After going in and waiting in line the cashier was apologetic and grabbed the manager for me to help resolve my issue. I didn't catch his name but the manager was one of the nicest and most accommodating food chain managers I've ever met! He was quick to offer a solution(waiving both my correct order and the other one I got charged for) and even gave me a few tokens for a free scoop on my next visit. Will definitely be back, and while it was an inconvenience to have to go in person and stand in line, the situation was handled appropriately with outstanding customer service. As a customer, that's something I greatly appreciate.
