What a hidden gem! Simple, quick and friendly people! Simple seating and decor for delicious, home style cooking. We had the Big Burrito and the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was a bit gelatinous but nonetheless tasty! Huge generous portions. Lots of great breakfast options and a la carte menu options too. A few lunch specials but they're only open til 12 or 2 most days. Great diner coffee. Cash is preferred but card is accepted with a small service fee! We'll be back!

Great stop. This is a small place, but it offers quick service and tasty food. Staff all extremely polite and welcoming. Food was simple yet delicious. Loved the chorizo!!

Super cute place! Great service and great food! It was one of the few times my son ate all of of his breakfast (he's soon to be 5) and half of my daughters (2) - so you know it's good! It's right down the street from church so we'll definitely be hitting it up time to time.

Great Breakfast, Greater People. I've found this place to be really homey and comfy every visit I've had. You wouldn't expect it, but was delighted to be treated like family throughout my entire experience! Not to mention the endless breakfast options .

Love this place. Only one suggestion ..... stop serving food on cold plates. It ruins a great breakfast within 3 minutes.

We have had several good meals here but in one breakfast, the sausage gravy had green olive oil leaking from it - very unpleasant!

The food is average. The biscuits and gravy need a lot more flavor. The waffle seems like something I could make at the Fairfield.

The fresh tastes, unique parings, it all just hit the spot. We started out with a ton of appetizers, pulled pork nachos, with beer cheese, crispy calamari and a delicious Spanish octopus. I definitely recommend trying all of these! Their beer cheese was so good, I was legitimately jealous when the lady at the table next to us got their giant soft pretzel, and it came with the cheese. Definitely getting that next time! Matt got the iberico special, a beautiful pork steak with a peach corn salsa and saffron rice. I opted for the steak frites, a perfectly cooked picanha cut with shoe string fries. Think your favorite burger places fries, and add a ton of bougie. This is a great spot, nicely decorated, and the staff is genuinely friendly. The noise level wasn't bad either, even for a Saturday night. We will definitely be back.

I want to begin be stating clearly that the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The rest of the experience, however, was less satisfying. The place has a very nice patio and fireplace area, but like too many establishments that seems to be their only focus. It was hot, so we sat inside which was far more basic. The whole place could also use a good cleaning. You can tell a lot about the cleanliness standards of a restaurant by looking at the bathrooms, and the men's room was gross. They also have no doors on the kitchen and when I walked by on my way back from the restroom (after we had already eaten our lunch) I saw the same need for cleaning. Not the worst I've ever seen, but if you're going to put it all out there for your customers to see I would think spic-n-span would be the goal. Anyway, we ordered lunch and everything was okay, but not special. We were also annoyed that the chef can't seem to get beef temperature right. My wife asked for her burger to be well done - going as far as telling the waiter that they can burn it to a crisp if necessary - but it came out still pink in the middle. She ate it to avoid wasting food, but she was not happy. I had the steak frites and ordered mine medium. It was very rare. I was also shocked by the amount of salt on everything, and this was noted by everyone at the table. For the price I think there are better options in the area.

If you follow my reviews, you know I'm a fan of old-school diners, the classics, and honest home-cooked food. Summit hits all three marks, serving straightforward and delicious American standards since the 1960s. The three-egg omelet loaded with veggies and sausage was exactly the pre-ski power-up I needed. My son stuck with his go-to breakfast burrito, and my daughter went with the classic two eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything was spot on. The staff has just the right level of "WWA"--Waitresses With Attitude. They are perfectly polite, but they hold the line on proper behavior and will quickly put anyone in their place if they step out of line. It keeps the environment grounded and authentic. A few tips for your visit: * Seating: Expect to wait for a table in the lobby or outside during peak hours. * Payment: Bring your wallet--this is a cash-only establishment.

Examples of foods are omelettes, waffles, salads, corn dip, sandwiches, pork chops, steaks, salmon, and lobster ravioli. Drinks include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Catering is available. Through this restaurant's website, I made a reservation for dinner for my husband and me. Our table was available on time, and the seating hostess gave us a small table outside. I felt thankful that we were in the shade, because two other tables of customers had sun shining in their eyes. We enjoyed watching cats and horses roaming in the yard nearby. Our waitress had friendly communication but very slow service with errors. During our main course, she never checked in on us, so my husband never received salt that he needed. Furthermore, at the end of our meal, we waited a long time to receive our bill. She took our credit card and many minutes later gave us only an itemized slip, not the customer and merchant copies to sign. Many minutes later, we had to give her our credit card a second time, and she finally gave us the customer and merchant copies. My overall rating is still a positive 4 stars because the foods overall tasted very good. Our starter was the Bread Basket, which contained three types of bread--cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, and focaccia with dipping oil. My main course was Pistachio Glazed Salmon, which had moist salmon, a delicious pistachio-lime-cilantro glaze, and a side of coconut rice. I chose coleslaw as my side, and it was OK. My husband's main course was the Surf & Turf, which had a 6-ounce filet mignon cooked as requested, a jumbo lump crab cake that was very meaty, and mashed potatoes. His side was a tasty butternut-squash soup. The total price was $98 plus tax and tip.

We also had live music and wine from Nova Winery with our meal. Georgetown Eats is a very special hidden gem of a restaurant and I am so glad we stopped. It's not huge, so consider reservations.
