I called this afternoon for a price on a 12" cheese donle dough pizza. The call was via AI and I was quote $12 and change. Confirmed price and hung up. I tried calling back multiple times - could not get an employee on the line and was disconnected. I called back later and got AI - placed order and it was over $20. Spoke to the Manager on the phone - he was going to call the owner. I picked up the pizza and was charged the 20.00 plus tab. I left my number for the manager to call me. Update: the owner went over and beyond to fix this issue. Thanks again! My husband and I ordered from Round Lake location and we are very upset about the service we got. I tried two different ways to get a hold of the owner/manager before writing this review and I was not successful. We ordered last Saturday and we did not receive our whole order. They didn't send anyone out to drop off the food they forgot resulting in my husband having to drive 20 min each way to get the rest of the order. Not only was my husband and I not able to eat with my family, my husbands food was cold when he got back. I wish someone would have responded to my previous attempts, because I didn't want to write a bad review. We will drive the extra ten minutes to go to a different location next time. So I ordered was looking for some pizza to satisfy our Friday night pizza cravings and I started with Yelp reviews to choose a local favorite. So I ordered online (a big plus because having phone calls in this zoo is hard work) and everything was easy and quick. I also got a discount for being a first time customer, who doesn't love that? My food arrived quickly and was hot and ready to eat. And the pizza was cut in squares! I don't know why but pizza cut in squares has a great feel! And pleases everyone... the crust lovers and the crust non-lovers. The two pizzas had a good flavor. Tracking program stated food was ready, so I went in to find several others waiting even though their food was showing ready too. We were told we could wait in our car and they would bring it out. Amazing customer service even during these hard times! When I got home with my order it ended up all over my garage floor. Nothing was salvaged from it, and so I called back up to Jimanos and placed my same order again with anticipation to fully pay for it. See as it was my fault the 1st order ended up in garbage. However when I went to go pick it up and pay for it. The gentleman helping me said that they were comping the entire order. To die for alfredo sauce pizza! My classic fave is just alfredo and mushroom--that way you can really taste the alfredo sauce. With the buttery thin crust this one is a total winner. But I've also had it with sausage and to my delight the sausage added a really enjoyable layer of complexity. I also tried two pizza's the manager, Andrew, made special for us to try and I was really wowed. The first was an alfredo, garlic, chicken and bacon. I have to warn you, this one is really rich and not for the pizza lightweight. It's like eating the most amazing carbonara on a pie. Incredibly rich and decadent and worthy of a last meal. The second was a barbecue chicken pizza. I dove into this one because the prevalent scent of fresh garlic was so enticing. Imagine my delight and surprise to discover there was hot pepper on it. Really superb, and also rich. Brought this one home for my friends and they LOVED it! The staff here really has it together. these guys are wonderful: the service is fantastic. Worst delivery pizza around. Ordered a spinach vegetable pizza with Alfredo sauce, they delivered a vegetable pizza instead. Delicious, and great service. They usually have a great daily special, or email or text promotion going on. They are higher priced than most of the local pizza places I've found, and definitely above national chain prices, but the quality is there. Twice my order has been late to my house, beyond an hour. Update: after my original post I was private messaged by the owner and offered a discount on my next order. That means something more because a private message isn't for the public, he wasn't putting on a display showing he helped me. No he messaged me because he actually cared about his businesses reputation and an owner that will do that is a rarity these days. I took him up on his offer and ordered a new pizza today which I expected to pay some of it but the meal was covered by them because of my first experience being bad (we still gladly tipped the driver though who was very friendly and apologized for the first experience). The order was here within the hour and the food was great. Even though this order was taken care of, the family special deal (18"pizza with bread sticks and a 2liter) is a hell of a deal compared to what other places in the area offer. we ordered curbside delivery online, was told 25 to 35 minutes, arrived 30 after order received a text from Jimano's corporation to reply back that you arrived and vehicle with color, which we did. waited till 10 minutes after the the estimated time and went in to see about our order was told that they don't get the text and we should have called their number. I had ordered two pizzas a 16' & 12', along with some cinnamon sticks. The 16' was supposed to be half pepperoni and half pineapple with bacon. I arrived home to realize my 16' was all cheese, I called the pizzeria only for them to say "It doesn't show up on my computer". Me being a civilized person I let it slide. I had gotten the first bite to my cinnamon sticks and noticed a weird to texture. I then realized that they were not fully cooked, I had the dough in my hands because of how undercook the sticks were.
