5.16.26 - was craving an In&Out burger all week and finally went and got one. I go maybe 1-3 times a month to this same location. The drive thru line here is always long. Everyone that I have encountered at this location has been friendly. The burgers are decent. After seeing some reel on IG last year, I started ordering them a bit different and it made a huge change. I will never go back to ordering just a cheeseburger. Order this: #2 meal or just a cheeseburger if you don't want the meal +mustard fried +whole grilled onions + whole raw onions +side of chilis - squeeze onto the burger Im not sure why they always ask if you still want pickles when you get it mustard grilled. This time, I tried it without the pickles and I think I prefer it with the pickles. Price has gone up a little but isn't bad compared to other places. I think it was around $10 for a meal. I have zero complaints about this and almost all In-N-Out burgers! I usually get a cheeseburger light on the onions and sometimes fries. But everytime the burgers are consistently tasty and fresh. It's got a nice cut of tomato, fresh onion, cheese, and toasted bread. It's so simple and so good! You can't beat the quality and price. I do miss the pre inflation pricing of course. You always see every worker working hard! They pay pretty well for a fast food service. Lines are always long but it goes quick. I don't eat inside anymore but it's generally clean from what I remember. But it's my go to burger place. read more

We were in the vicinity of Chandler Fashion Center and hungry. Good thing there's an In-N-Out nearby. Always quality food with fast and friendly service. A terrific recipe for success to start the New Year. There were two helpful workers out at the end of the drive-thru line. Got our order quickly and even made my wife's day because she was able to get coffee rather than her usual pink lemonade. Boxed for the car and they even gave us extra peppers, too. We love going to this location when we are near the mall. Inside is nice too with all of the traditional In-N-Out artwork and merch available, but a fast trip through the drive-thru is usually how we get our burgers and fries when we are near this store. read more

Burgers and fries get five star rating, but lose three stars because the drive through Diet Coke tastes like bleach. I have told the workers many times and they apologize but nothing ever changes. No other in n out has this issue, so why this one? read more

So up off by Efrain the cashier, I was just there at 02/15/2026 at 12:24pm. I walked in and the chandler PD who was in front of me told me to go ahead of him. I got the to cashier and very abruptly he said, you need to go over there. Then the cop walked up and he said to him, "how can I help you, Sir?" I was appaulled by this behavior on your cashier Efrain. So I was not a nobody that he felt he could just brush me off? I never go inside and now I know why. The boy that waited on me was very pleasant his name was Rajat SE. I was check #95. Perhaps Efrain needs a little customer service refresher course? We are all equal, being a cop does not give them preferential treatment. Especially when he told me to go ahead of him. I grew up eating In-N-Out every time I visited my family in California. I'm so happy to have seen it on the map while I stayed in Phoenix for a short while. Truth be told, you won't get the same value AND quality at any other fast food chain... In-N-Out does it best! I ordered the double double protein style. Protein style = exchange buns for lettuce wrapped burgers. Double double = two patties and cheese. I added tomato and onion to mine, with animal sauce on the sides. Altogether, that was $5.46!! So amazing, I was satisfied after having not so great fast food the other day before having this. The service was great, and someone even came over to clean the table when I noticed it was quite dirty. My food came out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this spot! read more

In-N-Out locations are always busy. There isn't time for the food to be anything other than fresh. Shhh... it's a secret. In-N-Out has a secret menu. This includes things like animal style burgers and fries, 3×3s or 4x4s, and neapolitan shakes. Animal style burgers are mustard, grilled onions, pickles, and extra special sauce. Animal fries are fries with added grilled onions, cheese and special sauce. Neapolitan shakes are just as they sound. Rather than one flavor, all three flavors (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate,) are in one shake. 3x3s and 4x4s are that many patties and cheese. In-N-Outs all have the same red and white interior. This In-N-Out Burger is a few minutes from me and right off the 101 in Chandler. It is a pretty busy location being so close to the mall and having so many businesses nearby. I ended up having a question about my order but she had to answer it with the most attitude she could. I love In N Out. I dig their t-shirts (classic, American made Hot Rods), stickers, and of course those fabulous, one of a kind hamburgers. Animal style IS the way to go. But consider yourself warned, if your driving skills are similar to many of those on our Valley roads, attempting to eat said burger could cause some serious problems as those luscious toppings attempt to escape with every bite. Having it cut in half minimizes the mess you risk of eating said burger while driving. Same burger, Protein style, is much more serious, even if you got that thing cut in half. My advice would be to park that car and eat, dine in, or take that hot, juicy mess of savory goodness home so you can truly focus on each bit of deliciousness AND lick up the mess, fingers, wrapper... Service at every location I have been to is friendly and efficient. Lunch time and dinner time can be a wait because of the demand.
