Turkey Tom - would you like turkey on your lettuce sandwich? What a rip off
    Erin C.

Only 2 slices of turkey on the Turkey Tom. It's basically a lettuce sandwich with the turkey as a condiment

This is what they call extra veggies on an #17 Ultimate Porker. NOT! Gimme that pickle JJ!!
    Troy C.

Don't eat here! I ordered a sandwich with extra veggies. They literally don't give you anything on your sandwich. If you go to any Jimmy John's that is not Bothell or Kirkland, you'll get a sandwich twice the size! Restaurant is clean but when you go in you can tell nobody is happy working there. Not one person said hi, I had to speak up to tell em why I was there. There's an old adage about give em the pickle when it comes to customer service. I didn't get a pickle. I won't be back to this store. I'm pretty sure there is a management problem here.

    Lil John sized sandwich.

I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch today. I ordered via the JJ app. When my sandwich was delivered .. it was the wrong sandwich! They sent me a lil John which is a skinny version of a regular sandwich. I called the store and he said .. " no we sent the correct sandwich, maybe the bread is smaller since it's the first bake of the day" I was on my 45 minute lunch so I could not wait an hour for them to redeliver the correct sandwich( he wanted me to put the wrong sandwich back in the bag and wait for the correct one) His attitude was terrible. I will not order from this location again!

The pool of mayonnaise my sandwich is bathing in

Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch, and after about an hour of waiting we decided to call the store to check in. During the call, our order was marked as "delivered" but never arrived. It was delivered to the wrong address, which I understand is a simple mistake, but it has already happened multiple times from this location. For context, I live 0.9 miles away, on an extremely direct route. What really upset us, was when the sandwiches were delivered and one of them was so drenched in mayonnaise that it was completely inedible. I'm convinced the driver went to the incorrect address and just grabbed our sandwiches off the porch to bring them to us instead of remaking them. I called back to tell them my sandwich was drenched to the point where liquid was pouring out of the unwrapped sandwich, and the guy was extremely rude, and said he would just void the sandwich....I told him that I had already waited over an hour and would just like it remade and someone would come pick it up, and he said "ok," didn't offer an apology, and hung up on me.

Showing I asked the driver to knock-they did not.

Orderd at 1:23, got a notification that it was out for delivery at 1:26. Waited, waited, waited...by 1:55 I looked on my porch-there was my order. I clearly asked the driver to knock-they did not. I asked for no tomato-clearly added them. AND, I called to inform them of these 2 things and the person who answered the phone was rude and seemed irritated that he was working. I only got to the driver not knocking and he hung up on me. I called him back to tell him that he rudely hung up on me, he said "no I didn't!!" Oh man, yes he did. I asked for the manager-guess what...he said he was the manager. Unreal. Never going here again!

This qualifies as "easy mayonnaise"? I'm repulsed.

The barista(s) were nice and the latte came out relatively fast--an employee was being trained, so it took a little extra time. For breakfast, I went to the "hot food" area at the end of the cafe past the sandwiches. Not only was the "hot food" breakfast sandwich a better deal than the cold one, but it also looked more appealing! It had an herb biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese; perfect for the morning. They also have a lovely produce section! I got a banana that was pretty good as bananas go.

For example, $6 for a HALF PINT of Blackberries that MIGHT have 20 berries in them at most. Really?? And then the pineapple chunks in a container that have about 12 pieces for around $7. It's unreal. This simply reaffirms me why I only buy a few types of products here. It's just overall too expensive. I can't think of one great, priced item at the moment. One last comment, the bottled ginger/'beer' that is pink in the refrigerator (maybe it's Kate's brand but can't remember) is $7! PCC has been overly priced for a long time. Even if I was very wealthy, I would still limit myself on coming here, because of the principal. I'll end on a positive; the people are nice here. :) ***

We (my husband and I) were greeted and helped with navigating the menu, as well as how to order on their touch-screen kiosk. We ordered the 7 chicken tenders, and got half mild and the other half hot. We also got a side of the Port Rice. When we were there, the whole place was empty, but still, the table we chose was dirty, so we wiped it down ourselves. The greeting staff lady was very kind and helpful, but the other staff who brought us our food weren't as open to being friendly. The chicken came out hot (in temperature) as well as the rice. It didn't take long to get our food since we were the only ones there. The mild chicken flavor was my favorite. It had a good, unique flavor. The hot flavor was too vinegary for me, but my husband liked it as he sweated through the spice. We enjoyed the rice paired with the chicken. We didn't realize it until after, but they actually gave us 8 chicken tenders, so that was kind; they were large, too. We should have gotten a second side so that we had more of a meal, maybe something crunchy, but by golly, the prices in WA are insane for food, so we chose not to. They provided us with two dipping sauces in glass bottles, both labeled 'garlic sauce,' but 'garlic' was spelled incorrectly (maybe the art was made with AI? How did the marketing department miss that?). One bottle was white sauce, and the other was a red sauce, so we were confused why they were both labeled garlic, because one was more of a chili taste. We left pretty full and satisfied and were happy to have stopped by.

They have a surprisingly large selection, whether you're looking for meat, vegetarian, or vegan options. Even the sauces come with several choices, which I appreciated. The service really made the visit memorable. The staff took the time to chat with me and my daughters, and they patiently walked us through the menu instead of rushing us. I ordered the falafel, and they explained that it's made fresh every day, even describing how they prepare it. They also asked if I had any food allergies and went over all of the available toppings and options, which showed they genuinely cared about getting the order right. One thing that really surprised me was the variety of falafel choices. I've eaten at more gyro places than I can count, and this was the first time I'd seen multiple falafel options instead of just one standard version. It was a nice touch and something that made the restaurant stand out. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of seating. Since it's in a shopping plaza, parking wasn't an issue either. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the background music was at just the right volume, you could actually enjoy a conversation without having to raise your voice. Overall, this was a great first experience. Between the friendly service, fresh food, and the attention they gave to explaining everything, it's easy to see why people come back. Next time I'm planning to try one of their meat dishes because everything looked excellent. If you're in the Lynnwood/Bothell area and are looking for a good gyro spot, I'd definitely recommend giving Gyro Stop a try.

However, yesterday on 6/28 when the wait was too long so I decided to choose takeout, it was the worst service I've ever experienced. I walked inside, placed the takeout order, and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I went outside to the bench to wait to realize the server didn't take my name for the order. After about 20 minutes had passed, I walked back inside to look for someone. I saw another server walk over when I was lost and waiting and she ended up helping another group who walked in after me, so I was ignored. Then I initiated the conversation and asked about my order and she said "Oh please wait outside and we will come out to give you your order when it's ready." I glanced over and noticed someone bagging takeout orders, so I walked back outside. Another 25 minutes passed and no one has come out to deliver my takeout order. It was about 45 minutes since I placed the order and I was not happy. I walked back inside and asked the server behind the counter. Mind you this is the 3rd server. They asked what I ordered (since my name was not taken down when the order was placed, it made it unorganized) and one of the two takeout bags that was sitting on the counter for a good 20 minutes I noticed it was my order. When I got home, the burger buns were all soggy and the fries were soft and not crispy anymore. This is such an unfortunate situation because I've always shared positive comments about The Cottage, but with the experience I had yesterday, I will be rethinking to come back.
