Love jimmy John's but the pickle sandwich isn't very good. The insides get soggy and the pickle is tough to bite through.

Our sandwiches were made promptly and correctly. Super fresh ingredients and so delicious. One of the best places to order a sandwich.

(More of a company rule complaint) Was told that i couldn't get cheddar cheese on my turkey sub because they only put cheddar cheese on their bbq ranch sub and nothing else. This is probably more of a corporate rule i guess so cant fault the store for following rules, but that just seems bananas to me. read more

First time at this Jimmy John's (South Walton, Bentonville). Ordered a takeout for myself and my wife. While her #12 Beach Club was good, mine, the Smokin' Kickin' Chicken was terrible. First it looked nothing like the pictures, which I understand. It had very little of the chicken and it was the consistency of tuna fish, more like ground chicken. While I expected a more generous helping it looked like they just smeared in the minimum, not like the full bodied sandwich you get with actual meat and cheese slices that I was used to in a Jimmy John's sandwich. The chicken spread did not even cover the bread. There was no lettuce and no guacamole per the standard ingredients list (yes I checked to make sure I did not ask them to remove, I order via the app so I have the email). There were only 3 skinny pieces of onion and only 3 pieces of peppers even though I ordered extra. Also since this was my first time ordering this sandwich I am not sure I got the extra Creole Sauce (it did not seem like extra). Anyway, very disappointed. I usually go to the store on Promenade Blvd in Rogers, where I have has excellent service. This one on South Walton will probably never be on my go to list again. FYI... they do not have a drive through and no curbside so it is also not the most Covid Friendly place, and the person who acted like he was in charge never put his mask over his nose, only covering his mouth. If I had not driven all the way back to Bella Vista before opening my lunch I would have complained on the spot but 20 miles was to far to drive to return the item. read more

Usually a pretty quick and easy place to grab a sub. They usually get my order mostly right. They occasionally forget one thing but it's not a major inconvenience. Set up for social distancing and team wears masks. Rewards program is always good. read more

In my opinion this place serves up the best sandwiches around. I love the French bread they use it's always fresh n fluffy. I ordered a Italian sub that was excellent. Love the meats and the lettuce from here. The homemade ranch they have here is off the charts. I'd definitely would recommend Jimmy Johns for a sandwich. Especially if you download the app you'll save 20 percent plus you'll get a free sandwich. Can't beat a deal like that. read more

I popped in here for lunch and as expected I got my food freaky fast!! It was just before 12 and there were a few patrons utilities not crazy busy. There were plenty of workers inside and the lady who took my order was nice. These places are usually small so keeping them clean should be easy and this location did its job. It was clean!! I had a JJ gargantuan and some chips. More than enough for me. I couldn't finish my sandwich. All in all a great experience and a quick lunch. I was in a hurry and this place fit the bill. read more

Went in today and ordered a #15, tuna club.. sandwich was good and fresh. Staff friendly but also as important I watched them perform all duties. Everyone had on masks and gloves. I watched the delivery group come in and out. They changed gloves and had no chances of cross contamination. Very impressed read more

I never in my life thought I'd take the time and energy to write a negative review about a Jimmy Johns..... but here we are. Of course, the food is pretty much consistently good, and I never really have issues my specific orders regardless of which location I visit. However, today I had a really weird and negative experience at this particular location. Given the pandemic, I've been social distancing for about 2 months and only ordering delivery/curbside pickup for food, groceries, etc. I realize that some of the rules and regulations have relaxed, but lots of (smart) people are still taking preventative measures, including myself. Well today, my brother ordered Jimmy Johns for the 2 of us online, and I volunteered to pick it up as it was peak lunchtime and we figured the delivery drivers would be busy as is. When I arrived, I parked out front and called the store to inform them I'm outside, as I've done each time I've ordered food for pickup from anywhere the past 2 months. Except this time, the person on the phone simply said, "Ok, it's ready." When I asked him if he could bring it out as I'm still trying to maintain social distancing, he said, "We're not doing curbside pickup anymore." So, look. I'm 22 years old. I've worked ONLY in food service for 6 years. I'm the last person to be rude to someone who's just trying to do their job, and I appreciate that they're working during the pandemic which isn't ideal. So I said ok, put on my mask and went inside, where there were 3 employees (2 of which didn't really seem to be doing anything) and 0 customers. The employees wore masks and gloves, which is good, but when I walked in the girl working the register handed me my order including an empty cup. Since my brother placed the order, I didn't know what the drink was supposed to be. The girl said "Dr. Pepper, I think," and watched as I walked over and filled the drink myself. I ended up saying to them (muffled, through my mask) that I thought it was pretty unprofessional to straight up refuse to bring someone's order out when they ask politely, regardless of whether corporate is still requiring it as policy. As someone who works and has worked in food service, if a customer asks me to bring a to-go order out to their car for whatever reason (baby in the car, elderly with mobility issues, etc.), I would never say no. Especially in these times, it just seems like them telling me "no" was unnecessary and came across as just a poor way of addressing a customer's health/sanitation concerns. Otherwise, I love Jimmy Johns food, so I guess I'm glad there are other locations in the area. 2 stars cus the sandwich was good, but this kind of treatment of customers is just bizarre and not something I expected at all. read more

Ordered a regular spicy italian sub. I didn't know they automatically put lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on all sandwiches since it wasn't in the sandwich description. They remade the sandwich for me and it was really good. The 8" is the perfect size and the price is very reasonable. They put alot of meat on their sandwiches so you don't have to pay for extra meat like alot of places charge you for. Will definitely be going back. I only wish they would add pastrami to the menu. read more

Terrible compared to other Jimmy John's. (The one on South Walton is fantastic. The workers are super friendly and super fast and the food is very consistent. ) This one, the workers were much slower and not friendly. I ordered from the store online to cut down on time because I was picking food up for someone. I had to ask for my order 4 times and one of the workers kept responding I'm working on it. Come to find out my order was sitting there waiting on me. Maybe because the stores new, they're still working out the kinks. But if I'm in a hurry I won't be ordering from that store. it's a shame, I do love Jimmy John's. I'll definitely go to the one down the street. read more

Don't expect freaky fast. My delivery took an hour and 45 minutes (after I had to reorder because they had lost it). Also the "your credit card won't be charged" never happened so now I continue to try to get the money back. Not good business! read more

Sandwiches are always well prepared but delivery service is terrible. Last few orders have had issues. Missing product, such as drinks, napkins, straws. Drinks rarely have ice remaining on delivery. Instructions on halving sandwich not always performed. Many in our office will no longer order for delivery due to issues. Shame as I really appreciate their menu. read more

I have been ordering from work 3-4 times a week for the past few months. I always order online. Usually they'd be pretty fast, about 20-30 minutes, but today they only had one driver working and I waited over an hour for my food. It's not the driver's fault, but management really needs to step it up and get more organized. Not to mention I ALWAYS have given delivery instructions to bring extra mayo packets because they never put enough mayo on my sandwich, and I always order extra mayo on it too. To my surprise these past few times, they haven't brought any. I tried calling up there several times, checking to see if they could bring me some. Triple checked the number and everything. They disconnected the phone! They need to pay more attention to delivery instructions and get more organized. UPDATE: A few months later (today), I was getting hungry at work and I thought "hey, why not Jimmy John's? Management must be better after this long." Wrong. When the guy got here, I paid for my food with a 20 and told him that he could keep 10 of it. He obviously has trouble with math because he took off with my 20! I called the store and told what I assumed to be the manager about it. He said he'd call his driver. 20-30 minutes go by, I hear nothing. I called back asking if I was getting my money back. The manager said "ma'am, he's on his way. I'm sorry, but he has other deliveries to make, so I'm not sure when he's bringing it back." Like, sorry, not trying to bother you, but I didn't ask to get my money taken from me. Again, no peacemaking offer, nothing. I replied with "dude, this has happened 5 times." Anyway, the hefty kid shows up finally with my money, saying "sorry, was a misunderstanding!" "Okay." I reply. Him: "I'm not even supposed to be at work today." Well, tough luck, kid. That's life. I guarantee I work more hours a week (70-80) than you do. I'm lucky if I get enough sleep for the next shift. They DEFINITELY lost a regular today. The only way I would order from there again is if they formally apologize, which they won't. read more

Any Jimmy John's is better than no Jimmy John's. The owner of the one across from the Walmart hq decided to build an office building there, and moved down the road. You rate the food first, and then service. Both are valuable, but at a sandwich shop you get the service you're paying for, but you get a great sandwich, so it's worth the wait. read more
