My uncle's plate was not any better. The kielbasa was sliced and overcooked so badly that the sliced edges were burnt and frayed - you've got to really try hard to screw up preserved sausage. I could only do a few bites and threw it all in the trash. They were getting busy and I was not going to stand back in line with trays of food to broach the problems. They make sure to ask for a tip at time of order but there's no service for quality control. My uncle texted me later in the day: "Today's restaurant was such an awful choice for BarBQ. I had to park behind the building. The line was about 5-7 minutes long. I thought about getting a Bahn mi but have seen recent negative reviews- reviews even that they have failed the health inspection, so I decided against it. I ordered a small banana coffee which came out to ~$7. Although my order number was 10 behind the one that was being called, my drink was ready within a minute or two. I was expecting more of a cold foam but it is straight up banana PUDDING lol. So of course banana pudding on Vietnamese coffee is delicious! It mixed well; no clumps.
