Unfortunately, this meant my food was prepared and bagged immediately, causing it to sit on the counter until we arrived. By the time we sat down to eat, my food was cold. Although waiting for my friend's jalapeño poppers to finish frying was understandable, the immediate preparation and subsequent cooling of app-ordered food significantly diminished the overall dining experience; app orders should be prepared upon customer check-in to ensure freshness.
