Just went through the drive thru. Was literally given raw uncooked bacon on my sandwich. I had to go home and cook it.

Busy, busy location. We were starving g after hours in the car so we were so happy to see Jimmy Johns. I love that no matter how busy the lines at Any location moves so quick. We ordered and got one of the last available tables. Our sandwiches were made in minutes and were fresh and delicious as always. I will say that my #9 did have a ton of extra sauce so it was dripping pretty bad. It was still edible, but I'd be worried if I'd let it sit for a bit it would've been pretty soggy. Besides that it was a great experience .

This place is always busy when I stop through Cedar City. They do a good job considering the amount of traffic that comes through. They are clear and friendly placing orders through the drive through. Sandwich is always consistent and I love the salt an vinegar chips. I need to remember to sign up on the app for the rewards, by now I would have them. It's a cool benefit with discounts

The number 5 and BBQ chips. YUM

This place is always rocking. You can see why the food is so good and Freaky Fast! I always get the number 5 add Mayo. The employees always look happy like the enjoy their job.

Came here because we were looking for a French brunch spot, and at first it felt like a great find…read more We were greeted upon arrival, and the menu offered so many options that placing the order took a bit of time (we had five items for two people). While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

It began with our hostess who seemed to genuinely want to know how we were feeling this morning. Her eyes sparkled as she seemed pleased to converse with us as she escorted us to our table. Kaydence, our server, makes the word "effervescent " come to life. She was so very pleasant and welcoming! It was wonderful! The meal was delicious, but who can argue with getting three meats in one breakfast. The All American Pig Out lived up to its name. The coffee was fresh and Kaydence kept the cup filled. The atmosphere was a mixture of tourist and hometown regulars vibe! We'll probably stop here on our way back tomorrow. Hope the same team is in duty.

Fortunately, we found a parking spot when a diner just pulled out. This restaurant was listed as one of the best breakfast and brunch places in town. We got in and peaked inside as there was no hostess upfront. A server named Gina noticed us and immediately got us seated by the window. She handed us the menu and exchanged some pleasantries. She was nice and very friendly. The menu was extensive and we can see at other tables that their servings are huge. Diners were all happily indulging on their big meals. My husband noticed that they have Liver steak on the menu. He asked Gina how it was prepared and cooked and if it was seasoned. She did not know much about this dish but can tell us that it is very good. My husband was hesitant cause he loves the way I cook my seasoned liver steak with lots of onions. Gina gave us more time to check out the menu. When she got back to bring our coffee and orange juice, she informed us that it's not seasoned but grilled. That helped my hubby decide to try the dish. As for me, my tummy was kind of not ready to eat a heavy meal. So I asked Gina if I can order a small kid's meal. With a serious face, she said "yes, I will allow you to order it provided you don't throw any tantrums!" That gave us a good laugh! She was funny! The atmosphere is pleasant and you can tell that the diners are happily indulging on their big servings. Their prices are very affordable and reasonable right at price point! Thus, their turn around is quick and customers are constantly coming. Our order was delivered by another server named Genovese. We requested some lemon slices for the liver steak. She went to the kitchen and we waited quite a while and she just walked past our table. She went to the front got new customers get seated, took an order from another table and totally forgot our request. My husband cannot wait so he started eating without the lemon. The next time she walked by, I reminded her to please give us some lemon slices. She just said huh, left without a word of apology and brought the lemons without saying anything. We thought that was rude! The liver steak was delightfully perfectly grilled with lots of grilled onion rings with sides of Cole slaw and rice pilaf. I took a a couple of bites and they were deliciously tender. My order of kiddie meal included hash brown with 2 scrambled eggs and sausage was just okay. The presentation was sloppy and too greasy. I ate all the eggs and a little bit of the greasy hash browns. I did not like the sausage. The server, Gina was the best. She refilled my coffee cup without asking. She came back to ask how we liked the food. Overall, the eating experience was wonderful except for having to wait for the lemons. It would have been a perfect 5 star but one server dropped the ball. So 4 stars for this restaurant. Thanks to Gina, you made our day! Good job. You should get a big raise!
