Hello. I work here. Settling a few recent reviews- Our Ice Machine is broke because we can't seem to get our higher up to hire a maintenance guy to come fix it. We're just as annoyed with the situation as yall are. For thinly sliced meat, we have corporate-issued weights we stick to with our slicer, and that's why they come out that way. The store may be dirty at times, but the large majority of the crew members do try to make an effort to clean whenever we're not in a rush. read more

The food was very fresh and articulately made. The ingredients were fresh and generously stuffed. The service was kind of nonexistent meaning when I go in, I consistently receive the silent treatment unless I say something first. I just wish the employees would give off what the optimistic wall art in every Jimmy Johns does. Perhaps I'm being nitpicky but I do come from a customer service background so that's probably why. Overall, the restaurant was really clean. Lastly, the last three times we've attempted to go to Jimmy John's, there is a MLM "charity" harassing people. Poorly made Sub - roast beef with only three thin slices folded in half for an 8" sandwich. No cheese, even though it was requested and even mentioned to the manager. Poor attitude with the manager - she purposefully threw away the first (incorrect) sandwich - showing her frustration in front of me as if to make some kind of point. Lettuce didn't even cover the measly meat slices. Will NOT return to this place - there are far better choices right across the street. read more

I had amazing service coming to this location. As a franchise, I generally enjoy the sandwiches at JJ's, and this location did not detract. There is a mother/daughter team making the sandwiches and accommodating your needs. There was a hiccup with an online deal not working, but they handled it in house without a fuss. I also didn't realize the sandwich I ordered didn't come with cheese (the roast beef original), but they threw on some cheese without an extra charge. Overall, I got a good meal for a good price (the $10 total package deal), the folks at the location were nice, and the location was clean, well-maintained, and not too noisy. I would happily swing by again, if I'm in town. read more

This is just a service issue. Young man at register was told twice - just the sandwich and he charged me for a combo. Then told me that is what I told him. Another woman waiting with me had the same problem but did not realize in time and paid. Was a big deal to change it. Whole point of JJ is they are fast and pretty good sandwich. Not so much here - took quite a while. At this JJ I had to wait for a catering order to be done - before the same person - made my sandwich. Food was JJ standard. The crew here has great customer service! Everything was correct on our order, the sandwiches were larger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise, and they were delicious. The chip bags were mostly full in comparison to other places, not half air. The cookie I got was great. It was a very clean restaurant, and as I said previously, the customer service was excellent! Also lots of menu options. I don't have a picture of the sandwiches because we demolished them immediately, but they looked and tasted amazing. read more

The sandwich was good. The employees were slow and inconsiderate. Restaurant was exceptional hot was 80 degrees per the thermostat. Soda machine was out of ice and the manager said it was just acting up all day. The managers did not seem to care at all about customer service. There were boxes all over the front of the store. I'm not much of a Yelp reviewer but I couldn't let this one go. I've been to this location a few times and when walking in there has almost always been a mop bucket with smelly black water at the front of the store right next to the counter. The entire place reeks of stinky old mop water. I brought it up at one point only to have the manager shrug it off like it was no big deal. I honestly don't think I could sit down and eat in the place because of the smell. The smell was prevalent this time as well...it hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The smell reminds me of a poorly cleansed gas station bathroom. Anyway...the smell amazingly enough isn't the main reason for this review. Typically when I go to Jimmy Johns I get a giant sub because I eat half the day I buy it and will have the other half for lunch the next day. Well...I won't be eating the second half this time around. The 3rd bite into my sandwich and what do I find? A 2 foot long black hair! It may even be longer but I can't bring myself to dig into the other half to see if more hair is in the other half of the sandwich. There is nothing worse that pulling a hair out of your food...until that hair is in your mouth in one bite and still attached to the rest of the sandwich. I literally gagged to the point of vomiting in my garbage can...which is exactly where the rest of that sandwich went. Not a single employee was wearing a hairnet of any kind and long loose hair is probably not the best idea when preparing food. I spent over $20 on this sandwich...I could have done without the disgusting bonus included with my purchase. I won't be back to this location again and will probably opt for the Chipotle next door or the Jersey Mike's across the street. I will be calling corporate today to notify them of my displeasure with this location and the beyond poor experience I had with the food prepared there in. Find another place to spend your money...if the smell of the place doesn't have you running for the door then the food will have you running for the bathroom. read more

Terrible customer service, they close at 9 and I arrived at 8:07 since I work very close by. My family and I (as well as the next guests) were rushed and spoken to in a very unfriendly and dry manner. The girl threw our sandwiches together as if it was a chore. Honestly the labor shortage has gotten to this place and just need to be closed. They're never open on weekends, don't deliver, are always short staffed to the point they lock the doors to prevent customers from coming in unless you have an online order only, tried again for lunch today and they were out of Vito meat for the day(also mentioned short staff again). I gave this place a benefit of the doubt but I've tried to eat more than a dozen times and only was able to get food once. It's sad as this is the only Jimmy John's in the area and really like their subs. I lost out on free sub reward in the app because they were never open to redeem it. read more

Do not go to this jimmy johns. Went to this location at 1:15 on a Sunday and was told due to thousands of dollars of large orders they could not serve us. How hard is it to have one person making subs for walk ins. Glad the large order business is more important than the community that keeps you in business. Will not be back. While walking back to our car we saw two workers outside smoking. Guess they had time for that. On another note Which Wich next door was delicious and packed with Jimmy Johns customers! read more

We've been to this location multiple times and each time it gets worse than the last. This time, my Italian Nightclub is missing the ham, and 2 thin slices of salami and 1 thin slice of capicola. The tomato is twice as thick as the meat and cheese combined. It looks like they cut down the meat on all of our sandwiches. The bread is even over cooked. I rarely see anyone there, so rushing to get through orders is no excuse. Not sure if it's poor training or poor management, but with Wichwich in the same parking lot and Jersey Mikes across the street, there's no reason to go back. It's a shame though... read more

1st trip to Jimmy John's and came away unimpressed. Was only person there at 7pm in a fairly busy location. If you have signs on the wall telling me to speak clearly and don't mumble, make sure your employees follow the same suggestion. Employees that don't look you in the eye frequently and mumble don't help a 1st time customer. I don't like that the setup doesn't allow you to see your sandwich being made. The French bread was more tough than crusty and I did not expect the inner portion of bread to be scooped out. Minimal meat on sandwich, watery tomatoes, very average sandwich for the price. Ending up adding extra meat and condiments when I got home. I would rate the entire experience at an average Subway experience which is not a high bar to achieve in my view. read more

Went into this Jimmy John's to pick up an online order, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes for four sandwiches. The manager even left the store about 15 minutes after I got there, and the two employees behind the counter didn't seem to know what they were doing. A bunch of other people were waiting on their orders with me, and the arrival of a third employee helped speed things up a bit. But that was after about 30 minutes of waiting. I went into this location on last night to grab some food for dinner while on my lunch break. There was a guy already in line in front of me ordering. That's when I noticed that the cashier had on a white apron, which let me know that he was also the cook. But while he was in the process of taking his order he was constantly coughing/sneezing. True enough he did it the right way which was in the crease of his elbow. But the last time he sneezed/coughed he lifted up his head and snot was running out of his nose and I noticed it had gotten on his shirt. At that time the guy in front of me changed his mind about his order and left. I noticed that the guy went to the sink in the area to clean his face and wash his hands..but he washed his hands for about two seconds. I then left the restaurant and was extremely grossed out. I refuse to eat at an establishment that have cooks to operate in this manner...if he was that sick, he should've stayed home! read more

Had a disappointing experience at lunch today..I ordered a BLT and had to open up the bread to see if anything was even inside because you couldn't see anything from the outside of the sandwich. It had a paltry 2 slices of bacon, a little lettuce and tomato, and was slathered with mayo. Felt like I paid for a mayo sandwich. Also was disappointed that I couldn't sit with my son and his friend since there were only tables for 2 people! The table also smelled strongly of cleaner/bleach which wasn't appetizing at all. Won't be in a rush to return to this location. I was definitely surprised..and not in a good way!! read more

This was my first visit to any Jimmy John's. I was surprised to find a great menu - lots of choices. The staff was friendly and knew their menu. I ordered an Italian sub, called a Vito! The name made me laugh. The meat and cheese were delicious and the bread was superb. However, there was way too much bread. I ended up having to throw some of it away which made me sad. Maybe take a hint from Chef Bobby Flay and scoop out some of the center of the bun.....then, not so much bun but you get that crunchy outside and some of that soft inside. The subs here we extremely good, though I ordered the Giant I thought it would be bigger than it was, still not a problem. I gave it four stars instead of five due to the fact our order was messed up, however it was fixed extremely quick and there was no complaints or other problems with it.
