I had the marble latte, and my friend got the flan latte. Will note that the flan latte took VERY long. Though it might've been that they forgot his drink, but when I ran into another friend here and she got the same drink (flan latte), she also said hers took very long. It must be a specialty drink, so js sharing in case anyone is in a potential rush and wants this drink :) Staff were friendly! The girl at the register (sadly, I didn't get her name) was all smiles, greeted so cheerfully, and had excellent customer service, even with the rush! The cafe itself is very aesthetic, great for photo ops! Though it is extremely crowded, so good luck finding seats (we sat outside as the weather was nice, and they have large umbrellas that offer plenty of shade!) Only one restroom tho, and the line does get kinda long!

Just beware parking can be super hard considering there's limited space so there's street parking to accommodate for that. Sometimes it can get pretty packed but service was quick! The coconut matcha was so REFRESHING and the matcha wasn't too sweet as I had adjusted the sweetness. I also tried their double matcha which is creamy and yummy! Would def come here again!

The service is always on par, no matter busy they are & the drinks are always consistently good. Because of their reasonable prices + good drinks, Coffee Up can get busy - so be prepared; their drinks are worth the wait.

Finally able to check this place out. Been seeing it on social media and finally made my way out…read morehere with the kiddos. Wanted to see what it was all about. The parking is a decent size. Two tables outside to dine on if you want to eat there & a few bar stool seating inside as well. The vibes inside were cute and matched their theme. Kind of dark since majority of the place is painted black so pictures inside didn't turn out so nice unless you had it at a good angle near the window but I wasn't really here to take pictures, I was really here to try what they're offering. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

They advertise as having vegan food but she didn't know which ones were vegan. I got the avocado toast and the avocado spread looked a little brown. It was really overpriced too. The avocado toast was small and with the drink the total amount for my order was $20. While I was eating it, it tasted a little off. 30 min after eating it, I started getting stomach pains and later threw up in the restroom and continued to have the runs and threw up two more times after we left. When I told the cashier I think I ate something spoiled cus I threw up, she seemed really unbothered and I had to ask for a refund. Her coworker, instead of providing a refund, a young rude girl with stickers on her face, proceeded to give me attitude and blame it on my diet (?) because I ordered THEIR vegan avocado toast. She seemed suspicious of me saying their food made me sick. She also said she'd been working here for 4 years and never had issues with their avocado. Like I'm just telling her what happened.. but she felt the need to get defensive and blame it on me. Such rudeness and unprofessionalism instead of acknowledging that something may have gone wrong with the food, provide a remedy or offer an apology. The food didn't even taste that good and my friend wasn't impressed with his food either. Do these young people not understand the meaning of customer service? If not, don't work in customer service. Having basic decency and not acting like a brat would be a good start.
