(That was a good sign). Dispatcher set me up an appointment right away. Taylor and Corey showed up ahead of schedule, and went right to work. Very pleasant guys and knew what they were doing. We have used JIG PLUMBING many times for both our home and rental properties. Their system is awesome and keeps you up to date on everything from appointments, to when they are on their way. The last job we had was at my rental house. The tenants had a plumber come out and he wanted to replace a leaking bathroom faucet and valves. He said the faucet cannot be fixed. Wanted to charge me $385 labor ONLY AND me or my tenant would have to buy a new faucet. We thought this was way too much so we called Jason with JIG Plumbing. I found Jason with JIG Plumbing here on Yelp. I had called a few plumbers and he seemed the most knowledgeable and honest regarding the water purification system I purchased and the installation required. He was quick to reply and come out to help once I had finally purchased the correct system thanks to his advice. Later, I had a slab leak and called him again. He was able to help find and fix the leak quickly. When I called he knew it was a serious issue and came to make the repair during the holiday season. We recently had our plumbing system replaced by another company. Afterward, we noticed brown water coming from our showers. We called JIG Plumbing, who quickly responded and were very professional. A technician named Frank arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. The shower connections were made of the wrong material, which was causing corrosion. Frank not only fixed the issue but also inspected the entire plumbing system and found that our water pressure was too low. It's no secret that plumbing, car problems, etc is a world best known by man. As a woman with little to no knowledge in the plumbing world, along comes Noah. Amazing customer service .. We had no hot water last night but woke up with hot water in the morning hmmmm . I called JIG explained my situation which was not normal. They had a tech out within an hour of us calling. No charge for the service call. Jerry ( our tech) called the manufacture for me to start the warranty process for the water heater on components that are starting to fail. Components shouldn't fix them selves lol.. I recently had work done on my Navien tankless water heater and had a great experience with Ray. He came out to address an issue where the hot side service valve was blocked by the gas line, making it difficult to flush the unit ourselves. Ray came up with a thoughtful solution to fix the issue for the long term and ended up rebuilding the hot side piping and installing new components. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what our home needed. He carefully explained our options and walked me through the entire process, so I always knew what was happening and never felt left out of the loop. I also really appreciated the text updates letting me know when the technicians were on their way. The arrival times were accurate and made everything much easier to plan. By Tuesday, José, Jessie, and Brad arrived around 9:00 a.m. to install our new 3-ton high-efficiency heat pump system. They kept me updated throughout the installation, answered my questions, and completed everything by about 5:00 p.m. Their professionalism, communication, knowledge, cleanliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. The installation looks clean and organized, and they treated my home with respect. The price was reasonable, and most importantly, the new system runs amazingly well and is very quiet. Our home is comfortable again, and they made what started as a stressful situation much easier for my family. A huge thank-you to Angel, José, Jessie, and Brad. Their technician Chris Urzua, sent a message that morning when he was on his way, he arrived, greeted me while identifying himself, wore protective socks inside my home. He identified the issues quickly. Explained the repairs I needed and why, proceeded to get the part he didn't have in stock quickly and repaired my unit and had it up and working all within three hours.
