Best wings ever. Hands down. My husband and I are wing-obsessed and we've eaten them basically everywhere in the greensburg/Latrobe/mount pleasant/Murrysville area. Dino's can take a seat, because their wings and sauces don't even hold a candle to jiggers. Aside from their amazing sauces (Mississippi Mud and Acapulco Gold are the standouts), the service has been friendly and prompt at each of our visits. Why not five stars then? The cigarette smoke. It honestly has deterred me from visiting on several occasions when I just don't feel like inhaling secondhand smoke during my entire meal. I get it- it's a smoker's bar, and there are so few of them left that this is actually probably a selling point for them- but for nonsmokers like myself, it is a huge negative. I can tolerate small amounts of smoke, but seemingly every single person in this tiny establishment chain smokes. That being said, we do come back time and again because NO ONE in this area does wings like they do. Just be prepared that you'll need to wash your coat and take a shower afterwards. This is my new favorite place! We stopped in while passing through town, solely based on yelp reviews. This is a smoking bar, but they must have a great fan system because I couldn't even smell it and I'm normally half-dead around smoke. It's cozy, which I love. I think there were 5 or 6 booths along the wall, decent sized bar that fits probably 15 patrons and a couple big tables. Also, the bathroom is giant and warm which was nice on that cold day. I would describe it as divey/casual and it was extremely neat and clean! The perfect hometown bar. They have 7 beers on tap, which their menu proudly states is the largest selection in town. I find that to be the most adorable thing ever - where I work we have 36 on tap and 200 bottles. They have 3 rotating craft drafts as well as four domestics. I was pretty impressed with their liquor selection - I spotted Angel's Envy and Midnight Moon which are two of my favorites. We got two hot cider cocktails which were perfect! Our waitress, Faith, was amazing! She was so nice and really accommodating. We were there for a while and not even for a second sat with an empty drink. First we ordered the sampler platter. The food came out hot and fast! They don't skimp on the portions, either. Onion rings, jalapeno poppers, mozz sticks and their little fried cheese balls. I'm not a huge fan of cheese or onions so I tried the jalapeno poppers and the little cheese balls. Amazing! My friend ate everything else on the platter and loved it. Came with a generous portion of marinara on the side and another sauce we honestly didn't try. My friend also got the spicy chili which went down in about two minutes. For our meals he got the Bleu Chicken sandwich which was presented sooo well. Everything seemed to be perfectly placed and it almost looked too good to eat. That also went down in about two minutes. I got an order of 12 whole wings in Garlic & Pepper dust with Mississippi Mud sauce on the side. I almost couldn't believe how much food was there! Really, this place outdoes itself. Wings were coated perfectly and the sauce gave it a nice kick. Faith brought our check the good ole fashion way - all jotted down on green server paper with prices listed next to each item and the total written big on the back. Yes, credit cards are excepted. For everything we got - and it really was A LOT of food - our tab was only $61. Two sodas, sampler platter, a few large side sauces, two cocktails, soup, canoli, 12 whole wings and a huge sandwich. I feel like you'd pay twice as much for half the stuff anywhere else. With our bill Faith offered us a lunch punch card where you can work toward free stuff! I can not agree with any of the reviews that the wings are good, In fact I would not even say they were passable and the price is expensive for sugar rubbed on chicken. Sorry but not to offend anyone but you really can not think these wings are good. The worst dry rub, perhaps it is a local thing. My suggestion is leave behind your local pub and you will be surprised how good wigs can be. I would said start by trying Carl's tavern dry rub wings in monroeville. Give it a shot because this place does not have anything going for it except it is a bar and you can over pay 4:50 for s shot. Best wings around I recommend the Texas nectar, or Mississippi Mud if you want more heat. The Jigger Burger is solid and the steak hoagie is more than you can eat. All the bar food is good but whatever you get make sure you get a side of chippers you won't regret it. They have 7 taps: Budweiser, Miller Lite, Bud Light plus Yuengling and 3 rotating craft beers. Last I checked they had East End Brewery, Church Brew Works and a seasonal Blue Moon but this changes constantly. Saturday night and Wednesday night is 50 cent wings and $5 pitchers of Yuengling. Went Saturday got a 12" steak hoagie, large chippers with season salt and a pitcher of Yuengling for $20. Great prices on great food. I would rather put this at 4.5 stars because most nights this place is a 5 but sometimes they seem to be understaffed. Even so I've never had a cold meal delivered. The one thing that's amazing is it doesn't really stink like a lot of smoking bars and kudos to the staff on keeping a tidy bar! All in all a great place if you are in the area and on a budget. You can find me there most weeks and I'll probably be the guy shoving $20 into the juke box for Johnny Cash that's my go to drinking music. Jigger's wings are the best i've had in the greater Pittsburgh region. There are over 20 flavors of wings; with varying degrees of heat and creative flavor sauces and dusts. Chippers, hot hoagies, and decent pizza round out things that are good that we have ordered. The only item I had that was not great was the fish sandwich. If you find yourself at Jigger's in export go with some wings and a cold draft and you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a hard review to write, we have been coming here for years for the delicious whole wings. When the new owners took over a few years ago we were assured the wings would not change and for the most part that has stood true. They did cleanup and remodel the place in which it was in desperate need of. And for a little while everything seemed great.... The last time we went I took it as just a bad day but last night was the final straw. Anyone that has been here knows you will wait a while for your food but the wings are so good it's worth it. Last night however was ridiculous... It's a small place and we expect to be crammed in there but last night there were empty tables that had reserved signs on them for at least an hour from the time we got there, so that made no sense. There is almost always only one bar tender on a busy Saturday night which is also ridiculous. Halfway through being there 2 women got up from the back table and went behind the bar and got drinks for the table they were sitting at, I was told after asking that the one was an owner and the other was someone who works there but not that night?, which FYI: Is just unacceptable! The same woman also seemed to encourage their whole table that they were on American Idle. We ordered whole wings and after sitting there for about 30 min were told they only has wingdings left, which we got. Finally our food came and my drink had been empty for some time I asked for a drink but it never came, we quickly ate and just wanted to leave but it took quite a bit of effort just to receive and pay the bill! I was seriously on the verge of walking out! I even tried standing at the bar.... Finally I received the check with a bunch of attitude. I have never had an experience like this! It is so sad what these people have done to a great neighborhood bar! There is a lot I am leaving out but bottom line, I tried to be understanding but enough is enough... I had to go to Export for business travel and looked ahead at local restaurants. Jigger's came up top rate and was close to our hotel. They did not disappoint! I live Jiggers! The Tennessee Sweet Heat wings are to die for! I can't find any wings that I like better. I wish we lived closer to Jiggers. I would go there nightly for the wings. I hate this bar, and I know hate is a strong word but abhor is even stronger so let me rephrase that. I abhor this bar. As far as the food goes its pretty decent, definitely cheap. The beer selection is standard but the fact that other reviewers say they have the biggest selection in town is complete BS. 3 rivers 6 pack, Rivertowne brewery, and Rick's Sports bar are all within a 3 mile radius of this place and they all have better beer. I used to frequent this place because I live in downtown export within walking distance, I'm a smoker, and I like cheap food, but the owners are jag offs and I straight up refuse to step foot in that jumped-up hole-in-the-wall ever again. Whenever the DeCesare's are there they bring the whole customer experience down. Instead of making sure people are taken care of they monopolize their staff so only they are waited on, or step in and start cutting people off who literally just walked in and sat down at the bar, which is what they did to my coworker and I when we came straight there after quitting time for drinks on my birthday. The dude seemed like he was just trying to flex his managerial muscles in front of his staff but it was ridiculous. I looked him straight in the eye sober as the day I was born and asked him if he was kidding, and explained that we just walked in from the jobsite and hadn't even been served. The glrl bartending reiterated this fact to him as well and we both explained he'd defintiely seen me before and knew me as a customer. I'd never given him any problems and I'd certainly walked home from there with more than a buzz on several other occasions. But that day I had just walked in, had a literal 0.00 BAC, and it was my birthday. Instead of apologizing and doing the right thing, he mumbled something under his breath and tossed drink chips at us clearly knowing he was in the wrong but still telling us we had to leave. We gave the chips to the couple next to us with the explanation that there was no way we'd ever be back after the owner couldn't even cop to making a bad judgement call after 30 seconds and not even speaking to us. He literally just pointed and said "they're cut off" to his bartender. That was two years ago and now everytime my buddies stop by and want to go to Jigger's, I convince them just to go to 3 Rivers or Joey's and every time I feel satisfied at having taken money out of that guys pocket. 1 Star only because I can't give 0! read more

Went here looking for a cigar friendly bar. We got much more than we expected. Tuesday and Saturday are wing night. Wings were great. Many great sauces and good meaty wings. Enjoyed the craft beers and the wings. Ordered the chili which was very flavorful and very spicy. VERY spicy. Sat back and enjoyed our cigars and felt like we were at home. If you are looking for a nice local bar without too many bells and whistles or too big of a crowd this is the place! Tony (owner) is a great guy, and I believe they have the best wings in Pittsburgh. Better than Sidelines who won a local TV station's contest for best wings. Jiggers was not in this contest, which is basically a popularity contest. Small bars don't garner enough votes. That being said I have visited every renowned wing bar in Pittsburgh to rate the wings. I take it seriously. Jigger's wings are the best! Jiggers wings are great because of the sauces, they are cooked to perfection, and they do you up with a bone bowl, your own roll of paper towels, generous sides of celery and blue cheese and a wet nap.
